I worked with Dan when I purchased my vehicle, he was awesome to work with! I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We walked in to Kals and were immediately greeted by friendly people excited to help. Although we were just looking at UTV s, we got such a great deal that we walked out an hour later, new owners of our 2020 Polaris Ranger! Great service, staff and deals at Kals!

We researched ice houses for over a year & decided on a Glacier within 10 mins of talking with Dan. He was very helpful & Kals had a great selection to choose from. Prompt, friendly, professional. Customer for life!!

Bought a Car back in June and although it was a "Mechanically" great Car as per Kals opinion, it seems all we have been doing is running into more and more issues that should have been caught. Both side Suspension Trailing Arms were Bad, 2 of the tires were not legal for the road (something I should have looked harder at but with the new low profile tires eyeballing it is hard), the check engine light came on after only a week and had to replace a part on the Emissions System, now it is in the shop to have the headlights replaced and on removal of the bumper cover, there are two missing brackets that are very crucial for holding the bumper in place. Lets hope this is all that we have for issues here on out. Would not recommend doing business here even with their very friendly sales team.

Dan at Kals in wadena was awesome. I basically had the car bought before setting foot on the lot. Honest guys that are straight shooters and for a used car salesmen not to pressure you is nice

Everything about my purchase from Kals was amazing. Dan and Derik were awesome to work with and went above and beyond to get me approved for my Suburban. One of the fullest lots in the 50+ Mile radius. Great selection, awesome customer service. Will be doing business with them again!!

Thought this was a good place until we drove a car from there home and twice a couple miles each time and the shifter sensor went out. They won't help but offer 50 dollars cheaper than another shop is going to charge..yeah as is but they had mentioned the car was only there a couple days prior so maybe they should look over the vehicles a little better. Another 950 into it.. I guess thanks for the great service lol..

I'm very happy with the buying process and the truck that I purchased from Kal's. As soon as I started the process Dan was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I felt he was honest and sincere about the used truck and very helpful. I would recommend Kal's to anyone.

AMAZING service from Derik! Cant wait to drive my new truck!Update: Truck ended up having some issues a day after leaving the dealership. Contacted them, and it was fixed the next day after I brought it in with no questions asked.Will ALWAYS recommend Kals!

My wife and I had purchased a truck from Kal's a few years ago and are extremely satisfied with that purchase and still have the truck. Today we purchased a side by side. Dan was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous! In the next few months we will be back to buy another truck to add to our business. We highly recommend Kal's Kars and their entire team!

Dan at Kals Motor Group was great to work with. Myself and two neighbors ordered some Golf Carts and they all arrived looking amazing. There was a small technical issue with mine, but Dan was so great to diagnose and correct the issue it all worked out and I am one happy customer. It's great to work with companies and individuals that stand by their product! By the end of the summer I expect they'll get at least 8 more orders from my neighborhood.

I bought a 2006 f150 from this place in May and have not been able to drive it since. It's been in the shops driveway more than mine. I'm hopping this is a recitalable dealership and they fix the problem. Still paying on a truck I can't drive. Will change my review if the fix the issue.

This is the second time I've worked with Dan at Kal's. I bought a Glacier fish house and just like the first time when I bought my golf cart it was a great experience. They have a huge selection of fish houses and Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. Highly recommend Dan and the team at Kal's!!

Excellent local new and used vehicle dealer. Very very easy to work with, even on a Saturday. Everything from corresponding before purchase, to setting up the test drive, and even getting financed. Personally I will definitely be doing business there again.. Everyone that I have talked to that has recently got vehicles from there all say the same thing.. A friendly environment makes the whole process much much easier.. Thank you Derik and Jim.

Skip the stop at PleasureLand for your next wheel house and head on up to Kal's Motor Group for THE PLACE to buy a Glacier wheel house in Minnesota! The sales person, Dan, was very helpful and patient throughout the buying experience. He was timely when responding to initial questions on FB, took ample time to show various house options when I drove two hours to check out their inventory in person (and found new options when the two houses I came to see had recently sold). Dan and Derik were very helpful making the paperwork side of things smooth as well. Extra kudos to the entire Kals staff for installing a Sure Step accessory onto my 17 RD as well.One suggestion I have to improve an already great experience is to start offering on-site trailer alignment services which is mentioned in the owner's manual as needing to be done. There are few options in the northern part of the state for this and doing so would enhance the customer buying experience.To all of Kal's staff, with copious bonus points/props to Dan...thank you!!!

I have bought two trucks from Kal's and they are by far the easiest, most professional dealership I've bought from. No hassle, no BS. Never had an issue with a vehicle I bought there, but I am confident they would do the right thing if I did. Highly recommend.

Worked with Joe to buy a Ford Escape. Told us that of the three vehicles we were looking at, this was a far better unit. Bought it, he was great about the price. Problem is, I got to drive it 5 times before it broke down, battery/alternator light. Too far to return without a big towing charge. I can see they put in a new battery and alternator, but it looks like they didn't really fix it completely. Everyone says they are great about after-care... I'm going to call them tomorrow. Then, this review will be dramatically better or worse. I hope they will work with me. I bought the car they recommended and it did not end well.

I've waited over a year to leave this review. I purchased a 2015 Yamaha golf cart completely custom to my liking. It looks great! BUT everything electronically was failing. I live over 2 hours away and I made one trip to drop it off after 56 days of owning it and only driving it a handful of times. The controller was shot and not compatible with the motor or wired correctly. Dan was amazing with getting it to work and not charging me anything for labor or repairs. Within another week or two the rear seat which was brand new had an expanded bump under the cushion appeared (not sure what caused it) but they shipped me a new seat. Then the controller went out again about a month down the road and I had them pick it up cause I'm not going to continue driving back and forth for constant problems. They fixed it and returned it to my house in a week. It ran good for a couple drives then the bushes in the motor started sparking and blowing fuses constantly. They picked it up and cleaned the motor and returned it back to my house.... Now this year begins!! I take it out of heated storage for the first ride, and the rear axle has two seals broke and leaking grease into my brakes leading to complete brake failure. Called Dan and they will repair it on there dime. I have struggled to enjoy this purchase, everytime I drive it my only thought is " what is going to break next?? " I really hope this is the last issue and me and my family can have some fun this year.

In October of 2021 I had the "pleasure" of working with Kals on the purchase of a new to me, SUV for my family. The vehicle checked all the boxes of our requirements, and the sales portion of the transaction went smoothly, for that I'd give 5 stars. HOWEVER. After purchase the check engine light came on, and per Kals short warranty it was on them to fix it. But after "fixing it," numerous times the engine light kept coming back on - for simple codes, at that. Kals always offered "another solution" but yet, nothing got fixed. Fast forward, we are STILL struggling with check engine codes and now we come to learn that almost virtually NONE of the work Kals was suppose to do, was actually done. Months, MONTHS of chasing codes, stress and frustration. All because Kals didn't do the work they promised initially. I'm glad we finally figured the issues out, but I'll never go back and I'll never reccomend anyone rely on their shop.

We drove to Kals from St Paul, We purchased a golf cart that turned out to have mechanical issues. We hauled it back up there for work. Needed more work the next week, Dan found us a place near us to have it fixed. Two weeks later same issues, called Dan and he took care of all parts and labor. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We recommend them HIGHLY!!!
