Great place to wast wayyyyy more time then you should ever have to well they break your car 10/10 terrible experience and will never return. Now I have a broken car that still hasn't been fixed because of this places dishonest work. Sad this is what places are turning into.came here for a simple tire swap mount balance and oil change it took 6 hours and literally nothing was done right except for putting the tires on the car it's not rocket science so you guys really either need to make it right and figure out how to learn from your mistakes or close the doors and stop breaking people's personal belongings and not fixing them. My air suspension is broken thanks to y'all and my car rides like garbage now so thanks again! I'll be sure to keep letting people know about my experience!

My friend Vincent took his Lincoln town car here and they destroyed it messed up his air ride suspension didn't put the hub cap covers on and left it with the engine oil cap off your lucky it didn't blow up but we have all been letting people know about this experience and will continue to do so all over our social media and to our friends in person until they stop handling it like crooks when Vince called the manager told him get it diagnosed at another shop after he had already paid them $800 to switch tires balance them and do an oil change not to mention this took SIX HOURS. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE 0/10 IF I COULD YOU GUYS SHOULD REALLY REACH OUT AND MAKE IT RIGHT BUT UNTIL THAT HAPPENS WE WILL JUST KEEP PEOPLE AWARE OF THE SHADY WORK Y'all DO! ASKING SOMEONE TO GO PAY $150 PLUS AN HOUR FOR DIAG AFTER YOU MESSED UP THEIR CARS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS GET YOUR BUSINESS TOGETHER OR CLOSE THE DOORS.

Took my Lincoln Town car here for a simple oil change and swap of tires it took them 6 hours and they messed up my suspension in the process also they didn't put my hubcaps back on. And the customer service was terrible I brought up my suspension and they told me to take it somewhere for diag as if I want to spend more money because of this places mistakes wouldn't recommend to anyone. They also didn't reset the oil life what did they do for 6 hours? Also my engine oil cap was never put back on. I was able to talk to the GM on the phone and he told me go get a diagnostic I paid $800 for you guys to literally destroy my car then you want me to pay $150 an hr for diag me and everyone I know will NEVER bring our vehicles here because of this dishonest work amd I'll be sure to post about it on every social media outlet i have thanks for wasting my day and breaking my car! Worst customer service I've ever experienced hands down.

Terrible had a very close friend bring his Lincoln Town car here and they destroyed it and took 6 hours doing it then told him to go pay $150 an hour plus for diagnostic on a car that they broke absolutely ridiculous very unprofessional and it will be blown all over social media by our whole friend circle he tried to reaching out to the manager again and he got the same response to go get a diagnostic how should he be expected to pay 150 plus an hour when he already paid $800 for a new set of tires and oil change and the mount and balance that you guys couldn't do properly in the first place not to mention you guys left his oil cap off which could have blown up the motor great job.

Read previous reviews this place breaks stuff and doesn't fix it wish I had known that before they destroyed my car and took all day doing it!

When I got my last 2 oil changes. During one my skid plate wasn't fully put back on Which caused damage while driving to it. My transmission fluid was either not checked or added to which is do which is part of the more expensive well the more expensive oil change I paid for all Also Cars not vacuumed. So they either need to change their signage or at least relay to the customer changes in services being paid for.

Was quoted an hour wait to swap tires and have an oil change. Returned an hour and a half later just to be safe in to find them just bringing my vehicle in the air to start it. Was quoted an additional 45 minutes to complete. Still waiting so we will see how it actually works out.

Took my car in to get the tires changed. Got it back with a busted sway rod. They looked at it for free under the warranty but refused to fix it unless I drove it to GF and said it was going to be hundreds of dollars. Another car shop in town did it for under a hundred and did it without breaking other things. Do not get your car worked on here. Just don't. They need to better train their mechanics.

Sent wife in to get oil changes. They stripped out the drain plug and then after 1hr 30 minutes of her sitting in the waiting room they finally walked in and lied then said she needs a special tool to change her oil!!!! and then charged her for the time they spent wrecking the drain plug. Took it to my regular mechanic and he put a vice grip on it got it out then put a new one in after changing the oil. The mechanics at theif river Walmart are pathetic liarsService: Oil change

Aweful service. First experience took 2hours to have one tire mounted and balanced. Second experience they blamed my normal mechanic of wrecking my oil plug even showed me a picture what it looked like I knew they screwed it up as I am always right there watching and knew my normal mechanic did not do this they did this.They would not accept responsibility. Took my car to my normal guy and my drain plug was stripped I told him of my ordeal he just shook his head in disgust. He had to use special tools to get my drain plug out I had to buy a new drain plug all because of Walmarts incompetent mechanics I am a woman and I know what tools to use obviously they don't to make a hexagon nut turn into a circle from the wrong wrench being used! Never will I go back or recoomend to anyone. I am so pissed off!

They were friendly but said it would be 15-30 minutes for an oil change. After a half hour, they had just pulled my vehicle inside. I watched them finish it and drive my car away, and sat at the checkout counter for another half hour while the workers talked to their friends. I asked them if I could pay and they said they were busy and that they'd help me when they were done, but just chatted with their friends the whole time. Insane. I wasn't the only mad customer either.

Slower but there's value. Recommend dropping off your vehicle with them and coming back if at all possible. But the price is very good and their customer service isn't that bad. Use them when I need to.

Service was fast and efficient. Took longer to check out then for the oil change. Ridiculous, the department manager was more concerned with visiting with other employees than helping waiting customers.

Been calling for 2 days straight to get answers on my vehicle. Just rings and rings. It would be nice if someone could answer the phone.

It was fast service for me especially on a sunday, the mechanics were elaborative and very interactive while the service was being done, saved alot of bucks than the usual oil change at my town mechanic.

Try getting these guys on the phone to answer follow up uestions about the work you had done. Sat on hold for a half hour and was told to call back later, each time I called.

Appointment was at 1 it is now 415 went in they have my car in there but new tires still arent on it. This was just a new tire appointment.

Usually, I'd give the Auto center 4 or 5 stars. However, I don't think the auto center still exists. The store is falling apart because management isn't doing thier jobs properly.

Uses to work there. I will defend them because they were short on help and they try to speed service but being short handed at times they work longer hours and try to please their customers.
