I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from this dealership and I'm happy with how everything went. I worked with Daniel, he made the entire process easy and got it done in a timely manner. I live outside of the Two Harbors area and was not able to see the vehicle in person. Daniel was able to forward me the vehicles information including an inspection and warranty options. I think the price was right and they were able to set up a safe and timely delivery of the vehicle. I've gotten nothing but compliments on the Jeep, thanks again guys!

I bought a couple year old car today and had a really great experience. Honestly out of the handful of cars I've bought from dealerships, this may have been the best experience. Joe was the most straightforward, honest, and helpful sales guy I've ever met, and the finance guy Jess was also really good at communicating.

Told salesman what we wanted to look at ($7k - $9k) and he only showed us a $11k vehicle. Very disappointing after spending several hrs there. In fairness he told my friend that they had bad credit & we explained that they had a co-signer w/excellent credit. Salesman still never showed up the 3 main vehicles we wanted to look at. Waste of time

I had to make an emergency trip to Minnesota from Virginia. I needed an oil change done asap on my Ford Maverick when I arrived. Mari was first class in assistance and was able to answer my questions about the service. I met Alex while there and shared some stories which was great. I was able to schedule and complete the oil change in the same day! Anytime I'm in the area, Sonju will be my go to place for repairs and maintenance.

Recently worked with Meagan to buy a used vehicle. She was very nice and friendly but not pushy at all. She showed us what we wanted, giving us all the necessary info. We had a good experience with Meagan.

Brought my vehicle in for service on brakes and seatbelt. They neglected to do the brakes, but let me go on thinking that they had done the brakes for five months. I returned, wondering why my brakes were not working properly and they informed me they had never done my brakes. I also went in on that visit to have my seatbelt repaired again. Instead of repairing my brakes or seatbelt, they charged me to tell me that neither of them were working. I had also called in advance and asked them to get the parts to repair a light for the climate control system, and also the latch for my tailgate.They did not do either of those repairs, but charged me to tell me that they seem to be just fine.I brought my vehicle back in insisting that they replace those parts and repair the seatbelt. Once again, they did nothing on the seatbelt and they did replace the light for the climate control system and the latch in my tailgate. However, they attempted to charge me more money than was on the invoice. They did however correct the invoice and charged me $400 less. The entire charge should ve been covered by my extended warranty, however that did not happen so I am currently seeking reimbursement from my extended warranty as Sonju threatened to put me in collections if I didn t pay them for work, which should have been covered under warranty.This is not the first time that I brought my vehicle in for service and the service wasn t done. This is the third time I ve had this similar experience. I have been giving them second chances because they are the dealer nearest me.Not gonna happen anymore. Don t bring your vehicle to Sonju!On a lighter note, I believe that Mari tried her best to make things right..

Inquired about a used truck that this location had that would meet my needs. Received emails from two different people, once they found out I was three hours away, they didn't seem to care at all. All I got back was "yeah that's a bit of a drive." And haven't heard since. I'm in Sales myself and that just is a no care attitude.

I asked them about one truck, once. In less than 7 days they ve sent me 9 emails this is the reason I went with a completely different dealer. Like is it hard to not be so pushy?

I waited weeks before leaving a review hoping they would improve. I had work done there on three separate occasions. So very disappointing. If you value safety and good service, drive an hour further to go somewhere else. It will save you much time and $$$ in the end.

Zero communication from this dealership. Have had a Polaris Ranger in for repairs for 8 weeks when they said it would take 3 weeks to repair. Went to shop in person and they hadn t even started the work. I understand having a backlog of work but the lack of communication is disappointing and poor customer service

Great service from Gage and the team at TH Sonja. We had a lot of fun spending time going through my options for a new vehicle. We settled on 2019 Ford that was perfect for all of my needs. The only drawback I will say is the vehicle must have been a recent trade-in because it was still dirty from the previous owner. Not a big deal but my suggestion is when it goes to recon, it should come back sparkly and fresh maybe even with a full tank of gas. Makes the customer feel good shoot tack it on the loan I m sure somebody buying a truck like I did wouldn t mind the extra 50 bucks rolled into whatever financing just for the gratification of having a full tank of gas. Just a suggestion overall the team did pretty well and I was very happy with my purchase. I even got a follow up post which was greatly appreciate it! Good job, Gage and team!

