Initial conversation about storm damaged RV was positive and hopeful. We were asked to pay for the estimate right away and we did. However we were disappointed in the timeliness as it took almost 8 weeks for the complete estimate to be finally submitted to our insurance company. Written in their own email responses to us, the owners are overwhelmed and unable to get to all their work. We would have a hard time recommending this business.

We needed a new roof vent cover for the Outlaw. Called to confirm it was in stock. I picked it up the next day. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about RV parts. Whenever we are in the area and need help we will definitely return to this store.

Dodie and Bob were fantastic to work with! Friendly & professional. They seemed to have all of the answers for our many questions. They checked over every possible issue with the unit we purchased from them and repaired every problem they found, including new roof, awnings, and flooring before we took it home. It felt like we were buying a brand new 5th wheel unit once Bob was done with it!

We unfortunately had a bad experience. I cannot recommend this business. Guaranteed everything worked in our unit. Going to pick up our lovely RV from a different rv shop from getting the furnace, bathroom and outside outlets & oven fixed. An additional $1,274 that took away from our adventure. I put my faith in their work only to be disappointed. I hope you have a better outcome if you chose to do business with them.

Dodie is very friendly and helpful, HOWEVER we called to double check on a diesel pusher MH they had advertised for $28G and were told it was there and ready to be looked at. We dropped everything to drive the 1-1/2 hours up there only to be told that it was supposed to be listed at $40G, it was not ready to be test driven and not even plugged in so we could check much of anything inside!!! What a waste of a day!

Bought a trailer with a two year extended warranty along with the one year that Forest Riiver provides so thats three years.Had a leak above patio door right away before we took delivery and one under the sink after they moved it in- ruined the cabinetry, Bob fixed the leak under the sink. But did nothing for the leak over the patio door.He lead me on and said he would fix it like brand new right no problem under warranty.They were notified every year much too busy to come fix it .Now he said he s not going to fix it because I don t take of the roof I washed the roof every year since I ve owned it.I owned one for twenty years prior and clean the roof and it still don t leak have it as a hunting trailer.He admitted that the drain design was wrong from the factory so I would wash out on a regular bases,the roof washed spring and fall.Thats what I was up north to do.Just stopped in to see when repairs will be done.And he said he s not repairing not his job when in late June he said no problem that he would fix it but the owner of the resort caught him on the roof taking pictures so when I stopped in and he said the roof has not been taking care of which I have these have to be was at least once a year. Last year he was out and just caulked all the seems instead of fixing the drain channel or replace the awning because the seam has been leaking since we bought it.Now the wall and floor are rotten and moulding .I got Text and pictures that I sent them and still deny they are not responsible should of been fixed in a timely manner under because I had a two year plus extended warranty.We started complaining the first summer we bought it there.They were very nice until tell the sales over. And they said today have fun trying to get the maker to fix it they won t fix it We had a three year warranty oh and she wanted to put the bank loan through before the thing was even delivered by a months loans usually goes through when it s delivered just like when you buy a car you sit down to the final papers when you get delivery I guess they were nice until they got a fix a major problem. I ll give them a day or two to think about it can you call me but I don t think they will so I ll contact the maker and then I ll see him in court if they don t call me in two days three days time I don t recommend buying anything from Lake country RV there s my story !!!!Lie lie that s all they did !!!! Talked to the maker and he said it had the three-year warranty.He s said a two hour repair is now a major repair.He said they just lead me and lead me and on.I trusted these people they lie.On the way it s Forest River made so we will see who stands behind it.I will start with the Better Business Bureau than court.I have all the documentation and papers oh and witnesses !!! I wouldn t recommend this place at all !!!!!! After further investigation all he had to do was raise the channel that runs along the top and that would of fixed the problem.I m just waiting to hear from the factory.And the factory rep said they love to hear about problems with there product so the can improve them. So we will see what it s going to take to get this repaired !!!!As for Lake Country RV Buy elsewhere by elsewhere !!! I have a witness that sat right there while he said he would repair it like brand new this summer and it never got done .Lake Country RV are members of the Better Business Bureau started a complaint today and we will see how they stand behind their products so far they are not they sell it fix the easy stuff but when it comes to the hard stuff they will not .Like I said and the factory said this was an easy fix in the beginning and now it is not. If they were to address this right away in the beginning the factory agreed it would ve been taken care of.So I have checked Better Business Bureau I ll give them a chance to fix it -make the wrong right. If not then it s court small claims is up to $12,000 and then after that it s a jury trial and lawyers are 300 to $400 an hour and it takes a lot of time -easer to fix it !!! Court see ya there !!

I've been camping with travel trailers for 18 years and I've gone from Minnesota to North Carolina a couple of times and I've had repairs performed at several different dealerships. It always seemed that the repairman was very inexperienced at what they were doing. Lake county RV Inc. owners have been doing this for about 35 years, the husband is the service man and his wife sells the RV's. Both of them are experts at what they do and I don't believe that you can find a better RV dealership for service.

With going there the lady was perfect . But the man in the parts department is very rude and should treat people better. We spent alot of money there and had a question m he was rude n mean. I will not recommend the parts nbserbice Dept. Ever. Unless you like being yelled at

The owner is a friendly spunky lady - might be best not to mention that you could have gotten it cheaper on Amazon!! Thankful though that they had what we needed and were open on a busy holiday weekend!

Stopped because my campers furnace would not heat older man in back explained how to fix it. so I could have fixed it myself. I thought they were very helpful.
