The entire buying experience was excellent. My salesman Page Brownie, as well as the rest of the Kia staff, were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They helped get me just the vehicle I was looking for, at a very reasonable price. Will be recommending others to purchase their next vehicle at this facility.

I think this is one of the worst Kia dealership I have ever went to. I only went once but never again. How does a Kia dealership install the wrong part on a KIA VEHICLE?? They said I needed a tire rod replaced last July when I went in for a different service. I agreed. Last week I had new tires installed and when I went in for an alignment for the tires and also because I needed an alignment since I hadn t gotten one in a while. I got the alignment done and I hit the road but my alignment was still not right. I went back to the alignment place and turns out when this dealership replaced my tire rod, THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG PART. The technician couldn t even believe it when I said a Kia dealership did that mistake. I took pics and it was so obvious. One was way longer than the other. I cant comprehend how a Kia dealership doesn t notice that. I tried calling to talk to them but when you call the service department, it goes to voicemail

Our sales rep, Tristen, was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the sales experience. He listened to what we told him and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Of equal importance to us as seniors, Tristen was as interested in helping us learn the electronics of our new Soul as he was in helping us find the right car for us. He spent over an hour teaching us how all the different electronic features operated, pairing both our cellphones to the car and patiently addressing all of our questions and requests that he repeat himself as we worked to take it all in. He even answered phone calls from us in the days just after the sale as we asked him (again) how a feature worked. We now have the basics down and will explore the YouTube tutorials Kia has provided.The service manager Jayson, was also very helpful. We had some important repair issues on the car that we were replacing and selling to our grandson. Kia of St Cloud serviced the old car with little advanced notice and completed it that day making it safe to drive!We heartily recommend Kia of St. Cloud

My Kia had a recall issued. They took care of the issue within 2 hours and didn t charge a dime. Great service from a dealer that actually seems to care about their customers.

Stopped by today for my 60,000 mile service, Jayson checked me in and made sure to check for any recalls, went through my full inspection report and offered snacks/refreshments while I wait for the service to be completed. He was friendly, professional and the service overall was great. I always look forward to coming here to keep my vehicle taken care of!

Cody was great to work with! I don't care for a pushy salesperson and he lived up to and exceeded my expectations of not doing that to me. He took the time to show me all the bells and whistles in the new Sorento Prestige that I purchased and answer any questions that I had at that time. I purchased my Telluride from another dealership-it was an awful experience. A few weeks ago, my transmission went out when I was 5 miles from a different Kia dealership in Brooklyn Park. I had my vehicle towed there. And there it sat for a week, and it wasn't even checked into their system. So we went and towed it to Kia of St Cloud. From our first initial phone call to this facility, we knew we were in the right hands.Lucas made it a point to keep us updated on the status of our repair and ensured it was as seamless as possible.This will be our dealership and location of choice from now on! I was greeted warmly and welcomed, as this was my first time here. Everything was explained in detail. I had recall service and security system upgrade. After looking at other items due, I did decide to have additional work done. I thought the prices were good, as I had previously discussed them with another provider. Courtesy shuttle was an added bonus! Everyone there was friendly and professional. I am very pleased!

It was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Thought I was in good hands at first they Put in a new transmission for free. But I had to wait a month and a half with little to no communication. When I bought the car, Hugo told me I had a one year warranty and that s why we agreed to buy it because it was a good deal. Past and my O2 sensors in speed sensors went out and to my knowledge I still had a one year warranty, so I drove my broken car to St. Cloud from Litchfield. There and they told me that I only had a three month warranty, and it is passed. I was furious at this point, and felt like I was being scammed. I waited four hours just for them to tell me that they couldn t get to it in time for me to leave. So I left it there. They called me four hours later and told me the problem and said it was going to cost $980 to fix my car. I tried telling them that I should ve had an extended warranty from the month and a half that I waited. And they won t give me my paperwork. I told him that I wasn t fair that I just bought this car four months ago and it s already broken. They didn t try to help me at all or hear me out. Will be filing a complaint. As we were lied to when we bought the car for the one year warranty that we paid extra for something else That wasn t the warranty. The person that sold us the car in SEPTEMBER. They told me he hasn t worked there for a year! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! There crooked!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dylan Herges. Dylan was so very kind and went the extra mile to make sure we had all the answers to our questions. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to educate us and showed us how to operate the infotainment system and most of all we did not feel pressured one time to make a purchase! Every employee at KIA of St. Cloud was very professional! We felt very welcome and comfortable every step of the way!Sean was the Finance Manager we spent time with as well. Very proficient and confident, and like Dylan, very good at what he does! This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was lied to and bullied into buying my vehicle. I was told by the salesman Dylan that my vehicle is certified pre owned and have now come to find out it is not. No one is returning my calls or doing anything to make this right. Is it not against the law to lie when selling a vehicle? Especially about warranties? Hugo was extremely unprofessional. He left me to basically do his job for him so I left that day without a loan even being taken out for my vehicle. I guess he assumed I was going to do the application process myself? He along with the salesman cared more about getting my significant others phone number to have him paint their houses than they did about making sure I was taken care of, happy and satisfied with my vehicle.Update 6 days after my original post: someone decided to do something about what happened to me and I was able to get my vehicle CPO (to my knowledge) to include the better warranty. However, I had to pay more out of pocket to do this. They tried to right their wrong and they partially did. I m still owed money by someone though as there seems to be some confusion with my trade in and the pay off. Just more for me as the customer to have to figure out on my own I guess.

