I was very impressed with the automatic text messages. They sent me step by step updates as to what was happening with my vehicle. If I wanted to add any other filters and such to the work order etc.it was overall a good experience. The only reason why I am not putting 5 stars is for the service advisor. He spoke way too quickly and didn t slow down ever. If I was an elderly person I would not have been able to hear or understand him at all. Other than that I would have put 5 stars.

The sales person was very accommodating and patient. He was really helpful in finding the best value and vehicle for our family s needs. The only reason for the lack of a star is it took over 4 hours to get into the financial department to purchase the vehicle. The paperwork should have been less complicated because there wasn t need for financing.

I will choose Toyota of St. Cloud every time! When I was looking for a third row vehicle we made appointments at a couple of places, but the customer service at Toyota was so exemplary that I chose not to even test drive at the next dealership and came right back in. I was shopping for a used, reliable car and that's exactly what they showed me. Thank you, Lexi! &It didn't stop there with a year of free oil changes (they also have a play area for the kids & someone even gave them each a CarFox stuffie once) and I have never felt more taken care of when my vehicle needed maintenance, an honest price, a loaner car and everything!

My recent visit to the car dealership for a routine oil change turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me extremely dissatisfied. Despite having an appointment and expecting a quick service, I ended up waiting for three hours due to their payment system failure. This delay made me late for work, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. While I understand technical issues can arise, the lack of communication and prompt resolution was unacceptable. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve their systems and communication processes to prevent similar situations in the future.

Called in to make service appointment, drivers headlight out, oil change and probably tire rotation. Checked in for appt., same requests, headlight, oil change and mileage was checked for tire rotation. Went to use headlights next day, not replaced checked bill, was not charged for. Why not replaced? No one came out to review work only received text about status. Other customers were attended too in person, not sure why I was not. Had to go and ask for my bill/ car.

In an emergency, walk-in situation, the service staff was able to assist us. Communication was very important, as I had to return to the Twin Cities, and Nathan did a great job of updating me and giving me all of the details.

I came in to St. Cloud Toyota for the March Mania Sale on Oil Change & Pothole Special. I normally do my own oil changes and tire rotation but had recently had hand surgery so it was good to get these things done on sale.Unfortunately I have after market wheels for winter use but forgot to take the lug nut wrench with so the tires couldn't be rotated. My loss but it is getting time to put the summer tires back on anyway.Got the wheel alignment taken care of and the oil change and everything was accomplished quickly even though I delayed the operation looking for the lug nut wrench/socket.Very friendly advisors & techs. I've always done major repairs at the dealer because their knowledge of the car and repairs makes them the best choice for a job well done.

My mother bought her Toyota from this dealer, and always goes here for service, and has a good experience. So when she couldn't remove the a screw by herself to change her license plate (one is rusted on), and neither I nor her granddaughter could get it off either, I suggested she drive over to the dealer. They did try to help, but it's a difficult screw, so she was told she'd need to make an $80 service appointment. I have now suggested a number of shops that will probably help a grandma out with a rusted screw without charging her $80. There are some things a business should do out of courtesy, especially to a loyal customer, but perhaps also to any grandmother who shows up on her own, without someone in her life with the tools or arm strength to help her. This dealer seems far from a neighborly spirit.

Great service and very polite employees. However, I waited 4 hours for servicing, headlight adjustment and a screw tightened on my side mirror. This was due to over booking on Toyota. Ordinarily I would give a 5 star rating, but not that day.

St. Cloud Toyota service department has been very helpful so far from checking in to performing maintenance work and helping with any concerns I have with my tundra the service manager has worked with me very well so I recommend St. Cloud Toyota if you re looking to purchase a new vehicle.

My oil change appointment was at 1 I arrived at 12:50. My car was not worked on until 2:50 and wasn t done until almost 3. I was told they were shot staffed. I suggest you let customers know if it will be significantly late. I was late for a 3pm appointment.

I brought our Highlander in for warranty service this week, and was surprised to get an invoice for the work done. When I asked the service advisor, Nate, about it, he respectfully looked into our records and found that there had been some errors made when info was originally entered. He confirmed this with Lori, and she authorized an extension of our warranty. A respectful attitude toward the customer used to be commonplace, but today it stands out, and is so appreciated!Errors are frustrating, but they happen...Most of the time it's easy to look at customer service you've received and find multiple ways it could have been improved, but I can't think of any way Nate or Lori could have done a better job, thank you!Pam

I will not be taking my car back to Toyota. I had an appointment for 8:30 for an oil change. I showed up and they checked me in, which was fine, I then went to the lobby to wait. I waited for almost 2 hours for my car to be done. All I asked for was an oil change. The only texts that I got were that they started the oil change...at 8:50, and when it was finished...at 10:00. I got no update whatsoever ever. I was not pleased with the customer service, especially when all I needed was an oil change.

