Caleb made my recent Auto Zone experience a fantastic one. I had been in the week prior to get all four brakes for my car. The person who helped me at that time made multiple mistakes which caused me to have to return to Auto Zone twice (a 40min drive each time) to correct them: once to get the rear shoes I had first been assured were in the box but were not, and then to return rear pads I should never have been sold. Caleb assisted me with the pads return and was incredibly kind and patient as we worked through the return and I asked a lot of questions; for Auto Zone itself I d give a 3-star because they re usually average in price and customer service. But Caleb gets 5-stars because he was so helpful - I ll be sure to wait for his help next time, knowing his knowledge and help will make it a one-stop trip for me.

I am remiss for not getting the managers name, but he made this buying experience very enjoyable. Suspected I was a veteran and asked for ID for discount. Did not have a traditional ID but he stated should be on my license and it was. I did not come here for a discount but his approach, and the mentoring of his employee during the transaction needed to be commended and made public. Thank you sir!

This is the best auto parts store on the Iron Range. They stock nearly everything that you need. If they don't have it, they can get it as soon as the next day. The staff is prompt, courteous, and professional. Located right across from Menards, it is a very convenient location.

The worst Auto Zone ever. Don t expect them to ever have what you need in stock, and when they order it in it ll likely still be wrong or I can t find it . But that s fine, keep price gouging since you know you re dying to Rock Auto and Amazon.

If you don't take returns on products just purchased off the self (never used and still in the box) you should notify the customer upon purchase. Just beware of this next time you purchase a product at autozone Virgina, MN.

I don't know what's worst, getting the wrong parts constantly or listening to the guy behind the counter talk about his imaginary 800hp n/a vortech motor for the 5th time... You guys gave me the wrong parts for the last time! I won't be back

I hate this place now. All my warranty parts since they had a computer update are now coming up as returned when I hadn't. They said they would hold a wheel bearing for me and put my name on it and they sold it before I could get there in the 10 mins It takes me to get there which made it so I had to do my wheel bearing the next day in the rain then I get everything put together to realize that they gave me the wrong side so now I have to wait another day to fix my truck. I'm out 2 days of work and 300 bucks cause of their incompetence. I feel I'm owed!

My complaint isn't with the products or anything like that. The reason why I'd give 1 star only is very rude employees! They act like you are a bother. I've seen people with better personalities at funerals. They act like they just been sworn in at a courthouse. Never going back.

The younger staff don't wear the uniforms and they don't really know a lot about the stores operations and they aren't very friendly

Tried ordering from this place 2 separate times and both times were horrible.. 1st time we ordered parts they said come back next day went back next day and was told they didn't get ordered so had to wait another day. Then on the 2nd occasion we ordered parts that we needed in a short time period before a big trip they said would be in next day called them to make sure parts were there said they wouldn't be in til monday... called Monday and hey they didn't order the parts we needed.. tried giving this place a chance 2 times only to get burned both times.. wouldn't recommend this place until they figure out how to actually get what their customer base orders correctly

They over charged my a/c causing my compressor to shut off right before a 12 hour drive home in nearly 90 degree weather. Had to take it to my mechanic once I got home and pay to have the freon removed. Zero stars should be an option. The website also won't let me submit a formal complaint, so here I am.

The fine staff helped me out 8/19/20 with a part nobody but else had. Fixed a seal on a transfer case in the parking lot. Went in about 3 more times for tools. Great service today!

My boyfriend works here and his co workers take his keys and make him do all the work and do nothing and decline my calls when it's a family emergency with his step kid or me his fiance. Don't work here.

There should be a zero star option...We called to order brake pads, rotors and calipers. Gave all the specifics on our vehicle to the person on the phone and headed up to purchase the parts. The woman behind the counter checked me out and we headed home to change the brakes. Once I got everything off I figured out the brake pads were the wrong ones. We called the store and told them we were coming back and we were given the wrong parts. Since the screw up was on their end, you think they would want to satisfy their customer. I got there 1 minute after close due to the 1/2 hour it took me to get back there on their screw up, they had locked the door, ignoring the phone and were no where to be found. I waited assure that they would make things right. The employees came out and they said I was too late and the kid laughed and said the fact that I had my car at home tore up and wouldn t be able to take it to work was not his problem. Oh he is so right, I will not be Autozone s problem any longer. I got back to pack up all the items for return and discovered they even gave the wrong rotors! Do NOT recommend!! Needless to say, this should be my last trip to Virginia, MN Autozone today. Problem solved.

AutoZone is fast becoming my go-to for all things gotta be fixed pronto yonto. Even bumped into my first nephew, Trucker Matthew an' chewed the fat for a time. Courteous and professional, friendly and helpful staff to top it all off.

Tyler and Andrew were very helpful and professional. They helped me find the right parts for my jeep. Both are very knowledgeable. I needed lug nuts, studs and a transmission cooler.

They are so helpful with all our answers. They will even come out to your vehicle and check it over for you. They also are quick and efficient in ordering parts as needed for your vehicles. Good friendly service with a smile!

The staff was rude, they were accusing me of driving on the break pads that didn't even come with everything I needed. The manager started to raise his voice at me. We exchanged words and I told him this is not how you run a business!