Summary: I placed the order for my Telluride with Kia of St. Cloud (KSC) on December 27, 2021 (such order included the tow package). Because of KSC s mishandling of my order (and, quite frankly, ineptitude), I didn t receive my Telluride until June 29, 2023, some 18 months after placing my order. Over such time, the cost to me of my Telluride increased by $4,265 over the amount I originally agreed to pay (I placed my order for a 2022 Telluride, was migrated to the 2023 model year, and, finally, to the 2024 model year). Now, with the added cost of the tow hitch kit, that difference is some $5,500. Never again. There are nine other Kia dealers in Minnesota. I strongly suggest that you take your business to one of them. My story follows (shortened version).My ordeal started on December 27, 2021 when I contacted KSC about purchasing a Kia Telluride. Cody Goor, sales professional with KSC, stated that KSC sells Tellurides at MSRP, unlike the Twin Cities dealers which, he said, mark up the Tellurides by at least $1,000 over MSRP. Accordingly, I placed an order for a 2022 Telluride EX, with tow package, at a price of $43,505 (MSRP). I was told I would have the vehicle in 6 to 8 months. Following placement of my order, I never heard from Goor as to the status of my order unless I contacted him first and, even then, he was slow to respond (if he responded at all).Nine months later (09/27/2022), Goor informed me that my order for a 2022 Telluride had been migrated to the 2023 model year and that I needed to change to a different exterior color. In selecting a new color, I was misinformed on two separate occasions as to what exterior/interior color combinations were allowed by Kia. At the time of the migration, Goor stated that I would be receiving the 2023 vehicle in about 2 months.Some four months later (01/18/2023), I asked for an update on the status of my order and was informed that Kia had not yet picked up my order and that delivery was still 4 to 5 months out. At that point, I discovered that my order had been changed to an EX X-Line, rather than an EX, in the migration to the 2023 model year, even though such change had never been discussed with me. The change cost me well over $1,000 for things that had no value to me and that I didn t want on my Telluride. At such point, I asked that I be assigned a different salesman. I was then assigned to Page Brownie, who did an excellent job for me an exception to the rule at KSC.Some 5 months later (06/29/2023), my vehicle (by now, a 2024 model year) finally arrived at KSC, but without the tow package. However, in reviewing the sales summary with Page, I noticed that I was being charged an extra $895 for undercoating . Page stated KSC had a 3-year-old policy of undercoating all new vehicles, for which they charged $895. I told Page that I had never been informed of such policy, that at all times through three model year changes the price I was quoted was MSRP. Page then had his sales manager, Hugo De la Rosa, talk to me. Despite being shown the original price quote and being told of the documentation I had for subsequent price changes, De la Rosa refused to remove the surcharge, defiantly stating that, if I wasn t happy, I could just go to a different dealership [quite obviously ignoring the fact that, thereby, my ordeal would be extended for another year]. He then abruptly ended our discussion stating we re done here and walked away [I found De la Rosa to be totally unprofessional and his demeanor insulting]. Luckily, Page interceded on my behalf and convinced De la Rosa to remove the undercoating charge.So, after 18 months, I finally have my vehicle. However, it s not the model I ordered, it has cost me $4,265 more than what I originally agreed to pay ($47,770 - $43,505), and, at this point, it can t even do what I bought it for (towing). Hence, the one star rating. [See addendum for later developments, further justifying my one star rating]

Our Kia is currently under extended warranty. The check engine light came on so we brought it to the dealership. The issue was 6 spark plugs needing to be replaced. They charged $35/spark plug (cost at AutoZone for the yr/make/model is $10.29). Additionally, they charged us a $750 service fee to replace the spark plugs. Warranty would not cover due to this being classified as 'maintenance'. We were talked into keeping the vehicle there instead of finding a different service shop.I am blown away by the cost of the service and the upcharge of the spark plugs. Total bill was $1,000 for 6 spark plugs.There is a Youtube video showing how to replace them on the Telluride that completes the process in 9 minutes.Very disheartened by this.

