Not often a person can give 5 stars to a dealership, but Iron Trail delivered. From the salesman, Tyler, to Larry in service, everyone was on top of their game. Even after buying a Chevy Trail Boss, when I showed up with bro just to look at various other rigs, my salesman Tyler made sure everything was good with the rig. I think we spent a couple hrs just hanging out on the lot. Fun day...One of the best ways to gauge a dealership is when there is an issue. I had a factory issue. They got my truck in the shop right away. Put mechanics on the problem and got it fixed. Larry did what it took to keep me happy, which was very much appreciated. They even had a nice vehicle that I was able to use during the repair which took multiple days due to the complexity of the issue...Would I recommend Iron Trail to others, absolutely. Would I buy another vehicle from Iron Trail, absolutely. A great experience...

Christina was an excellent salesperson. She kept me informed of the ETA of my Crown. She taught me how to use all the features on the car, and called me to follow up a few days after I purchased the car. I am always satisfied by the service of my vehicles at Iron Trail Toyota. I appreciate how everyone works together to complete repairs, order parts, and keep me updated on trade-in values. I had a great experience. Thank you.

Had to have the blower motor changed in my van. Mike showed me the estimated cost prior to beginning to repair, that was helpful and a piece of mind. It was supposed to be a long procedure, but they called and had it replaced and fixed unexpectedly fast. Service and people were a great experience this time!

Krista Powell with sales and Garrett with financing! The BEST team ever. I had the greatest experience buying my new Toyota 4Runner and would recommend Krista Powell to anyone buying a vehicle. Logan, Cindy, and Brian answered my questions and assisted me with the purchase of my new GMC pickup. I did not feel pressured and the process was quick and painless. I made an appointment with Krista Powell at Iron trail motors in Virginia for the following day and she was able to get me in earlier the my scheduled appointment. When I got there she already had a truck waiting for me and it was exactly what I wanted. The process was painless and I got the truck for the payment I wanted! Very satisfied customer

I was very pleased with all of my dealings with Iron Trail Motors. I was looking for a Grand Highlander Max and they were the only dealer in a500 mile radius that had one coming in. They reserved it for me, and picked me up at the airport when it came in. Bailey Allen was helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.

The service department tried to overcharge me $250. When l called them on basic math, they got snippy. They broke a unrelated part and replaced it with a non-matching part~ and never mentioned it. Avoid this place like the plague!

We privately reviewed this dealership on some of our concerns from our experience, with an attempt that they work on some issues, and strive to do better for the next customer. Sadly though, we have yet to hear anything back not even an apology or promise to do better. Therefore, I am posting our experience publicly so hopefully the next customer doesn t end up in the same situation!To start with, we had several issues prior to arrival with incorrect paperwork and final pricing number on our vehicle. We were bounced around from several different salespeople, involving lots of improper communication- i.e. told one thing, and then told another thing, and then when we arrived to pick up our vehicle, a completely different answer. We drove multiple hours to this dealership, so communication needed to be key, as we couldn t just stop by with questions or concerns.On the day we picked up the vehicle, we arrived to find the wrong vehicle detailed and ready for us!! After some scrambling from the dealership, they finally figured out which vehicle was ours. Sadly though, it hadn t been detailed in preparation of our arrival, so we were told to wait while they got the right paperwork changed over and the "correct" vehicle ready and detailed for us.We then began to work on the paperwork and experienced the worse customer service from the finance/business department. Throughout the entire process, NEVER once did we ever feel like a valued customer, but rather just another "person" being pushed through the process! Cindy was rude, arrogant, and couldn t even be bothered to treat us with any type of respect or customer service. And to top it off, at the end of our paperwork signing, we were told that they will "fill up our tank of gas" on the vehicle that we drove there as a courtesy to help make it right for all the mistakes/mix-ups. However, since we had just fueled up prior to arriving at their dealership, they weren t able to follow through on that offer. Instead, the best that they could do was to provide us with some complimentary hats as a token of their appreciation, instead of the 70.00 bucks in gas to fill up our tank!!Buying a new car was supposed to be a fun and exciting time. However, our experience made it difficult to enjoy any part of the new car buying experience with this dealership. I hope this honest feedback helps someone else not end up having the same experience we had with this dealership!

Logan Murphy was an exceptionally excellent salesperson in helping and guiding us through the purchase and use of our 2023 RAV4. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us senior folks.
