Gary From Quality Auto ShopReplaced my Bumper and Head LampsI'm very Happy with the work that was done ........I will be doing future businessWith this Shop !!! Well I've been in to see Gary 2 more times since the visit with the Bumper and Head Lamps , Now a right front quarter panel and a New Hood and A Back Bumper then a Full Paint Job Couldn't be any happier of the work they did on My Chevy Colbolt.My car looks Beautiful again !!!!I just wanna say this Shop does Excellent Work and I will always send my Friends and Acquaintances their way!!!! When we sustained damage to our vehicle from hitting a deer and needed to choose a body shop we turned to Google reviews. Quality Auto Body was honestly the first and only body shop we ended up looking at and that was largely due to how highly recommended Gary and his team were. We were sure this whole process of getting our vehicle fixed was going to be a major headache. That was not so. Gary and his team took great care of us. In less than a week we had our vehicle back and it looked even better than before. Gary was so easy to talk to and gave our minds a sense of peace by reassuring us that everything would be taken care of. Auto Body Quality & Glass Wadena MNThe owner, Gary Paavola provided excellent service when I needed it the most. I live in central ND & I was driving home from Brainerd when I was rear ended in Wadena. While waiting for the police to wrap up I was calling every repair shop in the area & Gary was the only one who would help me. He arrived immediately to the accident scene & had a tow truck and driver there within minutes. Gary brought me a ice cold water & Tylenol and drove me to a hotel until my ride arrived the next morning. He also reviewed what to expect and how to handle my insurance claim. He repaired my car to better condition that when I initially purchased it a year earlier. Gary even had my interior detailed; I have never received better service anywhere! The owner really does care for his clientele & their vehicles. Thank you so much Gary!

To date I have been a customer of Gary's 3 times with a 4th pending. Gary and his team do fantastic work. The customer service is excellent as well as the attention to detail. I'm very particular and I have not been dissapointed. They have always gone the extra mile and take care of the little things that alot of places don't consider. They stand behind their work and if there is a problem I know it will get resolved. These guys have a lifetime customer.

Last month, our son hit a deer while using our vehicle. Good news: he and our grandkiddos were all ok. Bad news: the vehicle was in need of repair. Good news: Gary at Quality Auto Body in Wadena! He got us right in, got the estimate, worked with insurance, and got the vehicle repaired. Even better news: Not only was the exterior spotless after the repair, the interior, which was not affected at all, was completely detailed, like new! So thorough and professional...We HIGHLY recommend Gary and his crew.

I've had several vehicles worked on at Quality Auto Body from hail damage to deer/ vehicle accidents, windshield replacement and even accessories installed like a rear spoiler. Gary is top notch in all these areas.
