Huge shoot out to Tyson! He went above and beyond to help me today. I was asked how far I was in the ditch and I said maybe 20 feet ..well let s just say that I was WAY OFF on my measurement by way over 100 and some feet. As frustrating as that may have been for him he still smiled helping me out (as I m sure he was probably cussing under his breath as I would have been!) I love how family owned businesses still reflect this kind of kindness! Not only today but every time I go there I feel this way!

Our son's car broke down and colony came out and towed him back to our house the gentleman Steve / driver went above and beyond to help my son .I was beyond happy with the service the professionalism and the generosity Steve put forth while helping us .Customers for life !! Would highly recommend using there services to anyone !

Locally owned with an excellent selection! Wines from all the local wineries at a good price. Frequented by people from the area. Staff is very helpful! I will be back!Have been back a number of times and really enjoy the people who work at both the gas station and the liquor store. If there is something I am looking for, they will know where to get it, including (but not limited to) firewood, a Christmas tree or a Santa!

Tyson gave prompt safe towing to a family friend tonight on the Cologne road. Tyson is a true pro who did fabulous work. Highly recommend Colony Plaza for towing!

Colony Plaza is a genuine family owned business that has been around in Waconia since before the bustle and the hop. I love to support small businesses instead of big corporate America and Colony Plaza really proves why this is a wise choice. Quality shop repair and towing. I always call Colony when in need of car help/ tows, they have an excellent selection of liquor and spirits, and my first choice for bait and tackle. The staff are wonderful people who are always willing to help in anyway necessary. My go to always over a holiday or kwik trip.

I'm a member of a local fire department and Colony Plaza is always a great support to our annual fundraiser. Not all businesses care about their community like this place does.I also use this place whenever I go fishing on lake Waconia and have been very satisfied.

A family owned local place. The towing side work hard and go out of their way to help. The garage is honest. The liquor store is always helpful with good recommendations and they'll help carry to your car. Bait shop in a lake town and the gas station rounds it out.

Called to get a quote to tow a vehicle for repairs. Was told $225, maybe $250. So I booked the tow. Tow was complete, was called and told the cost was $350. Then was told that the guy that gave the quote wasn't qualified to give a quote. Wait a minute... then why was he giving a quote?! Yep, I paid it. What choice did I have at that point. So now I need to go speak to the owner. Guessing that based on the attitude of the driver, this won't go well.It's a small town. Need to do business the right way. If an employee gives a quote, it should be honored. It's not my problem that the employee wasn't qualified, it's the owners problem. I'll let you know if she made good on the quote. I'll also let you know if she didn't. Until then, 1 star.

I love going to this place the people are friendly the owners are awesome the prices are a little bit more expensive but for the selection that you get it's not that bad.

Left Walgreens last night and one of their tow drivers in red truck floored the gas and almost rear ended us and stayed on our bumper even at round about went to go talk to manager today and the lady called us liers yelled at my husband accused us of false accusations and said her drivers would never do that amongst other things.

Bait prices are ridiculous, owner wanted to charge me 3.50 a piece on 7 inch sucker minnows! You just lost a customer who comes there allot.
