Stopped in for an estimate, staff was so helpful and kind! Helped us with the repair process, had estimates quickly and were able to get the part the next day, painted and put back on our car. Would highly recommend to all and we will definitely bring our cars back.

My car was leaking when it would rain. Waconia 1 Collision got us in next day and fixed same day. Quickly identified the sunroof being the issue. Was able to pick it up end of day and at a very reasonable price!!

I would not think twice to take another vehicle there. My car had extensive damage to the front end and it now looks just like the day I purchased it brand new! The people there are very helpful and understanding. They pay attention to the small details like wiping your floor mats off and making sure your car is cleanI couldn t have hope for a better outcomeThank you to the hardworking folks at Waconia 1 Collision

Fantastic work, and amazing customer service.Not only was the work done on time like promised, but it looked pristine. On top of that, my car was throughly cleaned inside and out. It looked better than when I first bought my car!I can t say enough good things about them. If my family has any body work needs in the future, there is no where else we will go!

Shout out to Waconia 1 Collision & Auto for their seamless customer service. Last month Jeff Martin figured an estimate for the front bumper of my SUV. The repair was completed earlier than expected. To my surprise, upon pick-up, the interior of my SUV was completely cleaned and detailed. I definitely refer anyone here!

Great experience from start to finish. Gave me an idea of timing and continued to follow up with me as they received parts and started work. Once they wrapped, they got me in and out in less than 5 minutes while also letting me know that they went ahead and detailed it at no extra cost. As a mom with littles, being given back my car as if it were new, best gift in the world. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

My vehicle was struck in Feb 2021 and I was referred to Waconia 1 Collision by a Cheverolet Dealership. From the very beginning, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and quality of work provided by Waconia 1 Collision. Chris offered to pick up a rental car for me, saving me a trip to Eden Prairie, and met me on one of his days off so I did not need to miss any work. The attention to detail provided by the team at Waconia 1 is second to none. They took more care perfecting areas that are never seen than most other shops would on areas of the vehicle that are highly visible. Furthermore, they ensured that even minor items not affected by the accident were taken of and repainted to match the newly painted parts. As mentioned, I couldn't be happier with the service that I received and would recommend Waconia 1 to anyone.Update 2022: Brought my truck back for one year check and free detail. They touched up every rock ding, shampooed the carpets, cleaned the mats, etcetera for free... There was road salt, dirt from my kids, food from kids, etc and it looks brand new. I rarely review places, but this business is worth more stars than Google allows. Thanks again and thank you for opening a shop in Waconia. I called friends 5 hours away and told them if they ever need, they should come down here.

These guys are amazing and top notch to say the least. I ve had many experiences with other shops and Waconia 1 is by far the best I ve ever dealt with and the only shop I ll ever take my vehicles to again. I was a little nervous at first to use a new shop knowing that my truck would need a new frame after being t boned, but Chad and Chris took care of everything with insurance from day 1 and made sure I was comfortable with the entire repair process. Throughout the 7 weeks it took to repair everything I was fully informed and they let me stop into the shop to check in and see things happening. While there Mike and Austin were very helpful and informative on how/what they had to do to bring my truck back to life. As a contractor, my truck is a workhorse and these guys understood that and ensured the truck was done to GM specs and like new again (a lot of it was new!!). Would very highly recommend Waconia 1 Collision to anyone needing any type of repair work.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Welding, Brakes, Auto windshield replacement, Air conditioning, Battery

Brought my vehicle in to get repaired and it was great customer service and was able to get me a rental while I waited for my vehicle to be ready. I was informed that my car was ready for pickup and upon arrival it was washed and detailed inside and looked like it was brand new. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I would 100% bring my car back. They were super helpful with a situation that wasn't my fault, explained everything for what I needed to do and what they would do.I felt spoiled when I got my car back, interior was completely cleaned, vacuumed, everything! I know the job they had to do was probably messy but damn! I didn't think the whole thing would be cleaned.

My family has used the service many times. Every time I we always received a five star service. They answered every detailed question, do the repair professionally and promptly. The car is cleaned interiorly and exteriorly, thoroughly. All our stuff is well organized and kept safely. They also arranged the rental car for us, so we can pick up and drop off at the shop conveniently, instead going to the rental car office. Best experience I have ever had with any auto shop. I usually only go to my best friends husbands shop but it is and hour and a half away from my house.I haven t found any trustworthy shops other than Waconia 1 Collision & Auto. I would recommend to anyone!!! They helped me out in a pinch with allowing me to call the same day for my automobile to be towed there and looked at. They gave me a timely estimate and we re so friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Great Shop, Great Team, if you have car troubles regardless where you live they are worth the drive for honest, reliable work! Love these guys! The people that work at Collision 1 are honest, and reliable. I had to get auto body work done on my Jeep and these guys really took care of me. It was an extremely easy process dealing with insurance, Enterprise and Waconia 1. The work they did to my vehicle made it look better than it did before! Not to mention they detailed the entire inside of my car as well. It looked like it did the day I drove it off the car lot.Their prices are competitive but their kindness gives them an edge above the rest.Would highly recommend!

I got into an accident and got my vehicle towed to Waconia 1 Collision. The results they gave me were hard to hear but they kept me cool, calm and collected. These guys were amazing throughout the entire process. They worked quick and efficiently. They were able to settle things with my insurance company immediately. They were so down to earth and easy to talk to about everything! I would totally 100% recommend using Waconia 1 Collision for any of your cars needs.
