We were recommended to Lenny s by our neighbor s who have used them for years. What a great place. Everyone there is friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. They only repair what needs to be done and it s done properly! Sometimes they might have recommendations that could be less expensive. Honest and reliable garage. No scamming or shoddy work at Lenny s!

I heard about this place because when I asked my coworkers where to take my vehicle, I got three suggestions in a row to take it to Lenny's. I've taken my truck to them several times because she's older and needs a lot of work. I don't know if they ever get sick of seeing my Red Ford F150 but it doesn't matter because I won't take it anywhere else now.

TO REPAIR or NOT TO REPAIR?My son s old Jeep just kept having issue after issue, he kept trying to do repairs with the help of a friend, since he hadn t paid much for it. But he d drive somewhere, and get back in to leave, and it wouldn t start. I had him bring it in to Lenny s, to go over it and give us a recommendation on what repairs it needed, and whether it made sense to repair. They were thorough, and found repairs needed were many and major-Lenny s recommended not repairing. We paid a reasonable fee for time spent. Some shops may have taken advantage or repaired enough to get by til another breakdown. This is why our family has Lenny s as our mechanic shop for over 40 years. Since moving to Minnesota I started taking my cars to Lenny's for service and repairs on the recommendation of a friend. It takes a few days to get an appointment, but that is to be expected when dealing with honest, competent, fair repair services. When word of mouth advertising brings repair services more business than they need, that is always a good sign. Great service, helpful staff, and fair prices, make Lenny's my first choice for auto repair and service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I moved to the area 10 years ago and when I needed a mechanic, everyone recommended Lenny's - and they were right. They are the only mechanic I use for my car. The staff is so friendly and they always get my car fixed up quickly, and check to make sure there aren't other issues. They even straightened out my bent license plate on my last visit!

We've been taking our vehicles to Lenny's since 1972 when we moved to Saint Cloud. We've never been disappointed. Though Lenny isn't there anymore, Chris carries on the business with skill, quality work, integrity, and honesty. He never does work without thoughly discussing it with you. You will get an honest appraisal of what's going on with your vehicle.Options are there. You decide what to do.Thank you ,Lenny ,for creating a great business. If I could give Lenny's a score of 10, I would.This is the best auto service repair shop.I dropped my car off on Monday night after hours.Lenny's opened at 8:30 am on Tuesday.By 10 am Lenny's called and told me I could pick up my car.I am so satisfied. And Tiffany is just great. She is a Valuable Asset to Lenny's.Thank you, Lenny's!I'm one satisfied customer.I will return and tell others of your Outstanding Service!MSSDN

We have been using Lenny's for years. They have been the most honest auto repair shop I have ever worked with. I try and do all the maintenance I need done with Lenny's. Even when there price is a bit higher I still go there because the quality and expertise are always excellent. Very friendly staff and as the other reviewer said they always verify with you before making any repairs. They let you know what might need to be fix if you ask them to take a look but only fix what you ask them to. They also are very accommodating when you are in a bind. If Lenny's can't fix the problem they have reputable recommendations like Automotive Transmission and Driveline which has worked with Lenny's for 11 years. Thank you all very much. Chris, Jeff and all the guys/gal at Lenny's Crossroads Auto come highly recommended by myself and my family! I have complete trust in the employees at this auto repair shop. Tiffany is straight forward and knowledgeable. She is always friendly and upbeat. Chris is the mechanic that works on my car. He always gives me an honest estimate and advice. I won't take my car to anyone else.

I've been going to Lenny's since I moved to St. Cloud in 2012. It's always a challenge finding a fair mechanic when moving to a new location. As a woman, I've been taken advantage of more times than I can count when it comes to going for auto repairs. From the first, I was impressed with Lenny's - their service and their fairness. I trust them implicitly when it comes to taking care of my car's needs.

I've had multiple vehicles serviced here on separate occasions. Most of the times it has been in a pinch; so, I really appreciate how good they are fitting me in whenever possible. From my experience, they are very knowledgeable and caring. They won't just charge you for something you don't need. They will treat you fairly and properly, at least in my experience. To top it off, they are very well priced!

