Hello, if you want to feel confident that you will be getting quality service, from really great people, I definitely recommend Paul's Auto Service! I live over two hours away and my experience was with Greg and Julie at the shop. They helped with repairing my daughter's vehicle, as she goes to school nearby. The entire time, they were so nice to work with, they were great going through how the repair process would work, and they were reasonably priced.It can sometimes be tough getting comfortable with a mechanic when you do not yet know them. I recommend that you get to know them and hopefully you will enjoy the same, quality experience. Thanks Greg and Julie!

Great honest shop with reasonable rates. They just replaced my water pump and timing belt. They saw the serpentine belt was ready to be replaced so they replaced it for me. My car had a bunch of rattling going in from the heat shields that they silenced. It sure is nice not hearing the rattling all the time anymore. Thanks to everyone at the shop! Great place I will be taking all of my car business here from now on.

Took my vehicle here because it was "crunching" whenever I went over a bump. I'd gone to Firestone first after a family member's recommendation, and they'd told me I needed $600 of work they wanted to replace a bearing, and a bunch of other work besides.Paul took a look at it, knocked some ice out and drove it around the block before telling me nothing was wrong with it. Charged me $35 and agreed to put it towards the cost of any work if he was wrong about it. He wasn't wrong about it, and he saved me over $500.Good, honest mechanics are hard to come by, so I'm glad Paul's in town.

Paul's Auto is fabulous. Julie answers the phone and they are straight talking, honest and give you the best deal they can. Yes, they are booked out a couple weeks, because they do a great job! They were recommended to me and I recommend them to you.

When one of my brakes started grinding super loud they squeezed me into their schedule and took care of me asap! Unlike some other places I ve been I didn t feel like they were trying to sell me something I didn t need or trick me. When called I get an idea of what might be wrong and the work and prices are honest and upfront. These guys take care of their customers!Service: Brake service & repair

Of all the businesses I choose to use, I recommend this one above all others. They don't advertise because they don't need to. I could go on, but sometimes "less is more." Try them for your next vehicle service and you will see why.

Paul's Auto is the only place I will take my cars and have been for over 15 years. You can trust the owner, Greg, has your best interest in mind. I never have to worry about un-needed or overpriced repairs. I currently live over an hour from Paul's Auto, but will continue to remain a loyal customer. Would highly recommend to anyone!

As a female, it's hard to find a mechanic that I feel comfortable taking our family's vehicles to. We feel like we hit the jackpot with Paul's auto. Greg and Julie are honest, offer fair pricing, and are great to work with. They are knowledgeable and are always looking out for our best interest in the maintenance of our 4 vehicles. We feel blessed to have found them.

Paul s Auto Service provides high quality service at a fair price. This is a local owner-operated automotive shop in the Waite Park/St. Cloud Area. The personal service provided by Greg creates a trusting relationship that is a unique experience when it comes to automotive repair. I always feel that the repairs that are recommended are the best options for our vehicles and at a great price!

Expert service and repair, has done large and small repairs for us over the years. In my profession I am sometimes asked where a good place to get a repair done is. My two requirements are expertise, and honesty, Paul's Auto Service meets both. My wife is intimidated by some auto repair shops, but has no qualms about dealing with the owners of Paul's.

Brought our car to a dealership and they tried to charge us 500 to $600 dollars for an exhaust leak. Brought it to Paul's and they fixed it in 15 minutes and charged $60. Best Mechanic shop around. Great work and great pricing. I recommend them to everyone I know. The best part about them is they are honest and don't tell you to fix things that don't need to be fixed. There are plenty of shops out there that will take advantage of someone that doesn't know much about mechanics but this shop isn't one of them!

I started going to Paul's when Paul owned it. He was known for his honesty. He sold it to a guy named Greg. Greg seemed honest too. About five years ago, I moved out to the country. I happened to land right next to a mechanic for Wright County who used to have his own shop and still has the computer diagnostic mechanism that plugs into the car. I won't bring my car to the neighbor because I know he won't let me pay him and he must work about 80 hours a week (two jobs). However, I do take advantage of the diagnostic machine he has and typically, he can diagnose problems on the phone by having me do things with the vehicle. So I am usually pretty confident I know what is wrong when I bring it in. Not only is my neighbor always right, Greg always forms the same conclusion as the neighbor. I don't advertise that the neighbor has already made a tentative diagnosis over the phone or a real one with the machine. I don't know much car talk either so I would be an easy target but I can knowingly say that Greg, the owner of Paul's Auto has always been honest with me. I know he's cheaper than the dealers (Nissan, VW and Subaru) but can't compare his rates to other shops because I just go to him now.

They have always been straight with the work they are going to do. The pricing I believe is fair and they are very friendly and easy to work with. I have recommended them to friends and they now go there for service on their vehicles.

Every person here is amazing! They do great work! My whole family goes there. Including my mom, grandma, grandpa, brother and sister inlaw. Highly recommended!

Not a good experience with this place. A friend told me about this repair shop and recommended me to bring my vehicle here for cheap repair costs. He was right about the costs being cheap but the repair was also cheap. My vehicle broke down within a week of bringing it to this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would rate it 0 stars but it won't allow me.

Based on my experience today, I know this business had my Mother's best interests in mind!I highly recommend this mechanic shop and staff for women or anyone for that matter, who has been taken advantage of for unnecessary repairs or services by other unscrupulous high cost repair shops.