Walked in today not knowing if I was doing right thing. But had an amazing group of guys help me. Logan my sales guy very friendly, listened and the Finance guy and manager were up there with Logan. My vehicle I had when I first showed up was stressing me out and they helped me get into a vehicle with warranties and now I can put my energy into paying off debt since I don't need to worry about when my vehicle will break down and if I would be able to fix it. I would recommend this location to anyone

Overall car buying experience was ok. It s what happened after the purchase. We purchased a brand new Kia Sorento at the end of October. At the same time we purchased the extras, so we had roadside assistance. During the recent cold snap our car wouldn t start. At this point it has less than 5,000 miles on the vehicle. Tried jump starting the vehicle with another vehicle, couldn t get it to start. Called roadside assistance on 1/15. Received multiple texts stating a tow truck was on its way. By 1/17 a tow truck had not come. Called a local tow truck company and they came to jump the vehicle, which we didn t know it was the battery at the time. Cost $165. Send in the claim through Kia. Received a check today for $75 from Cross Country Motor Club, whoever that is. Horrible customer service in the roadside assistance department. They asked for our credit card number, never had a tow truck come help us. Very disappointed since buying our first Kia. I ll stick to Toyota from now on.

Outstanding service. Kurt was great to work with throughout the entire process of ordering my new Sorento and keeping me updated throughout the wait. Kurt was easy to reach via phone and text message. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I recently took my Sorento in for a factory recall and oil change. The service was quick, efficient, and the service technicians were friendly. I had my dog with me and I was excited to hear that they are a dog-friendly shop! I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that they do tire rotations for free for vehicles that are purchased at their location. I highly recommend Kia of St. Cloud. I will certainly be back.

If I could I would give Jayson and Lucas from Kia a -5 star review. Brought in a 2015 Kia Sorento to have the engine replaced under warranty. After replacing the engine they said a check engine light came up and that they would have to charge for a diagnostic service. Wanted $1000 to fix a wiring harness that they said was corroded. Asked if they had to touch the harness to get the engine out as it seemed to look like pliers were used to get the harness out. They assured me that they did not have to touch the harness to get the engine out from the top. The harness is apart of the main engine harness and would be impossible to remove the engine without disconnecting the harness. They would not accept that they damaged it. Sent it out with a brand new engine that was a quart low. Told them about it and when I picked it up it had snow all over the top of the engine and a quart over full. They also didn't put clamps back on. I would never buy from them.

Terrible experience with the service department. I had called to verify my 2017 Sorento was covered under Kia s extended coverage for an engine knock and told that it was. I trailered it in and left it for service, immediately the next morning Jayson from service called me to tell me that since my company was using the car that it would not be covered. So I asked him if I transferred it into my personal name today, would that be ok and Kia would not have any issues. He had to check with management and called me back saying it would be fine since he had not submitted it to Kia yet. I paid to transfer it into my personal name and sent the registration info to Jayson. The next morning, Lucas the service manager, called me and was extremely rude saying that I cannot transfer this into my name and expect it to be covered. I told him that s what Jayson had told me to do but he said he wasn t responsible for what Jayson was telling customers. I immediately went to pick up my car and take care of this issue myself, I am just amazed at the rudeness of the service manager Lucas, just extremely unprofessional.

I called for an oil change, and I got in that same day. Was greeted promptly by a friendly gentleman. I was told it would take an hour and offered coffee. Before I knew it my car was done. They also rotated the tires, checked for recall parts. It was a very good experience. I'm glad we purchased the service package with our 2023 KIA

Wife brought her car there for a simple recall. They never told her they would text me a website I had to go onto to approve any repairs. So when I received a text to click on a suspicious link from a number I didn t have, I ignored it. So, because of that they pushed her car off to the side and worked on others, never went out to the waiting room to ask her or anything. Something that should have taken an hour, took almost 4 hours because of them not communicating or simply going and asking face to face in the waiting room.
