Bought a used truck the other day. More than happy with the truck, the price & my trade in value. Salesman [Adrian Norman], the manager & the business guy were very accommodating & a pleasure to do business with. If there is another truck in my future, I will definitely return to Waschke's Auto Plaza.

My family has been buying vehicles & getting work done on them at Waschke's since at least the early 1980s when it was in Eveleth. Ken was a friend of my Grandpa. Their Virginia building is beautiful & the service is always great while shopping for a new vehicle, ordering parts, using the carwash or using their service department. They have a nice customer lounge you can wait in while your car is being serviced too.I haven't been inside the newest building across the street from the main building, but it looks equally beautiful when you drive by. I definitely recommend trying Waschke's if you are in the market for a new vehicle or need their other services.

I had an issue in my 2016 Equinox and the engine light came on. My husband ran it down and Tara plugged it in to get a code, then cleared it out, since I couldn't get it in for a couple of weeks. It ran fine with no engine light for exactly a week. I opted to take it and drop it off as not to create a bigger problem by driving it. The scheduled appointment I had was a week a way but was told if they had time, that they would pull it in and work on it. I also asked for an oil change while they had it. This was on a Wednesday. On Friday I received a call that it would be done by the time I got off work. I was shocked. I was also pleasantly surprised that it was covered under the extended warranty I had purchased. At the same time I inquired about the recall for the airbag on our 2016 Traverse, which they said they would order what was needed and call when they could get it in. This follows a very pleasant experience my husband had a short time ago when he needed a battery for the Traverse. I have been doing business with Waschke's in Virginia for many years and although I have had not so pleasant experiences along the way, I have remained a loyal customer and recommend them as often as I can. Brian in finance has been a family friend since he was probably still in school. Customer service is not what it used to be most places, so it is refreshing to know that this facility and its staff is still providing commendable service and should be recognized.

I believe that better communication is needed between the service writer and the customer. This is my first interaction with this company and I am used to better communications. Overall they repaired my vehicle, and I had to return it within 24 hours due to fluid in a connection that was causing a short. That was taken care of and so far all is good.

Shout out to Bryan S and the rest of the team at Waschke Buick for taking great care of me before and after the purchase of my car. They stayed late on a Friday to get the papers signed and out the door. Ran into some issues after purchasing and they took care of it no questions. Glad I did my shopping here!

Brought our Yukon in for recall work, only to get a call that they didn t have the part. A week later we get it in and the airbag light is still on, but it s unrelated is what we are told. The manager didn t care one bit about the awful experience. I will never give these jokers a dime of my money. I d give them negative stars if it would let me.

Called and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Because workers are hard to find, they were about 2 weeks out. Not their fault. They called to confirm air filter replacement and update their progress. Very nice! Picked my truck up at the end of the day and everything was great! They are a fantastic business!!

Bought my car, did all my service through them with my car, and last time I got an oil change and tire rotation, my drivers front tire lug nuts were not tighten and I almost lost my wheel while driving and a cap for my lug nut went missing on my back tire. Called this morning to have it addressed. Said the tech will be talked to .no apologies that I went thru a scary experience from their lack of detail, no offer to replace my missing lug nut cap they lost. Hard to continue service with a place that doesn t care about loyalty or maintaining their customers. I have been defending them against horrible complaints for months now but I understand why everyone has been complaining now. A sincere apology, replacement of my lug nut cap and maybe a discount for my next oil change and rotation is how a real customer service company would have handled that for anyone but as a loyal customer for 5 plus years I did not even get an we are sorry!!!

I liked how frequent they called about what they found out about the vehicle and they will not proceed repairs until given approval from owner of vehicle. I really like that because sometimes I would rather fix something myself for cheaper. They're quick to diagnose issues and quick to repair them. Depending if they have the part or need to order it. Sometimes slow to repair stuff but that's because they're waiting on parts to arrive.

5-stars as usual! It was super-easy to set up an appointment for new tires on my SUV. They gave me the option to order the tires on my own or have the service dept. order them for me. I chose to have the service dept. order them, and they made a courtesy phone call letting me know when the tires arrived and were ready for my appointment. EASY to drop-off my vehicle for next-day service, prompt phone call when the job was done, and they let me know of an active $$$ mail-in rebate, too.Waschke's has been my family's "go-to," trusted dealership and service station for decades!

Cole Baker is an excellent salesman! We never felt pressure to buy. He allowed us time to think and process the options before we decided to buy. He made the process very smooth and comfortable. Cole knew all the options on the GMC Sierra and demonstrated them clearly to us.

As always, I was welcomed with a smile as I brought my car into Waschkes for service. The dealership is always clean and I enjoy the fact that I can drive my car right into the garage so I don't have to get out in the weather. I had a regular service with oil change which was completed within the time I was told my car would be ready. In the meantime, I was given a ride home and then picked up again when my car was ready. The service advisor went over what was done to my car during service, with no current issues apparent, so I was good-to-go. I paid for the service and left in my car which was waiting in the service area outside

fantastic people to do business with. They listen to you, they do their best to accommodate and fulfill your needs to purchasing your vehicle. They understand the vehicles they sell and service. Never pressure you to buy or be satisfied with what you don't want. They continue to strive to satisfy each customer after the sale. Very professionally operated with great customer service values.

I have been a buyer from Ken Waschke since 1995 & could not be happier with them. My last visit was just two days ago for service on my 2014 pickup; including oil change, recall for rear window, man side door lock not working with remote and seat belt retractor not functional smoothly & new battery installation. From start to finish; Paul & his crew in the service department were excellent in what they did & the time they said it would be done!

I went in for oil change at 830am. They took it upon themselves to fix a warranty issues with my jack, and do a software update on vehicle without talking to me first. When I finally got talked to by Ken Waschke he made me feel like all I was doing was complaining. I was there from 830am-200pm. I feel that I had every right to complain.

Terrible service! 7+ weeks my car was in the shop waiting on a new transmission. Was told no loaner vehicle was available. Lack of communication unless we initiated contact.

So far it's been a great experience. Evan Foss, the salesman I've been working with for a few months, has done a great job finding the specific truck I was looking for. The negotiations I went through with him were very low key and pleasant. It was a good experience.

Service dept us the worst customer service. Called and told me what was wrong with my vehicle said it should be ready by the end of the day. Never called stoped in and vehicle was sitting out side service people left early and none of the paper work was ready so I had to leave it. How hard is it to pick up a phone and let someone know what s going on with their vehicle. Went the next day to pick up hoping it was ready because they still couldn t call me and let me know. Worst customer service I ve had every time I bring a car here. Will never bring another one here again. You want people to shop local but treat us like we don t matter.

My truck had a mice nest under the dash and in the cab filter. There was an awful smell when the AC was turned on. The service crew removed the dash panel and thoroughly cleaned and removed the odor. They took pictures for me to show how bad the mice had nested. The service crew did a terrific job. Thanks!!!

Excellent service!I called them on a Friday afternoon and told them my vehicle was making noise in the rear of the vehicle. I thought it would take a week to get it serviced, but nope, they told me to get it in right away Monday morning. They had a nice loaner vehicle ready and that was that. I'm glad I bought my vehicle from Waschke's.
