Thank you! Not only did you change my water pump and timing belt, but you noticed a bad motor mount, and since it was cheap you went ahead and fixed it, along with also changing my oil, since I was only 10k miles past due 10x better than Pennington!Also, thanks for talking to me like I'm not ignorant, just because I'm a female, like Pennington did. 10/10 highly recommend Mike's!

Visiting town from Texas and needed a quick repair before the long drive home. We stopped at Mike's and even though they were closing soon they still took the time to fit us in and fix our issue. Mike and the employees were very friendly and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend!

In and out the same day! After dealing with numerous shops and not getting the problem fixed with my ac Mike was able to get it fixed for me! I finally have an icebox on wheels and it didn't cost me a fortune! If your looking for great service Mike's your guy! Thanks so much!

I did not have car work done so I can't provide feedback on any quality of service for that. However, I did need a new battery and my shopping experience with them for this was top notch. My call was quickly received as was my price quote for the battery model I was inquiring about. Based on the particular model I was seeking of Interstate batteries this was the lowest price I was ever given in town for self-install. It was also the fastest quote price lookup for any of the consigned vendors of Interstate batteries in town. When I arrived to purchase I was told that I was quoted for the premium model of that same battery family so perhaps I was given an even better deal which was a topping of an overall already positive experience.I discovered that they do take used oil on request, probably accompanying a reasonable sale or provision of service work. This is a plus for those that change their own oil and need to depend on a location for recovery.I had no work done on my car, but I had a positive impression just walking into the shop. I saw the shop was well lit, orderly, tidy, and reasonably clean.The only negative comment I can think of has to do with parking and parking lot entrance. The parking lot entrance seemed to be quite steep of a transition from road to parking lot. It also didn't seem to be a direct access, but one that shared the neighbor's entrance. There was no clear markings where customer parking was expected.Service: Battery
