Will installed my aftermarket headlights himself for cheaper than others quoted, and I've yet to have any issues with them.A few months later, he was honest about something being frozen in my trucks front end and wasn't allowing 4wd to engage and didn't even charge me for it taking up space in his shop while it thawed.

These guys love ripping people off, I recommend waco auto repair over these guys any day. Trust me you'll save hundreds.

Had a brake line leak on my BMW. These guys were super friendly, and knew a lot about BMWs. They were more than forgiving with my car using up one of their lifts, when I had to look for my lug-key over the course of a day. Gave me some good tips and noticed a few things I should be aware of.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Will is a really nice man and once was honest when working on our vehicles.I cannot tell you in the past few years he seems to have lost his touch.He does not use quality parts, therefore only last for half of the time it should last.I have since changed mechanics and he found that my timing belt/ water pump was making a noise and to bring back to Will.That part should last 80 to 100,000 Miles, nine only lasted 20,000 Miles.Will did stand by his work and replace it for nothing. But this has happened one to many times with his shop.One comment mentioned if you want a nice mechanic go to Will, if you want quality work go elsewhere.I recommend J & R Auto in Chanhassen

Nice guy, but he overcharges by 2-3x as much. He always has this crazy justification for his excess labor. I think he just has to compensate for his business being secluded. I suggest you google what something would cost and compare after you get his bill. Want a nice mechanic, go for it. But you want value, go elsewhere.

I have done business with many shops in the past...after 15 years in business I have found only 2 shops in the Minneapolis St Paul area I would trust. Summit Auto Care is honest and give you the options to make a educated decision with regards to your auto repair needs.. Will operates his business with a high degree of integrity. I would trust him with any of my families vehicles to diagnose and repair as needed. Thanks Will!

I have gone to summit for years because honest mechanics are a hard thing to find. Will is a master of his craft and has the lowest shop rate within at least 200 square miles. The staff are friendly and the work is prompt. It would be damm hard to find better.

Although staff and service is nice, workmanship and attention to details are not. Many of the below reviews refference "Will" the owner of the shop. Again, a very nice person. However here are some facts about the experience I had with this company: 1. Was not able to fix the car's orginal problem and sent it into another dealer to fix. 2. Two miles down the road after receiving the car back after weeks of having it, the transmission failed. 3. Came to find out that "Will" was the orginal owner of the car (which was ourchased from a seperate dealer btw.) Seems odd that right after the vehicle was sold the transmission went out within two weeks....with the orginal owner owning a car shop. 4. Came to find out that 3 months later, struts that he installed were not OEM, were starting to rip, and could have caused a serious accident. Your experience may vary, but I am telling you there is more than meets the eye with this so called trusted shop. I would advise to avoid this shop at all costs!
