Had a great experience buying a pre-owned Honda HR-V! Everyone was really friendly, negotiating was fairly easy and comfortable, and I'm happy with my new car. Almost immediately after driving off of the lot I noticed a crack in the bumper and called to let them know. They scheduled an appointment and got it fixed, free of charge. They even gave me a nice loaner for the day and washed my car since I have to avoid car washes for a bit after the fix. Buying a new car can be stressful, but that process was minimized as much as it can be and everyone was very nice and helpful throughout the whole thing. I would definitely by from them again!

Had an absolutely miserable experience here. Ultimately after they used the haggling and stalling tactics (to make you tired of waiting so you just sign to terrible terms), I walked away from doing business with them. Parents bought a new CRV through here though. Fine, they knew they were getting worked but this was a year ago or so when it was tough to get a brand new car without waiting for months. Plus they can afford it. But just extremely loser tactics from both the salesman and mgmt. Was there for over an hour. Oh my lord, I will disown any of my friends if they ever get a car here though. I would not trust to get a fair deal even buying peanut M&Ms from these guys. Totally forgot to review in spring of 2023 when this happened but drove by recently and had nightmare flashbacks lol. Dealers are bad enough a concept as is, but these guys do it exceptionally terribly (or well depending on your vantage point.

We purchased a car from Mr. Todd Junior. My son just graduated collage and was looking for a car prior to starting his new job. Todd did his best to help us anyway he could. I feel he is an honest and genuine person. I certainly would buy a car from him again if he moves to a different dealership. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made the transaction fun.I gave Luther 3 stars instead of 5 because the prices on the sticker for the cars is not accurate. They have things they add on after the sale that add to the agreed upon price. Such as $299.99 to make the third taillight blink, side moldings, floor mats, $600.00 - $800.00 etc. These are items they already have on the car but do not show on the sticker. If these are on the car they should be on the sticker not added after the fact. Not only is this a sneaky sales tactic it is flirting with the Bait and Switch law. Bait and switch advertising is grounds for an action of common-law fraud, unjust enrichment, and sometimes breach of contract. A bait and switch is also a violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.How to Prove Bait-and-switch Advertising1. False or misleading statements were made by the business about the advertised product.2. The business employed deceptive tactics or intended to deceive you.3. The dishonest or misleading act was likely to cause harm or financial loss to you as the consumer.Again, Thank You Todd for taking the time to help us and being an example to my son of a hardworking honest American.

Corey did a great job listening to my wants regarding my new car purchase and finding a car that fit those needs. The purchase process was quick and easy, and he also worked around my schedule. The trading process was super easy, and a fair offer was provided that there was no need to worry about negotiating.PS: This is the third vertical I purchased with this Honda. So they must be doing something right for me to keep going back. :)

Luther Honda in St Cloud was not a good experience. It was a lot of fast talk and no listening with the old title conversation. They didn't give us a copy of the sales break down. It caused more stress on my, already, heart condition. I was very disappointed. I pray the car is worth the money.

Made appointment to look at and possibly purchase vehicle. Was about hour drive to get there. We parked, and Darin Ennen greeted us immediately. He made sure our buying experience was perfect. The finance part was a great experience as well. We will be recommending Darin to our friends and family

