Palm Auto is a real professional outfit. They have diagnosed and repaired both my car and truck. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend their services. Called with a front end issue, thinking it was the worst case scenario. They got me in within a few days, diagnosed the issue and got me set up with a new appointment for front shocks. Lee, at the front of the shop was great to deal with, answered all my questions and was very kind 10/10 two thumbs up!

They told me what they thought was wrong with it over the phone and got it in the next day. They were correct. From the time I contacted them till the time it was repaired was just over 24 hours. They were so very very kind. I also appreciate the way they treated me being I am a woman as well. The communication from them was amazing. The speed in which my car was repaired was not expected but so appreciated. I can not recommend this garage enough.

I ve used them a few times on both my trucks and their service has always been great! They don t sell me stuff I don t need and always find a way to get me out quick and cheap! Called to make an appointment and they got me in the same week. Had pads and rotors replaced and was in and out in less than an hour and a half, without any upselling, despite having a full bay. Love the efficiency of their service and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

I needed a ton of work done on my car. Palms took me in and worked around my current work schedule. Very professional, priced well, and was done quicker than I had expected! Scott and his team are one of the best around!

All I get was this unprofessional response towards MY actions? I just love the "it's your fault" scenario they provide. Un-educated people should not write personal/scathing reviews back to their 'customers.' Would you really like these guys to work on YOUR vehicle? Don't bother. Thin-skinned and have no clue on proper decorum within a business. I lost $202.00 on these bozos (and never did receive a call). Yes. Make up your own mind. Just make sure you have the spare funds to do it with! By the way? Northland Tire the next day (same day service) looked over my vehicle and told me the same thing. Price? $0. "We can't fix it quickly and your A/C compressor most likely is not working." Truth and honesty. Palm's Auto Service? The antithesis.

DO NOT PATRONIZE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I was legally robbed of $202.00. After waiting one week to get my vehicle into their service center with an understanding that my air conditioning was not working either due to a leak or a bad A/C compressor; they took two hours to finally tell me, "Looks like you're A/C isn't working. It must either be a leak or it's a bad compressor."Really? $202 to tell me what we already knew? He went on to say, "We'll call you tomorrow to let you know what A/C compressor prices will be." Never received a call back and never expected one.Definitely one of the most unprofessional places I've ever seen. Those other messages on here? Probably friends of the owners. I want my money back. I'm sure they'll call me tomorrow.

They worked on my Buick Lecerene. They changed my tie- rods. They explained everything and were very nice & helpful. Answering all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

Fixed my issue within a week of calling! Inspected and fixed it the at the same time since it wasn t a big issue. They re always willing to deal with me and explain everything to me and what s going on. Been coming here with my vehicles for about 15 years and always have had great service and work gets done well and in a timely matter. Honest look overs, repairs and is accurate on quotes and how long something will last if it isn t a Dior need to be done at that moment. Knowing winter time is one of their busiest times of the years I really appreciate how fast they could get my vehicle in.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brakes

1/31/23-Again wonderful courteous service. Right on with estimated cost of repair. Great explanation as to what was involved &!warranty info! My new Service Shop!11/20/22-Wonderful prompt service! Explained issue in detail. Gave me fair estimate on repair but stressed it did not need to be done immediately. Was told to stop any time & they would check for me. As a widow who never had to address vehicle maintenance before they were very helpful & reassuring! They definitely have my future business!Service: Steering & suspension repair

They've been taking great care of my car. Finding and fixing break issues, replacing serpentine belt, bending shield bits back into place, all without breaking my bank! Would recommend to a friend.

Came in after my steering wheel have been shaking for about 50 minutes. Thought my tires were unbalanced, and would need a full overhaul. The mechanic came out and looked around my car and knocked some ice out without charging me anything and now she drives like a dream. Amazing service, would recommend to anybody!!! Courteous Staff. Informative and fair priced. Fixed right the first time. They don't try to get you to fix things that don't need fixing like the first place I took it to for an estimate did. I really have good things to say about the mechanics ,but they hired a new secretary Lee and he's an absolute disaster!!! Tried to charge 1300 for front brakes . After they made us pay ahead we drove an hour to find out they had our keys locked up inside and nobody answers after hours

I could not more highly recommend this place for being a reliable, honest, top-notch mechanic. They came through and bailed me out big time this summer when I was on vacation at Pelican Lake, about an hour north of their shop. The slave cylinder on my clutch stopped working and I was stuck, needing to leave to head back to Texas within a few days from when the car broke down. Despite how busy they were that week, they got me in, ordered the part that I needed, and had me all fixed up and back on the road in no time. I am very grateful and pleased with the service I got at Palm's Auto Services.

I have used Palm for the past couple of years since moving to the area. They are incredible!!! Honest, affordable, great team, and convenient. They pick up and return my vehicle when I m working in town. I appreciate their patience and explanations. I never had any auto service done at this Auto service, however at some point, maybe at Short Stop I was near enough for Google Location to pick this business up and there it was to review. Sorry for the one star, I didn't know how to get out of it so I just put one star to continue. However, although I not used them, so many people have said only great things about Palm Automotive recommended me to go there. When I do need mechanic work, I will definitely call. Sorry if this Goofy Google Location caused any trouble. I'm also local and live across the tracks in Mtn Iron.

My whole family uses Palms for all our vehicles. They are honest and dedicated to doing top notch work!!! I rated them a 10.
