I had a great experience with Bocks When I needed to tow my van to a different location. When I called my roadside assistance company, they initially sent out another company to come pick up the vehicle. When they arrived, they were unable to tow my vehicle, and were unable to go get the correct equipment in order to tell my vehicle, and claimed that it wasn t worth their time and they wouldn t get paid to do the service.I called my insurance company back to get a new company to come out. I knew that I needed a flatbed truck in order to tow my van, and my insurance company dropped the ball again and sent me another wrecker From Bocks. When I explain the situation to the driver, he was much more understanding than the other company was and was willing to go get his flatbed tow truck despite possibly not getting paid for the flatbed and getting wrecker rates. He returned with the flatbed, and got the job done quickly, properly, and with professionalism.I would recommend Bocks for any towing service you might need. After picking up my car from an accident, they did not drop it off where I requested them to bring it! Instead they brought it back to their shop where they proceeded to charge me two days storage when the car hadn t even been there for 12 hours yet! The staff is super rude! Would not recommend even if you are having a good day, but let s face it, if you need a towing company you re probably not having the best day!Service: Local hauling

My friend couldn't get her car to start well before 7 I drove to Bocks because it was a constant busy signal. They were closed already so I took her to her Mo.s to get her car for the nite Jen Burt also has AAA. I do want to say I had a nail in my tire once on a Saturday morning and Bruce Bock fixed it and was very nice.

They took great care of my breaks, were very honest and only did the work that needed to be done, and were far less expensive than another shop that wanted to do a lot more work than needed to be done. They were quick and had time for me right away, I am super mobile so that s a big thing for me and I appreciate their promptness.P.S Josh is a great mechanic and an awesome dude!

Great experience with the towing we had this past Sunday. We're impressed with the way they handle loading and unloading our camper. I am very happy we chose them especially on Last minute panic we had. I highly recommend this company. J&P H.

My teenage son was in a roll over car accident. As one can imagine, I was feeling terror as to what had happened. Bocks took care of everything as I had to follow the ambulance to the hospital. Great service and made the customer first priority. I could not have been more pleased in a very stressful situation. I would recommend them for any service. Thanks guys!!!Service: Car towing

The customer service in this shop is lacking. They don't acknowledge me when I come in, and often someone is sitting behind filing cabinets just ignoring a customer that walked in the door. I never get calls when the repairs are complete, I always have to call once or twice as the day wanes on.On the other hand, the repairs are completed well and the price is reasonable. I keep going back because I'm looking for a moderately priced mechanic, not a friendly staff.

Terrible. All my lights were going off for two weeks before I could take it in, and all they do is clear one before it came back two days later. When I had to take it in again, they would've charged me $600 for replacement of the wheel bearings, over double the price of other places in town. There were other things I asked them to take care of the first time around, and it's all still coming back. Never taking my car there again.

Went in to get a couple tires changed and even told them i'd remove them and bring them in. Was told ok and that it would be 40 bucks from one guy, then an older gentleman came out and said no not today, in a rude tone and gave me a weird look. I asked why and he said it was because of the style rim. i wouldve been fine without all the attitude. the lady at the counter asked if he'd be able to change some tires and he gave her a look, the guy acted like a complete child.

Do not take your business here! I went in for a simple 2 wheel alignment after I replaced my rack and pinion unit in my vehicle. I warned the tech that the inner tie rod end boot is clamped on tight from the factory and he would likely have to grease it so it doesn't spin and twist up. He acknowledged my concern and proceeded to do the work, the first thing I noticed is he failed to check the tire pressure before starting, after he finished I paid for the service and took the car home. Upon inspection of the tie rods I noticed the boot was twisted up several times, the inner tie rod is marred up from an slipping oversized wrench and ontop of all the the alignment is slightly off!! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR!

I would not recommend this place for anything. I had a starter put in, they put a stripped bolt back and did not tighten it, so it would not start again and charged an 80 percent upcharge for the starter, with the parts store across the street. Called and ralked to the owner who said ..... I wouldn't know.

The state had Bock's tow my car as it was white out and we left my car in the ditch. When we went to pick it up and pay for the tow, we were told the guy that had towed it needed to get back to the office to tell them the mileage, instead of just asking over the phone. Over an hour later and he still wasn't back, when we were told he was 10 minutes out. When he did come back he did give us some money off as he could see we were annoyed about having to wait so long. It was rather odd that the mileage that we paid for was for them to get to the car and back, not just how far they towed it.

We are from out of town and made a random phone call. Best call ever. Outstanding service. They were here within 10 minutes of making the call. Super friendly technician. Highly recommend.

Tow service was prompt and driver was very nice .I went to the shop to get a simple fan fuse replaced potentially. And the owner was very rude and no customer service. Do not recommend
