Abra was great to work with, they gave me updates on a regular basis, friendly staff and they did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle. And they cleaned my vehicle, which was a very pleasant surprise! It looks and smells great for a minivan!

I had a small chip in my windshield, and my insurance company sent me to ABRA in Waite Park, MN. They said it would take 20 minutes, and it did. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting area with a TV, free coffee and bottled water. If need be, I would definitely use them again...

Immaculate customer service, Paula and Tammy were SO helpful, and pointed me in the right direction with every question I had. My car was thoroughly cleaned and every detail was handled with precision. Being from out of town I am so thankful for ABRA s team in making my experience wonderful.

Took a bit to get my car repaired but it was definitely worth the wait! She looks brand new! They even cleaned my interior! Love Abra. They update you every step of the way on your cars repair.

I am absolutely pleased with the customer service and the quality work they did on my 2021 Toyota Venza! Not only did they complete the claims on my car. . . First I Chose ABRA Autobody of St. Cloud as suggested by my insurance. If ever in need of this type of service again, I will not make the same choice.While assessing the damage to the front of my truck (as instructed by insurance company), they found further damage to the rear of the vehicle. Instead of assessing that as well, and informing them that more damage was found, they simply told my wife there was additional damage, but that isn t what we were told to look at. SERIOUSLY??? The vehicle is going to be totaled, so there was no reason to continue. Really? How about to give the customer ALL of the information necessary to make an informed decision about whether not to buy the truck back and repair? Addressed this with him when I went to get my remaining belongings from my truck He simply repeated that it was not what they were instructed to look at, and there was no need to continue once it was obviously going to be totaled. Wow Definitely do not want someone with that significant of tunnel vision checking my vehicle for damage.

It was a lengthy wait to get into the shop. But once in, took a week to get my rig back on the road good as new. They also had rental company at shop for my convenience. Hope to never have need to use them again, but if I do, I go in w/ confidence knowing I will be taken care of.

Don t mind if I do, The staff was very kind and helpful I felt comfortable with leaving my car there and when I came back to get it I almost cried I rode around in that car since August15th that s when it happenedI didn t care about that car after that it was dirty when I came to pick it up they cleaned it I was like oh my God it was like a brand new car so thank you thank you I will come again if ever need to

My son had a hit & run accident where someone backed into his parked car in the Target parking lot. We called our insurance and they recommended ABRA. They got the car into the shop within 48 hours and the repairs were completed in about a week and for almost $1500 less than we thought it would cost. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly and the service staff kept us updated every step of the way. The quote was reasonable and we are VERY impressed with the outcome. They did a fantastic job. Would HIGHLY recommend and will use again for all of my body shop needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fast, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! Recommend highly. I dealt with the Waite Park, MN business. Ilive in Delaware. Born and raised thirty miles north of Waite Park. But been in the east since 1984. Abra treated me as if I was still a local. Recommend highly!!
