I am a very happy customer! Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of finding me the right vehicle and explaining everything I needed to know in detail. He is very patient and doesn't try to up sell me. He listened to my needs and concerns and didn't rush me in any way. I highly recommend Ryan, and his friendly staff. Most important for me is having trust in him and making a new friend!

I highly recommend lunde auto sales thanks to them and my Lord God Jesus Christ I am finally able to feel safe in my new 2013 Chevy Equinox with only 103k miles on it though it took longer then I expected but they promised me if I came down I would be leaving in a new car and they delivered and I will most definitely return when I am ready to buy my next vehicle they were extremely supportive and helpful and even spoke honestly about the cars on the lot knowing that I was in desperate need of a safe and reliable car for me and my son of and I forgot to mention they have vary competitive prices as well. And I would like to give a special thanks to the owner who walked me through every step of the way.

Extremely helpful when trying to get a vehicle. They listen to your needs and get and idea of what you are looking for and go and find you something that will fit your needs and your situation. We did an initial online app for a vehicle for our son. We got emails requesting information and all the info was provided to them. They ever pulled a hard credit inquiry. After all that way husband and son both called multiple times to set up a showing and a gentleman named Ryan told my husband he'd call him back. He never did. My husband tried a couple more times before we gave up. We found a nice car at Gateway and they did exceptional with their communication. 2 stars because they had decent inventory and pricing.

We came here in hopes of getting help when we were in a really bad place. We told them our story we got words of encouragement and that they d try to help us. After we left, feeling hopeful, we never got a call back. No contact at all. They also ran our credit through several different lenders without our permission. I don t recommend going here at all.

Yeah. I just purchased a beautiful Honda Van from Lunde Auto Sales today. Ryan was professional and very helpful getting me the idea vehicle for me. I recommend anyone looking for a nice ride and an honest dearlership to stop by and ask for Ryan.

First I'd like to say that I have a severe anxiety disorder and almost canceled my appointment to look at cars because I was so nervous about doing this alone. Ryan is the person that worked with me and even though I was noticeably nervous and had a few (ok fine maybe more than a few) airhead moments he put me at ease and walked me through every step making sure that I understood every detail. He was brought lunch while we were waiting for my loan bank to respond and was going to try to keep working even through his lunch but I insisted he take his time and eat because I had nothing else to do and a person's gotta eat. He made this process better than I was hoping for and I drove away in my new vehicle. He never asked for a cent of the down payment until everything was approved and every signature was signed. I got an amazing warranty with my vehicle that I wasn't expecting at all. I am so happy with my experience with Ryan from Lunde. I think I found my new go-to dealership.

I don't have the best credit and I have only been at my job for a couple months. I was scared I wouldn't be able to get a vehicle, which I desperately needed since the motor blew in my old car. Ryan was extremely helpful and honest with me the entire time. He didn't sugar coat anything, he was just honest. I didn't feel pressured at all! In fact, I was able to look at the inventory and was given the keys to anything I wanted to look at, and there were a few. He even went above and beyond, when my phone died he loaned me a charger. It was a great experience and I am very happy with the vehicle I chose. I will return when my kids need a car.

Totally worthless company. Set up phone appointment to see about financing a truck. Was set up and received 4 different messages, confirming date and time. Time came and went with no contact from anyone at this business. Sent email and messages with no response. Poor, poor excuse for a Company. If their service is as bad as their customer service, would advise to stay away from here.

I went to Lunde Auto Sales several times to look and test drive different vehicles. During one of my times there I got the pleasure of meeting Ryan. He was polite, friendly and most of all HONEST with me and upfront! Not something you get often anymore. I came back a month later and made my purchase with him. Worked with Ryan Fratzke today and he went WAY above and beyond to make sure we were able to take home the vehicle we wanted today! The best service I have ever had at any dealership. Would highly recommend going to Lunde Auto sales in Wadena if your looking for a new vehicle. This is my 2nd vehicle I've bought from Lunde in Wadena and will definitely be back if ever in need again! Mark & Ryan have always treated us fairly. If we are looking for something in particular they go out of their way to make sure we get it. The car buying process can be confusing but Ryan did an excellent job at explaining everything to us. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Ryan at Lunde auto is hands down the most pleasant cars salesman i have ever worked with! He did everything in his power to get me into a 2011 Durango! Although it fell through on the bank side he had still called and wished my family and myself a merry Christmas and happy New Year and asked if there was anything else he could do to help or make it happen. Will be shopping there again in the near future. Great group of people that are all down to earth and understanding!

Working with Lunde's was the best car buying ingredients experience in my 43 years of being a licensed driver. These guys treat you like family, right from the start. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new/like new vehicle. They have trucks, SUVs, cars for any budget. 2nd time back to this dealership, alot has changed, the people changed, but with the help of Alex and Ryan, they were able to get me financing on a gorgeous 2016 Chevy Equinox, 10/10 would recommend to anyone, fast and friendly service, financing options are a cut above the rest.
