Thank you for making my HRV look like brand new again! :) I am so impressed with the quality of repair. Very friendly staff and honest service. I would highly recommend HEI!

I would not recommend this business. I came here for a simple scuff touch up and small dent removal. It was done after 4 days. I picked it up only to discover that the paint was cracked from them applying too much pressure reinstalling my bumper. I called and complained and they took it back, but made sure to tell me "there's no real cosmetic damage here but it should buff out". Well ok, that took another 3 days as it was over the weekend. I went and picked it up and then this time there was sanding scuffs beyond the tape line. When I went and complained, the general manager got snippy with me and said "well I fixed all the scuffs in your bumper for free and I told you this would never be a perfect job". I was never told such a thing, and there were never any scuffs besides the one I came in to have fixed. This was also an out of pocket job. Another day later and I have my vehicle back and now seems fine. But the inconvenience was very real. In total I went over 7 days without my vehicle for a cosmetic jobService: Body & Trim

I brought my car to HEI to be fixed after a deer hit. They fixed my car before an estimate was even sent to the insurance company. I reached out to HEI multiple times (I left voicemails) with no return phone calls. Communication is key in my opinion and it would ve been nice to have updates on the progress. I only found out the car was finished by calling (yet again). One minute I was told it was over the threshold to be totaled (after it was already fixed) and then I hear it wasn t. Having new employees isn t an excuse in my book. I don t appreciate the inconsistency in communication with me as well as my insurance provider.I m not one to leave reviews normally but I felt this needed to be shared.

This body shop was referred by our local State Farm agency so we assumed it would be top shelf service. The repair wasDelayed by 3 weeks which is understandable but we received no communication from them, we had to call them to find out. When we received the car back, we expected it to be repaired and returned the way it was prior to our accident. That couldn t be further from the truth The radiator fan would not shut off when you turned the car off, and it sounded like a jet engine. The headlights were not adjusted, the low beams were shining straight up in the air like high beams, the horn did not work the way it did prior to our accident. We found out after the repair that they installed used parts without letting us know. They made the repair on the electric radiator fan and adjusted the headlights but now they re adjusted straight down. I hope that state farm realizes that this is a problem unless this was an isolated incident, and they do not refer other customers to them.Service: Body & Trim

HEI does a great job. They even fixed my front tab under my light in the front a piece that was pushed out a little. Highly recommend.
