To: Chris SharpThis morning I went and picked the 2 nicest tires of the shelf personally. Turns out the tires are garbage and he wants over double the original price for the exact same tires. Had my car for 2 hours and put the old tires back on and did not balance them. Car rattles like crazy. I called to see what the problem was and he tried telling me about payroll and profit and he wants more money. All while cussing and trying to say he only wanted to make an extra hundred bucks after he already had been paidWe buy our used tires in mass quantity and we did not know the tire had a fault. It took a hour and because they are low-pros tires and you had aftermarket rims so we was trying to be care not to scratch them. We did tell your other half the tires we put on had a fault and told her that we had two other pairs we could of put on for no charge but insisted they be snow tires. We did A FULL REFUND. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Bought used tires for 20 dollars each was a good deal put about 100 miles on them went back to trade them for some different ones. Jerry told me used tires are 50 dollars I told him I only paid 20 for used plus mounting and balance extra he wanted me to pay him after the fact the 30 per tire . Buyer beware of Jerry the owner. In my opinion he is a crook and changes the prices to what ever suits him. I will never ever stop foot in his place again. I would not trust Jerry a far as I could throw him. this is my opinion. Oh and he also stated tires have no warranty even new ones. Just wanted to trade tires is all I needed to do not have Jerry try to make more money off me. There was no expense for him and tires i was wanting to trade were better then the ones i was trading for just to get by. So buyer beware and ask Jerry if there is any warranty on any tires new or used. This is my opinion just saying

Not sure about the quality of tires because I brought my own in to be mounted and balanced. I waited and watched the whole time to make sure they took good care not to damage my rims or screw anything up. They were very quick but thorough. They did everything 100% correct and i couldn't find anything that i would fo done differently. They even cleaned off the bead with a brush to get any oxidation off and ensure a tight seal. Some places actually don't even do this and your bead develops a slow leak... They did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the service they gave me. Paid a little more per tire than somewhere like discount tire but they actually impressed me with how smooth and quick they mounted and balanced them. When I need more tires mounted, I'm coming back for sure.

I went there to get a tire and the guy changing my tire jacked my car up in the wrong spot busting my gas line. They fixed that then when I came to pick my car up I had no brakes and they refused to fix their mistake. Now I don't have a vehicle and looking at a 200 dollar fix that should've never been needed.

Too expensive for what you get. Employees are unhelpful and unprofessional. Seriously, just go get new tires. A literal 1/5 stars. Cost of new tires is close to used tire cost after they rinse you for their disposal and misc fees.

Tires were 30% not 50-60 like they claimed. Still charged me 65$ a tire. Also broke one of my lug nut caps and lost my center cap. Displeased and not coming back here. Will go anywhere else.Update!! One of the 4 tires they sold me has a bulge in it! Car drives worse then it did before! But guess what? No warranties on tires! Also put a nice size dent in my rim! What a f-ing scam this place is! STAY CLEAR

You can get a used tire in excellent condition for $45 to $50 for a car. They also sell tires for trucks, rigs and tractors. They have guys who put them on for you, as well, and they work fast. I believe they sell batteries as well. Locally owned and operated, right off the highway just shy of verndale from the Staples side.

Forever grateful to the kind gentleman at Verndale tire. We had a bent bracket around the wheel well of our boat trailer that ripped our tire tread off. It was his day off, but he came out to help anyway and got us back on the road to fishing in no time! Blessings and THANK YOU!!!!

BEWARE LIARS AND THIEFS This buisness quoted me a price ,but when i arrived he changed the price to much more . when i informed him i was the one that called and that i traveled over a hour to get there under the understanding that the price quoted over the phone was the price i was gonna pay. He became very angry and told me to pay this new price or get out. Well we were on a spareAnd he knew it . very poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone . and if you do decide to go here expect to pay more once you arrive. They are liars and crooks. Beware

Very rude to me over the phone, I've been trying to get tires all day, and all he told me was that they have "Mastercraft" tires, didn't tell me the price, or what models they had for those tires, then proceeded to rudely hang up on me. Good thing I didn't waste gas.

Prices are great and they re helpful, courteous, and honest. Their lightly used tires come from cars that have been in collisions but tires still good, and super reasonable.

This place used to be great and the only place I recommended across the cities even but now that there s a new face at the desk I guess customer appreciation and respect went out the window never been treated with such rude behavior in such short amount of time let alone used tires have ALWAYS BEEN 50-55 and today I call 20 minutes before getting there and he tells me 65 and then I get there and get two and pay 140 for them because apparently there s a 5 dollar unknown charge per tire considering I kept the old ones even

i bought tires in february and ive had to take them back 3 times and he wouldnt even work with me wanted to keep charging me for the tires and the first was they put a tire on with the wires showing he changed it but charged me the second time was a bad seal around the bead they said they fixed but still putting air in my tire every 2 days i went yesterday to put air in my tire and the side wall completely blew out i called and he was very rude calling me a liar and my brother got tires from there and they had plugs in the tires before they were even mounted when i confronted him he called me a liar and proceeded to tell me to f*** you and f*** off i will never go back there and i wouldnt refer anyone i know to go there and ive been getting tires there for years

Been buying new and used tires here for years never had any trouble a few used ones had failed a few days after purchase, went back he replaced them no trouble very good service as well

Awesome place, great prices, quick and easy with no appointment required. If snow is coming it gets busy so plan accordingly.

My experience the old man is rude he is always understaffed and u have to pay 50 bucks for a used tire its bs then to top it off they make you drive your car into the stall even if you are uncomfortable doing so they dont make any small talk overall just a bad experience.

Wanted the money upfront before any work was done. Paid double cause I asked if I could pay after work was done. Not coming back

Good New and Used tires! They change them, balance and put new valve stems in.
