I was traveling for the holidays and ended up with a dead battery on my car. Mike and Josh jumped my battery but it was unable to hold a charge. He was kind enough to fit a replacement battery into his busy holiday schedule and was so professional and courteous. HIGHLY recommend this shop.

I've been to Victoria Auto 3 times and one job was a real challenge. They stepped up to the plate and did everything that needed to be done and more. Friendly, courteous, honest, reliable, fair priced. I plan to take all of my business there.Recently I purchased a set of new tires for may car and received consistently great service. Great experience, no hassles, got me in for a fairly major repair quickly, gave me a proposed price and stuck to that price when my truck was repaired. Best of all he provided a loaner for the day so I didn't need to find an alternate way to and from work.

Had some significant electrical problems with my infiniti to the point where I was locked out. Mike and his team went out of his way to help me out and resolve the issue. Would have been easy to run up a big bill, but the price was very reasonable and their integrity was above and beyond. Highly recommend this business.

It is so great to have such professional, friendly, and trustworthy auto mechanics right here in Victoria! We love the convenience when bringing our cars in for oil changes or winter tire installation. And when we need repairs, we know we are getting honest advice and quality work.

Always receive great service here. Most recently I brought my vehicle in with a unique problem that was difficult to recreate. Rather than sell me a random part and hope it worked, they attempted to recreate the problem over 20 times. Eventually the vehicle cooperated and recreated the problem allowing them to implement the correct fix. I'm always confident I am never oversold and trust when they tell me a part is needed.

Mike, Josh and the crew are really great. Efficient and honest. They do not press on items that are not needed but perfectly assess the work to be done and then accomplish that. My 2014 Silverado has had a few things to be done including a new transmission and new tires. I was very happy with the end result and the price was as expected. I most highly recommend them for anyone who needs repairs or routine maintenance. Great shop, great guys and great work.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto tire replacement

I've brought two different vehicles to Mike since taking over the business, and my experience has been exceptional. During my recent visit, I had an oil change, and he mentioned two items that should be dealt with, but not immediately. He explained why and roughly how long before he would recommend repairing. We had a very good experience at Victoria Automotive. Our vehicle's breaks went bad really quickly which put us in a bind. They were able to fit us in the next day and get the job done by the end of that day, saving our weekend full of errands. Great service and wonderful people to work with. The small town feel I was looking for. We will be bringing our vehicles there going forward.

This business was just sold and changed ownership to Mike Cook. Mike's a great guy -- took the time to introduce himself and his way of business, and he clearly shows a lot of genuine care and concern for the community's vehicles. I've already brought a couple vehicles in for service. Prices are the same/better than before. Been a customer for years and will continue to be moving forward. Perfect spot to have here locally.

Just had my daughters Fiat 500 Sport in to Mike and Josh for a bad alternator and oil change. Mike kept me informed on when parts would arrive and quoted me a price. Excellent service, execellent communication. Whoever did the waiting area (lobby) did a beautiful job too. Too bad the city is making them remove the dirt under the blacktop that was about to be laid. It's screwing up their business for a while, and they're only a year old. Highrecommended

What a wonderful experience I had with this business. Brought my car in for a front wheel bearing replacement and they really took the time to diagnose the problem and were completly honest that it was not the problem at all . Victoria Automotive Repair changed hands fairy recently and I feel as confident about taking my vehicles here as I ever did.The new owners seem like outstanding people and they do great work. If I had three words to describe them I'd say those woudl be Honest Honest Honest.They are easy to work with and don't push un-needed repairs. If something is a concern they tell me how long I have to deal with it and make a note of it in my file.I would even feel good about recommending this place to my Grandmother.

This place is what we need more of. Personalized service at a fair price. Honest assessments on what you need and don't need rather then the big box auto repair shops that try to maximize how much they get you to spend. Steve is a local guy that treats everyone fair. Update - Feb 2020 - can't thank Steve and Nikki enough for their focus on the customer. They build trust and inspire confidence in how well they diagnose, recommend and fix cars. I prefer driving older cars. They keep them running and I trust that they have my best interest at all times!From 2017 - Once again the folks at Victoria Auto Werks come through. I have been a customer for 6 years. They have always done outstanding work.

Steve has been working on all of my vehicles for over 15 years and is the best mechanic I know. I'm glad I have him to go to and know he will do great work. People posting bad reviews are probably unhappy with most things in their lives and can't be pleased no matter what you do!! Do not hesitate to take your car, track, snowmobile or anything that runs on gas to them.
