Went in there for a wiper blade. Jeremy and his team were very happy to assist me with finding the right wiper. It was a drizzling day out. They even went outside and put the new blade on. Thanks so much for the outstanding service.

Excellent service, friendly staff, very knowledgeable. I went in to pick up a part and it was very busy got service right away and even though it was hard to find part they went above and beyond to locate and find the part I needed. It was a very inexpensive part I needed I was treated like I was their number one customer. Great staff thanks for all your help

I talked to a knowledgeable person that found my hard to find parts. I asked him to save the part number so if I call back I can order it. I call back and one guy has no clue how to find my part and the other guy never gets back to me so I found same part half the price myself online. It's hit or miss there

Officially the Worst service of the auto parts stores on the planet. Rude employees won't acknowledge your presence in the store and treat customers with favoritism to the extreme that they will ignore you when you are speaking to them.Childish, Immature, Unprofessional and Worthless.Do Not Go There.

I go in to get parts for my husband and Jeremy the manager is very knowledgeable and respectful to me. He can figure out what I need by describing it even though I dont know what is.

Its a napa guys are good here for most part but can be very lazy. Can call and ask for paint with 4 guys sitting at counter and get no we don't have enough people here to do that today
