The owner is great to work with. This is how businesses used to be run and should be run. Very customer oriented. The owner takes time out of his busy day to talk with and work with customers. There was some work that was done wrong by an alignment company they brought my vehicle to in order to do the alignment after all the body work was done. That company broke an alignment pin in the rear axle and over tightened and stripped out the shakles holding the rear end. Even though madsens didn t make the mistake. They made it right and replaced everything themselves, including paying for the new parts and new alignment at a different business. The owner is fantastic to work with and very easy to talk too. If any mistakes are made they make it right no questions asked. They are hands down one of the best auto body/ repair shops I ve ever worked with. They have gained my trust and business with anything in the future. Thank you again for everything.

The Madsen's team is amazing to work with. They listen and follow through with their work. Mike and Patrick are top notch and I tell everyone if you want your service done right go to Madsen's.

10/10 recommend! My truck went in for a new windshield and I called them to have a few other things fixed. They got it all done in a timely manner. I appreciate their willingness to work on things that weren't scheduled to he done. Thank you!

Did awesome job fixing my car now that I need body work again going back Monday to him to fix my cat again. Even cleaned out my car which was more than asked for very professional does a great job I highly recommend his service.
