I really recommend going to a different dodge dealership for service. The techs here are awful. I live close-by and wanted to support them, but I'm never going back for service. I ordered black running boards for my blacked out truck, had to wait a month for an appointment, and when I came to pick it up they had put chrome running boards on. Why nobody thought that might be wrong, I don't know. After they fought with me about it, they finally took them off and replaced them. A year later I had a wheel bearing going out, so had them replace it. When I came to pick it up, the battery was dead. This is a truck that has NEVER once had an issue with starting. How is a bearing and the battery correlated? I have no idea. It's a newer truck, so it automatically turns off its lights. It just seems that the service techs are completely inept. And not only that, but they'll argue with you about things they clearly did wrong. The desk guy told me that I probably had a bad battery.. Which I did not, but probably do now. I'm just waiting to see what else they might have messed up during the visit.

I came in for an oil change out of the blue in the middle of the day and the experience was absolutely perfect! The service department is knowledgeable, informative and fast!!! I was outta there in 40 minutes and had my tires rotated too! I love this place!

I was very impressed with Alex, the Service Manager, at Waconia Jeep/Dodge. My 2 batteries died in my Wrangler and I was in a bind. Even though they didn't have an opening, Alex fit me in and replaced the 2 batteries in under an hour. On top of that, he was just a good person - he understood my situation and helped me out so that it could be fixed ASAP. Thank you Alex! I appreciate you very much!!!Service: Battery
