The oil changes are always seamless! The 3 guys working this afternoon tinkered with my skid plate, and after they determined it was beyond repair and yanked it off for me they wouldn t take a dime. Great staff!

We were having oil light issues and the guys at Valvoline fixed us up and sent us on our way. They were super kind to us and explained things in an understandable way. Would definitely recommend!!!

They're extremely fast and efficient. You can def get in and out in a timely manner. I love that they kinda do A full check on my car before sending me out the door. Super professional!

Wow!, To say they went the extra mile is not enough.This has gone from User beware to 5 stars X 5Car worked fine prior to an oil change at valvoline. After it kept burning oil alarmingly fast. After several trips to our mechanic who are not able to find a leak or missing plug. the engine is now shot, Valvoline not helpful. But we are out of a car!

Today, I stopped at Valvoline to get my serpentine belt changed out.I was told that they do not have the tools or the time 45 Min. I then felt like I was rushed out of Valvoline . I never was offered any other service.

The guys all love this place and I can see why now! So easy to do now!!! It was a great experience with a lot of bang for your buck. Of course they've got the speed,trained technicians and do great work. It's also the security factor. I leave knowing my lights and fluids are great.Bonus! I've usually been a do-it-yourself guy when it comes to oil changes, but my very first trip here changed my mind. The Valvoline checklist is the same anywhere you go - what sets this location apart for me is the friendly and thoughtful service. Recommendations are never offered with a 'hard sell' approach in my experience. I'm confident in these folks to take care of my vehicle and me, and as long as I'm here I'll keep going back. Always friendly and very accommodating. Crazy what an oil change costs, these days. Only issue I have ever had is, they didn't tighten the oil plug in one visit and didn't tighten the oil filter in a different visit. Attention to detail in the service world is as important as great customer relations. Overall, very satisfied.

We couldn't get in for an appointment soon enough with the dealership so we opted to stop here. We should've known better. The oil was not cleaned up from the undercarriage up front where it was spilt and so we ended up having oil drip on our garage floor once we were home and got to smell it til it burned off from anything under the truck. $100 oil change, you wouldn't think there would be any issues.

Tha absolute BEST SERVICE ON EARTH as I know it.People, ya need to get to know who these guys are n what they're about... It's NOT just a "job" for them, it's an evident PASSION. I've dealt with most of these pro's and it's ALWAYS a fantastic 20 minutes MAX with great personality and pinache to boot. Brett and Chris are my "Go To" guys when I bring my 4Runner, "Pearl" in for a refresh and they deliver above n beyond for "Pearl" every single time!!(Y'all are so appreciated and valued people!!)Hats n shoes off to all of ya and just tell 'em Brad sent ya!!

Very nice fellows working there and tell you exactly what they're doing along the way. Vehicle safety check with blinkers brights and low lights. Advised me of issue on a previous fix I had done that wasn't going to hold regarding the oil pan.

Great place to have your oil and filter changed quickly, efficiently and correctly. They have oil, filters, wipers, etc. for most vehicles on the road today. Very convenient for just stopping in for new wipers. Service is prompt, courteous and professional. Fluid top offs are free.

Wow. The prices have gone way up. All the pricing posters were taken down. It was $170 for an oil change on my truck. The service guys are always friendly.

Was charged for a service I didn't receive or ask for (not sure if they did it). Offered transmission service that they can't even perform on my car. Was resolved when wife reviewed receipt going down the road so had to go back and was credited the full amount then re-charged for the proper service. I was on my way home and my tire pressure light came on. When checked it was at 16 psi. Strange since it was just serviced I thought. Filled it with air and continued home. When on highway the car is sounding a lot deeper when giving it gas. The tire light came on again....lost 14 psi in 10 miles. Made a stop at parents to figure out tire problem since they have a jack. When I moved the car so I could take the tire off noticed an oil spot on their driveway. Was not sure if it was mine until I patched the tire up and pulled away and saw another oil spot. So not sure what is going on they may have put the air filter back in the car wrong (explains deeper engine noise) and installed the oil filter or plug wrong (explains oil spots on driveway)...not sure it is dark so won't know until tomorrow. Can't put the blame on them for the tire but I will tell you one thing it was fine when I drove 25 miles to get to the place. Didn't have to stop three times for air at least. Just seems funny all of a sudden all these car problems happen at the same time right after bringing the car there. The people were nice and made the over charge right. Don't think the service was done properly since my car never leaked oil and also ran quiet before this visit. Questionable to say the least. All the other times I have gone here they did great. Lots of new faces around there and that is what the over charge was blamed on was training mistake (reasonable explanation).

Everytime I go hear, I get wonderful service, especially if one guy is working. Typically, a girl is not treated as brainless when visiting and you get straight answers.
