I spent $597 on new brakes here yesterday. One of the new caliper brackets had stripped threads. NAPA exchanged the bracket, but made me pay for caliper lube that I would not have needed if their part was not defective. I called today to complain. They told me that's too bad. They can't just give things away. Shop here if you like paying for their mistakes.

My family and I were traveling through town back to Missouri and our battery died. We got a jump and decided to go the Napa Auto Parts in Virginia, MN to get a battery. We had our four month baby and puppy with us. Turns out our battery was located under the floorboard and we needed some additional tools to access it. We were already overwhelmed with the situation so my husband asked the gentleman if he could help install in the battery. His reply was no. I thought maybe if I went in to ask (him seeing me holding my baby) explaining our situation I could get him to help. He rudely responded I have never heard of an auto shop helping install a battery. I left crying. Honestly worst experience I ve ever had. Just save your money and go somewhere else local.

I had to get a new car battery. The staff was great, accommodating and helpful and a very good price for the battery. As I am not physically able at this point, to install the battery, a staff member was kind enough to put the battery in for me. From now on, Napa will be my go to place for anything related to auto parts.

$88 more for the same bearings over an online. Christenson's was the only parts store in town with access to that brand. Wanted to buy local so I ordered through them, instead of online. They couldn't give any kind of break on the parts, then found out on the day the job is scheduled, they forgot to order one of the bearings. Just a "Do you want us to hold that one until we get the one we forgot in..." Service and satisfaction do need to figure into the desire to buy from local sellers.

These guys always have what I need and it's usually cheaper than anywhere else in the area making it the best place to go for parts