This experience began with great promise but sadly took a sharp nosedive after the initial sale. We purchased a 2023 Pilot, upgrading from our 2019 Passport. The sales process went smoothly, and we felt the trade-in was equitable. However, the true test came after the ink had dried.Our son had his heart set on a 2015 Honda Accord, which we had spotted on the same day as the Pilot purchase. Strangely, they couldn't locate the key for the Accord at the time, so we decided to return the following day. To our dismay, the car remained uninspected and uncleaned. Despite this, our son test-drove the vehicle and expressed his interest.That's when we initiated negotiations with our salesman, seeking a reasonable deal given the car's condition and the dealership's lack of preparation. Our requests were met with the standard sales theatrics the elusive 'manager's approval' and the customary tactics to up-sell. Regrettably, the manager remained inflexible.At that moment, it became abundantly clear that our loyalty and future business meant little to them. We've had a tradition of upgrading our Honda vehicle every four years. Plus my son has become loyal to Honda through our past purchases. We also made plans to do the same for our youngest in just two years with his first Honda. That's not just one, but three guaranteed future purchases. However, it was disheartening to realize that their priority lay in squeezing every last cent from a worn-out Honda Accord with 130,000 miles on it, rather than valuing our long-term partnershipBut the real shocker came when we visited the dealership to collect our forgotten floor mats and decided to accept the salesman's price because our son had set his heart on that car. I caved because it was for my son despite my insistence of not working with them again. The salesman we spoke with, with a deadpan expression, told us, 'Sorry, someone else is considering buying it, and they have dibs.'In that moment, frustration overcame all of us. My wife and I, loyal customers who had just invested in a $50,000 vehicle, were denied because we weren't the first in line? It was undoubtedly one of the most absurd encounters I've ever had in a sales setting.From the constant attempts at up-selling, the impersonal staff, and the subpar maintenance department all culminated in an experience I would strongly advise anyone to avoid. I can confidently say that I will never engage in business with them again. Really left a bad taste in our mouth for the Honda brand.

No integrity. Bought a 2022 Toyota Sienna. Found out when paying cash there was only 1 FOB. Gave me $300 off purchase price to obtain a second one. The Toyota dealership requested $299 for a new FOB and $190 to program it. Luther didn t care about the difference. A deal is a deal . $ over integrity makes all the difference even though it was not a large amount of money.

Luther St Cloud Honda was excellent! CJ worked with me, and answered all of my questions. Andrew met me on-site, and finalized the sale. Both provided excellent customer service, timely follow up, respectful exchanges, and were awesome to work with. Brian did a great job explain the financing and available options. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them!

I m somewhat satisfied with the purchase of our pre-owned car from Luther Honda in St. Cloud. It s a good vehicle and we hope to own it for many years. The people at the dealership were all polite and welcoming. Two things, however, almost prompted me cancel the sale.First, If Honda prides itself on certifying it s pre-owned vehicles then why do they send them off the lot with nearly empty gas tanks? I know that other dealerships in the area fill the tanks for new car sales and include 1/2 tank fills with a pre-owned sale.Second, I provided three keys with my trade in and received only one with the pre-owned car. I asked the sales person about this and he just said in so many words that he couldn t help me. I don t think he realized how close he came to losing the sale over a key which, I m guessing, is not a huge cost to the dealer?Ultimately, it is the reputation and reliability of Honda cars that helped make this sale.

Much much better experience than when I bought a Honda accord in the twin cities. I really appreciated that the salesman (Brad) and the finance person were willing to listen and sell me what I wanted. Happy with the Civic!

I rate 5 stars due to every Honda dealership I go to has best quality, quantity and reasonable pricing, this happened to just be the location of my latest purchase. The only issue I ve had is a damaged tire pressure sensor when purchasing the car (noticed during the test drive so I knew about it), so I have to refresh it in the settings daily, but that s an issue that I am under the impression will be handled fairly. I dealt with very nice, easy going people.

I found this dealer in early 2023 and now my search for the best Honda dealer in the country is over and I am pleased to say that the people who make up this dealership are the Best from the Finance department, sales people and the greatest Service Manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with! And lets not leave out the expert mechanics. Thank You Lord!

Had my wife s vehicle in for a check engine code that needed solve. Good availability schedule for quick repair. Service bay easy to pull in and out to stay out of cold. Nice, clean waiting area w/snacks and refreshments. Good text updates along with easy pay link via text. Service Advisor Dane helpful and communicated every step. Tech Joshua quick on finding issue and fix. No one looks forward to any car repair bill but I was thankful they found and fixed efficiently. Thank you service team at St. Cloud Honda!

4/2023: Corey was very nice to deal with, informative and helpful. I haven't really done any deals with the dealership or their staff but they seem very welcoming. I just wish there was more inventory so I could drive something more to my specifications. But I guess that's just the way things are today.

Friendly people and very accommodating. Todd was our salesman and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We stopped there just to look around and he showed us exactly what we wanted. So it was sort of an impulse purchase! We weren't able to drive it home so they will be bringing it to us! Can't beat service like that!

Brad was amazing! I don t live close to the dealership so I was working with him via text and phone calls.
