Very professional group of people. We were able to to get two vehicles in for new tires in a couple days instead of two to three weeks. We also purchased the tires and disposed of the old tires at a considerably lower price than I have ever had. Everything abouut working with this place was a positive experience.

I really like this place. Service was quick, the desk people were great. I had oil change, new tires, brakes +. I thought they did a great job. I would clearly recommend this Youngstedts!!!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said I didn't need a tire rotation... again. Last time they said I didn't either. So 2 oil changes now and no tire rotation. That's $12,000 miles. Are they trying to wear my tires so I need them sooner? And then tell me additional services I need to get in for when I don't need them done.

Charged me close to $1000 for an alternator. When looking up the part on the internet they were way less expensive. Even with labor grossly overcharged

The team at Youngstedts in Waconia truly went above and beyond to service my daughters malfunctioning moonroof. They literally removed the moonroof motor out of one of their own cars in order to test mine! Who does that? This is a special group of people who cared for my car like it was their own. Hard to find good mechanics. But they have earned our business for a lifetime!Service: Electrical repair

Just got my oil changed again and the person changing my oil (not in Midwest) showed me the damage employees in MN did to my vehicle when half arsed changing my oil.I checked the oil b/c I immediately doubted they did anything.It wasn't even due so who really knows if they even changed my oil? One would assume full service would check the PSI on tires and fill windshield washer fluid.Nope.Paid for full service and it supposedly took less than 15 minutes, after I made an appointment, and the Manager refused to return my vehicle keys when I said I was leaving after waiting an hour and a half.Not all females are incompetent.I know how to change my own oil, brake pads, spark plugs, etc etc.It's not rocket science.I just thought it would be quick in BFM before I had to go to work.Big mistake.DO NOT use this business, unless you want to be scammed or have damage to your vehicle :(Service: Oil change

I recently had a few "issues" come up with both of my son's vehicles. Youngsteds (Waconia) was able to get our vehicles in (3 times within the same week-various reasons and both older vehicles), completed the repairs/services within the same day, great customer service and we were EXTREMLEY happy with the services performed!! Definitely recommend!!

Love coming here! Workers are friendly and extremely helpful. I have had to come in more than I wanted this year and every time I receive exceptional service. If you are looking for a mechanic to go to this is where you should come!

Very helpful and professional! I had a schedule conflict and Colten was very patient over the phone rescheduling my appointment. When I showed up to my appointment, Darrell was super friendly and efficient at getting me in and out and I was able to drop off early before my work day. They were flexible with pick-up times and I was impressed with the quality, speed and overall value of their service. Great experience and would recommend to anyone!Service: Oil change

I work next door at caribou and went to leave this morning and car was dead! Walked over to Youngstedts and they had me jumped and a new battery installed and on my way in no time at all. I'd love to tell you that our experience was great or even good but it was far from it. We needed two front tires replaced and the gentleman at the counter kept trying to up sell me when my finances we just not able to afford the best. After multiple times he than told us that all they had in stock were the expensive tires. A week later we had another low/flat rear tire and went to them to help put on the spare. While sitting in their parking lot they said they were in able to help. Thank God for AAA to come to the rescue. If you can avoid being ripped off by them I would.
