Unreliable hours. Left work early to make it here to renew my license so definitely call first to see if they will actually be open. When I went back and they were open the process did go very quickly.

Super pleasant and quick experience. I was the only person there and the woman assisting me was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I was able to get my license and register my car in one go.

Well, I went in to get a reduced rate renewed license based on disability. Essentially, they didn't appear at first to believe that was a thing. It most definitely is. I was told to have a physician fill out paperwork stating so, even though I had literal paperwork stating disability straight from the source. I understand that's how it works now. But- the paperwork given to have filled out, is paperwork for a disability parking certificate. I don't stutter, mumble, and made myself very clear. Ended up paying the full rate because I needed the renewed license more than I'll miss the money that went bye bye.

Very efficient service from very nice staff.I preapplied for my enhanced license on the dps.mn.gov website. It told me what documents i needed to bring in and i followed the instructions.Drove up from Lakeside and avoided Duluths long lines.Well worth the trip. Would definitely go back. Thank you.

Are they ever open?? I've been there twice to renew my driver's license and there's always a note on the door. Heading to Duluth, I guess. Call before going as the website times are unreliable.

They're no longer a tediously archaic government office. They now have friendly helpful staff who can use technology to quickly and efficiently accomplish what you ask of them. Also they now accept debit or credit cards, even if it is with a fee.

8 to 10 people standing outside at DMV in Duluth so i stopped in Two Harbor's and got right in! The women working here are so friendly and super efficient! Thanks!

Had all my documents in order and walked out with an enhanced license. Workers were very nice and helpful.Surprisingly quick process..

Lady working was extremely rude and short. Very demeaning and judgemental and had me in tears before even walking out the door. I wasn't even there for 5 minutes

Sad to see someone showing up whenever they feel like that and leaving people waiting. This DMV was always a great one until one of the ladies retired. Now it's a joke!

It was a good experience considering social distancing not all had masks some did has anyone use the hand sanitizer made it through okay and friendly

I got plates, tags, and transfer there. I was in and out within 20 minutes, tops. Very efficient, and kind. Excellent help.

NEVER open during posted open hours !!! Do NOT waste your time going to this DMV. Shame because closest one without traveling all the way to Duluth.
