Kevin and Stan in the service department were both wonderful to work with. They were able to do work on my motorhome, and each time the work was done right and efficiently with great communication. Seems like the only shop in town who can accommodate vehicles with high clearance, and I'm so glad I chose Westside. Thanks everyone!

Kevin in service was excellent to work with! I had been waiting over 2 months to get my Jeep into my local dealership to come find out they didn t have me on a list. Called Westside Motors on a Friday afternoon and they said get it up there and it would be looked at on Tuesday, it was in right away and I had answers as to the issues right away Tuesday morning. My vehicle needed a special order part that they said would take a week to get, got in and they had it done by the following Tuesday. Top notch service, will definitely be returning for any future work needed! Thank you guys again for getting my Jeep fixed!

Customer service is horrible, wait time is horrible, you call them and ask about service and they say they ll call you back (you ll be a fool to think they will) over priced to just look at one thing on your vehicle you ll do better going to Pennington fast lube or making the hour drive to grand forks or really any other shop with common sense and good customer service

Charged $136 for them to tell me the same thing I already knew was the issue. Stupid. Taking my business elsewhere and not recommending anyone to go there

my son was living across the street from the dealership while attending NCTC there from Aug 2017 to Dec 2017 He had 2 major repairs on his vehicle and they were helpful, accommodating, personable, they even dropped him off at school and when i picked him up in Dec 2017 they let borrow a loaner while they were installing a hitch. People like this need to be acknowledged for treating you right and not trying to get over on people if you need your car serviced or repaired i would definitely recommend Westside Motors keep up the good work

Slow, Rude and Imbecilic are just a few words to describe this auto dealership. We won't set foot on this property again.Edit: Tried to contact them and no response back.

The absolute worst customer service EVER experianced. To give it a one is just to say at least we got our truck back. 3 weeks later!! I just could not in good conscious recommend this dealership to anyone. I would drive 100 miles in any direction to get better customer support and service!

Matt in Sales/Financing is awesome! He was very helpful and was great to deal with in all area's of my purchase. I would recommend him to anyone. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout this dealership.

Told me I needed a new turbo without having even looked at it. Just from the code it threw and what I mentioned. Refused to work on it because it was deleted. Just getting it out of a shop and it was just an actuator. Glad I didn t order a turbo. Wouldn t go here for an oil change

There has ALWAYS been a problem with my car after they check it for anything. I have my oil changed and something ALWAYS goes wrong a few days afterwards. They check things In my car I did not ask for them to check which is very annoying! I ve been told inaccurate information several times from them.

Had an aliment done on my 1960 chevy Belair. Gary did my aliment and taught me a few things on my old chevy. Russel the parts manger is always helpfull to get me the parts I need. Great place to get your old car worked on.

We were there to pick up Vonnies van in service department. We waited a 1/2 hour or more for them to complete paperwork and bring keys. Guess customer time don't matter? ?

This dealership has an incompetent service dept. and treats it's customers horribly. Getting anything done here is like a root canal, unpleasant.Would never trust these people with the service of my vehicle let alone purchase anything from them.
