Great staff with solid answers to all types of questions. This is my go to shop and has been for 20+ years. Store has great displays and is always clean. Prices are competitive and parts come in quick if by chance they do not have them in stock. Management and owners are top notch. The range is lucky to have you!

The staff here was extremely friendly, knowledgeable! Fast service, and service with a smile! Found me a great price on brake pads, very impressed for a first time customer. A+++

Done a lot of business through here, never really had any issues until today. Called there looking for a specialty tool and Nick answered the phone. I was met with a nice little attitude on the other end of the line and wouldn't even look in the computer to maybe try to understand what I was talking about. Very disappointed. Hate to give a one star review over one experience but I wanted to voice my concern.

I highly recommend this place. My daughter and I came from Duluth to take her drivers test. Well, 20 minutes before her appointment time we noticed one of the brake lights were out. We called Parts City and told them our dilemma and they said come over and we ll help you out. They were waiting for us when we got there and changed out the bulb and we were on our way! We can t thank them enough!!

Every time I get something from them it's always the right item and it fits. That's better than I can say about the competition. They will also price match. Great experience. Recommended for all your automotive needs.

Went in on a Sunday morning for a wiper part. The guy took care of me right away & installed the wiper part at no charge. Now that is great service. From now on this will be my go to parts place. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

This place is a interesting hardware store because for some items can not be shown on stock at other large hardware places or pretty much anywhere. Staff is friendly which is the good part of customer service.

They were able to assist me immediately everything I needed was ordered within 15 minutes! They will have my parts within 12 hours and stated they will also install free of charge upon arrival! That, my friends, is a bonus!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Knowledgeable staff who are eager to help unlike another big name store in town. I really enjoyed dealing with the guys here and I will likely continue to use this store for my future local parts supplier. I like that I can get the name brand parts I want and still support a locally owned company. The service was far above what I received at the national chain store across town.

My father and I have always been a loyal customer here, they always had the parts we both needed or could get them in right away but neither of us will be going there anymore as we have had issues twice now as one of the older guys there likes to argue with you and is just plain rude and disrespectful. Then I called to try get ahold of a manager and one would not let me talk to the manager. Never dealt with somewhere so unprofessional.

The customer service we received from Ryan and the other two gentleman working there was phenomenal. These guys went above and beyond to help us get my truck back on the road. I have been in the automotive and equipment industry for a long time and I can say you dont get this kind of help and experience at alot of places. HIGHLY recommend this place and again thank you Ryan and crew at parts city.

I went into the Store today to pickup a couple new valve stems for my pickup. I told the gentleman the year make model of my truck and said my stems have sensors in them so need those specific ones. He walked me down the aisle where the stems are and said verbatim Stems are stems it doesn't matter. Well that's news to me. I continued to tell him he was incorrect mine have sensors he walked away and was very rude. I've been a loyal customer for many years but after this incident I highly doubt I'll be returning anytime soon..

WOW!!! These guys are above any one I have ever dealt with their customer service is absolutely awesome... we broke down out side of town got a jump start just enough to get the parts city and from there our day went so much better, the guys helped us out more than they needed and were more than willing to help solve our issue! The three men working charged our batteries while we went to lunch in order for them to test the charging system they also didnt have the right part so one of the guys took us to get the part over his lunch break! I would highly recommend Parts city to anyone needing automotive assistance! The three men working the morning of 8/19/19 need a raise and a pat on the back, if more places treated their customers the way then guys treated us we would have alot happier and better world to live in! I hope this message gets to the CEO of the company and these great people get rewarded for being A+ plus employees and genuinely great people! Thank you for everything you guys did to help us get back on the road and to our fishing vacation!

Ryan and Dan = excellent customer service, friendly,helpful, kind, and knowledgeable . They had time to install small items for me and ryan gave me a stool to sit on. Complimentary popcorn. Bathroom was clean

I received superlative customer service from Brad who installed my new battery in no time at all! He also caught a fly ball from the baseball field that nearly landed on my head!?! My bad luck for the day changed thanks to Brad and Champions Parts City!

Stopped in for a special sized oil filter that they actually had on the shelf. One of the guys was helping a customer install his new wipers, remembered I better take care of that too. They had the high end Bosch windshield wipers on the shelf I wanted for it, which I figured I'd have to order, though I found out the rear wiper is a special unit, the body of the blade is part of the arm. They couldn't get it, it's actually only available internet order through an outfit specializing in that car or through a dealer 200 miles away. Pulled the wiper apart, they searched their blades and found one that has the same rubber wiper extrusion, broke that down, cut the rubber blade to size, then rebuilt my wiper for me, nice job, nice guys, and saved me a lot over ordering it online.