We recently moved to St Cloud and have typically had good customer service from Toyota dealers.We bought a 2024 Rav4 and didn't think we had to really go over a new vehicle with a fine tooth comb.The next day we noticed 2 parallel lines on the back side of the driver's seat.We have spent a lot of time trying to get resolution to no avail. Hopefully something happens soon but we are probably stuck with these blemishes. I guess this has happened to other owners, but not sure if there was any resolution. Hopefully Toyota will do the right thing.

When I get work done a S.C. Toyota it is very good work. However this time I found the part that keeps the glove box door from opening to fast lying on the passenger side floor. Since I was leaving on a trip I had no time to go back and have it done. I googled how to do it and did it myself.

Got in at scheduled time. Was informed quickly about needed services. Shuttle ride back home then again back to dealership when service was complete. Nice, friendly, safe drivers. Love the email notices & texts about services and costs.

Nathan got me scheduled for a battery safety review as Toyota is trying to find a remedy for a faulty battery holder. I learned my battery was secure and no issue. He also let me know my battery probably needs replacing and gave me two quotes. Nathan was thorough and explained things clearly.

I had an appointment to have my second key programmed at 10.00AM. My vehicle was taken into the garage at 9:50AM. I was told this procedure would take 30 minutes or less. At 11:00 or after I checked with my service manager who had a trainee with him. He pulled my key out from several other orders. He found my keys and handed to me. No apology or anything. I got to my car and the courtesy car wash offered and accepted was not completed. Not to happy. You might not want to post this.

I'm a little disappointed with Toyota. I got my vehicle serviced and it needed some software updates. No problem there. But the updates were slated to take 2.5 hours or more. No one said anything about how long it was going to take. I ended up sitting in the lobby for over 5 hours!As a human being that has other things to do, if the service is going to take longer than an hour, the courteous thing to do is at least mention that it will take a long time. I would have asked for a loaner car or a shuttle ride back to work.

Bad experience. I want last Friday I have appointment. For. Check engine light for my 2017 highlander They told me everything was good too when I left. The Vehicle give me same issue.again I have to towed to dealership waste my time my account manager Mike he s not honest guy

Performed service but didn't go over any of the inspections notes even when I asked if there was any problems with alignment he said no but when I looked over the results later the paper was checked in the red for the alignment. Ultimately they got my truck fixed. However, it took almost two weeks and and no communication other than me calling for updates to even diagnose the issue. But it starts 3 weeks before I even brought my truck in. I called to let them know I m having issues. The tech who answered the call after looking at the mileage and warranty info in so many words told me I didn t have enough miles or I hadn t had the truck long enough for a warranty to kick in so keep driving it put more miles on it or wait a few months and if anything happens we ll reimburse your tow fee up here. I asked are serious?! He said yeah because of the warranty parameters. What I failed to pay attention to even though I bought her used she was still under 60k so original factory warranty trumps all.When I did bring her in and I brought this up to the service rep he s the one who told me about the factory warranty trumping all and told me the tech who answered the phone shouldn t have told me what he did. Then he goes off telling me service techs don t get paid the same on factory warranty jobs they get paid less from Toyota to do them and the work I may have needed would ve sucked for whoever did it.They slow walked the diagnosing process to get the most out of it. Just over 3 weeks for what could ve been done in 4 days at a busy non dealership. When I did call I would placed either on hold forever, transferred from-to-to, or a few times answer then hang up. When somebody answer it was run around after run around as in why it s taking so long.Like I said the work got done I m happy with the end result but getting it to that point wasn t a situation to be desired.

It took a little longer than we expected but that was not a concern. What I'd like is for you to put numbers on the parking lot surface where the cars are parked after service so customers can be told a parking space number where their car is parked. sometimes we have to look for several minutes to find our car which is somewhat a negative to your excellent service.

A great experience. My 1st time going to St. Cloud Toyota. I made a appointment online. From dropping vehicle off, using the shuttle service, to picking up the vehicle. The people were very professional.

As always, St. Cloud Toyota did a nice job of getting me in for work needed and completing the work but after completing my oil change, they didn t reset the reminder that maintanance was needed. Now I have to take more time to take the truck back in. Little things like this are annoying.