The service and experience shopping here was spectacular! It was very easy finding a vehicle that worked for me and financing was a breeze. My sales person Josh G. was fantastic to work with and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend Sonju to someone I know who s looking to purchase a car.

I just bought my new (used) vehicle from Sonju this week, I had Meagan as my sales person. She was amazing!! Made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and even kept my impatient toddler entertained during our wait! 5/5 experience! Thumbs up, girl!

First appointment was scheduled, waited 2 hours to find out the part was not there. Second appt was scheduled, showed up for appt but tech did not. Had yo wait for another tech to arrive. My half hour appt took almost 2 hours. Was charged $100 on warranty work when I could have purchased the part myself for $50 and installed it. The lack of professionalism is exacerbating!

Dan and the Sales Manager were undoubtedly the very best that I have ever experienced in roughly 45 years of interacting with car dealership salesmen. They were patient with us while we did some calculations regarding the cost of the vehicle versus ordering or finding a less expensive version, were respectful to myself (a lady), my elderly father, and my college aged son and friendly. They were NOT slimy, pushy, or arrogant. I will recommend them to all my friends. They understood exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle regarding my dogs and were knowledgeable. I have been interacting with dealerships and purchasing new vehicles since I was a child, and Dan was the best!!! I actually enjoyed the entire experience.

You buy a new vehicle for the peace of mind and after having them service it that is no longer the case! After them telling me I can come get it I took it on a long road trip the truck barely made it home they had not finished aligning it wore the front tires two nothing. They did replace the tires but now I m told they need more parts to align it because they don t have enough adjustment so a guy can t help but wonder what else will go wrong with my new truck after them servicing it. And to top it all off they will never call you back. I haven t had my truck in over a month total. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

I bought a polaris ranger from these guys, just before new years. Everything went amazingly smooth from the first day I made contact with Joe Mourin to the last day when I finally purchased the machine. The price Joe quoted me was the price I paid when I left their doors, no hidden fees. I had to drive 5 hours from my house to make this purchase and I would gladly do it again! Joe made the process so easy and stress free, he was never pushy in the least, one of the most laid back easy going salesmen I have ever worked with. Thanks again Sonju for the great experience.

Make sure you check everything because they don t. Very dishonest, hide problems with vehicles, and don t call back when they say they will. I called the dealership after the purchase because the keys won t unlock the drivers door, the radio wasn t working, and the vents don t change from the defrost setting. I was told by Lex that the radio was probably the fuse issue, they ignored the vent issue, and Rob the sales manager said he would call about a door key, and call me back. After digging into the radio, ALL but 3 of the wires were cut, the vent is a vacuum leak, and I have never heard back about the door keys. Also asked about tires when negotiating price. I know why that went out the door. It s going to take an act of God to get the wheels off the hub because they are rust welded on. Terrible service. Currently looking for a new car, but will continue to avoid them like the plague!!!

Sales process was good. Zac Topping does a great job in the powersports sales division. He would get 5 stars himself. However, after the sale, I needed support for transferring the registration and some sales tax information. They did not help me in any way. I would call and try to talk to their representatives in titling and finance. They would never answer the calls and when I would leave messages, they did not get back to me. They have terrible customer support. Make sure you have them do everything correctly at the time of purchase, if not, they will not stand behind the sale and support it. It took me 6 months to get my titling, registration. and sales tax issues figured out, when it could have been done within a month of purchase if they would have offered help.

Megan was great, she sat with me through the whole process and we visited during the down time. This was my first experience purchasing a car from a dealer and they made everything so easy!

I recently bought a vehicle from here, it was the most positive experience I have had in a dealership. Megan was my sales person, she was very positive, knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to my concerns and questions. She was also able to help me trade in two vehicles, one which still needed to be paid off, with them there was no hassle and was a smooth transaction. You're staff really helped me in a time of crisis after having just purchased my dream truck from what turned out to be a very dishonest shady dealership in town. I wasn't able to have it serviced but your team inspected the issues I had, helped me document everything and after seeing how devastated I was the associate at the Chevy workstation shared a similar experience and gave me info and resources to help me take the appropriate steps toward accountability and legal resources because my family cannot afford a $6,000 bill to repair an unsafe vehicle that should not have been sold in the first place.
