I went in for a tire balance and next thing I know the sales person is telling me how filthy my cabin air filter is and is trying to sell me one. The only way to know that is if they went into my locked glove compartment. Nothing was missing but I wasn't to happy about them going in my vehicle and unlocking compartments when the only service that was agreed to was the tires. No decent place to wait for your car. Other then that they were great

I went in just asking for a quote for tires, the sales clerk told me about the fleet farm credit card and how it would save me money, plus, get one tire Free with buying three, plus $50 dollar rebate, so I ended up going home with New tires.

Fleet Farm Auto Center did an EXCELLENT job. I bought a set of Cooper tires; with the warranty plan. I had my tires rotated, repaired a slow air leak, and performed a Courtesy Auto check of the fluids, air, and even the battery -- ALL FREE UNDER THE WARRANTY AUTO PLAN. So, I got my oil and filter changed since I was there having my vehicle serviced. Very friendly and polite knowledgeable staff.

I scheduled a 1:30 oil change and showed up on time. After giving the tech my info they took my keys and told me it would be a 30 - 45 min wait and i sat down in their waiting area. 30 minutes later the service writer came to me saying he couldnt find my truck and it was literally right where i told them 20 ft from the bulding. It is now 2:50 and they are still not done with the oil change after i told them to not do the inspection because i am short on time. If you scedule a oil change here be prepared for over an hour wait. Save your time and money and bring it to a professional. These guys are a lousy excuse for a maintenance shop. Wish i could give 0 stars.

They have a new Mills fleet farm in Monticello Minnesota I love this place because they have a wide variety of everything

Constant mistakes and poor service. Rather rude attendant and she didn't know anything and had to call supervisor to answer simple questions she should have known the answers to!!!