I had my transfer case replaced by Lenny s in my 2002 Chevy 2500 about 2.5 years and 90,000 miles ago.My 4x4 just went out and I brought it to a different shop close by, they found a pin hole in the side of the case from the pump. The case that Lenny s put in my truck was a rebuilt case that included a case saver (or so I thought). I called Chris to explain my situation and my displeasure and his response was that sure is a lot of miles to put on it in 2.5 years. He said it shows in his paperwork that it should have had the case saver though so he d work with me to get it fixed. I asked him what my out of pocket would be if he opens up the case and it needs to be completely replaced. He said I d be out of pocket around $1,000 for a used one. Well that s the same price the shop it s in now quoted me for a used one. Sorry Chris but I don t see how that s really working with me. The mechanic who looked at it told me he doesn t have to pull it apart to know there s no case saver in it, the hole is right were they always are at the pump.My honest opinion is that I didn t get a rebuilt case from Lenny s, instead I just got a used one. No one would rebuild a case without a case saver. The shop it s at now told me that the case sounds like a bucket of bolts and there is a small pin hole right at the pump where they always poke through.Lenny s lost my trust for good. I understand how mistakes happen. It s how the shop fixes those mistakes that prove how good and trustworthy they are, Chris just proved that they are neither a good shop or a trustworthy shop.

My daughter is scared of dealing with people. So on Greg Roberts recommendation, we sent her to Lenny's. EXCELLENT, TOP NOTCH front desk help. All the mechanics, are just as wonderful. You have gained a customer for life, and my Daughter is only 20. THANK YOU, for your kindness, patience, honesty, and top notch service.

Best mechanic in Minnesota hands down. My parents live in Sartell and have used Lenny for years. While attending college in the Cities I would always bring my car home to get serviced. I currently live in New York, and still take my car into their shop once a year for a tune up to avoid dealing with other mechanics. I bring my in - laws now as well. Almost always cheaper than the competition. They will also be honest with you about what you need to do now, and what can wait for 6 months. I really appreciate this because I am not made of money so it allows me to start saving. Absolutely fantastic business.

Lenny's was recommended to me and I am so grateful! We are relatively new to St. Cloud and didn't know which of the 20 repair shops to trust. Lenny's is the only place I take my 2011 Hyundai for service. I feel confident the staff only does what needs to be done and don't try to upsell anything. Even thou the vehicle's recommendation may say that something needs to be changed at a certain mileage , it is not worked on unless it needs to be. They will make recommendation and then as owner you decide. If I need a car while it is in service there is one for me to use until I can get it back. Thank You Chris Wolf, Owner.

I dropped my truck off on a Sunday night for air conditioning repairs the following day. Monday night I got a call stating it was ready! Excellent, quick, courteous, service. I definitely recommend!

I have nothing but positive things to say. Honest, friendly, and knowledgeable; they will only fix what you need and they will approve any work with you ahead of time. I brought my vehicle in one day thinking I had a major (as well as expensive) issue with my transmission. I was ready to write a large check but they determined it was a different issue which cost less than $100 to fix. Honest mechanics are tough to come by; honest mechanics who do great work are tougher yet. I found one.

So I went there as a last minute....problem with my car. The woman working the desk was knowledgeable and absolutely fantastic. I was able to use a loaner car as they werent able to get to my car immediately. I was told that when I called. But I was positively shocked when I got the bill. I was told that I wouldnt be charged for certain services (which is always great to hear) but the amount for labor and how little was done to my car was what completely threw me. I was able to drive my car home but to "fix" my car would easily be a couple hundred and I could talk to the mechanic if I wanted. I did not get a more accurate quote as some of the work I myself can do and therefore was not going to get gouged by the cost of labor

I had a very flat tire late Friday afternoon. They were very courteous and did their best to get me new tires as quickly as possible. Even though there weren't many options and it was a weekend, they had the new tires on by Monday mid-afternoon.

They quoted me $490 for a job over the phone; which I was totally prepared to pay because the dealership said it was going to be closer to $700. When I came to pick it up, they told me the job didn't take as long and wasn't as difficult as they first thought and it only ended up costing ~$200. I finally found a competent and honest mechanic in Saint Cloud. I'll be back...

I have gone to Lenny's for all my car repairs for over 15 years. I have never had issues with the work. You may have to wait in order to get in, but that is what happens when you have such great service.

Lenny's is the place to bring your jeep to! They know what is needed to get them back on the trail. Always doing little extras that I never get a bill for. Love this shop!

Good service. Knowledgeable. They'll tell you if something really needs to be fixed or if it's not a big deal. Only bummer is that both times I've gotten work done, the estimate they give me has been $100-$200 less than what they actually charge me. Other than that though, I've been happy.

Charged me $415 to replace a car battery. Well the invoice was $395. I gave him 200 cash and paid the rest on card but he charged 215 on my card. literally everything about my experience was disgusting.
