Sue and everybody that works here really go that extra mile to help u out! I had some tar or some kind of black sticky stuff on my car and I asked Sue if the mechanic could just tell what would be the best to use on my car to take if off without taking the paint with it. Well he just decided to clean it off himself, that was super nice of him to do!! They also Vaccum out ur car! I love that about them that they go the extra mile!! I have been going there for 8 years and the service is always outstanding!!! So thank you Christensen tires for all ur service!! A++ :)

I called to have TPMS sensors changed out on my truck. The lady on the phone was very rude and didn't understand me. I asked to talk to the technician and she said no and hung up on me. Dont waste your time here.

I called here to get an estimate, the lady who answered was unhelpful in providing an estimate, did not ask if there was anything else she could help me with just hung up on me. I thought this was a good place to go but not after the small town customer service they provided. How do small business owners survive with this kind of employees.

I've always trusted and respected Denny, Linda, and crew. Always do all tires and all repairs here, kind of a no-brainer for my wife and I for years. Not many places that come close in all aspects like them.

I called because I got a flat tire, with a 1 month old in the car, within a mile out of town. They told me they provide a service to help me but very rudely told me that they had a line of customers and couldn't help me. They didn't bother recommending anyone else to help me when we were clearly stranded. For this annoyed response, I'll refuse to do business with Christensen Tire.
