I've come here a few times and they're always so nice. They'll make sure you're taken care of, and pricing isn't to bad either.

Over the years I have relied on Troy & the crew multiple times. Never have I had any problems. They're quick & know what the business top to bottom! Highly recommended!

I will never call them again. I will never recommend to a friend either. I was stranded 40 miles out of town. The lady was rude and didn't care at all that I was stranded in the cold weather. She was a rude and inconsiderate to me. Told me they have no time for me. Don't use this place! I highly recommend you use a different towing company. Very poor service!

Falls Towing is awesome! The staff there are so friendly and understanding. They are more than willing to help and work with you to get your vehicle back. It's the only towing place I've ever dealt with (only 1 place personally and like 2-3 for friends) that were so friendly, understanding, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

When our car broke down on the side of the road they took some extra time but I'm not sure it could be helped, we has a state trooper with us so it was all good. Thankfully they offer a fair pay in comparison to other towing companies we looked to. Nice and patient employees.

I've used Falls towing for a couple of different issues I've had with my car. I have pretty bad anxiety so when I have car troubles it can send me into a bit of a tailspin. Today I had a flat tire, called my insurance and prayed that Falls Towing would be their service provider. Sure enough it was. I called to set up a time. They were super accommodating to my scheduling needs and totally reassured me and honestly calmed my anxiety. They went above and beyond with the service they delivered. We were on our way up north and got trapped by a train in Thief River Falls. We tried driving around... And ended up with a flat tire. Luckily we had a kind neighbor stop on her way home to try to help us, and we ended up calling Falls Towing. Luke came out in about five minutes and after some serious hammering, got the flat off and the spare on. We were able to get back on the road thanks to him. THANK YOU Luke and Falls Towing!!!

Offered for me to sit in tow truck to keep warm while he tried starting my car but it finally had to be towed. Utmost care and concern and also giving great advise on cold weather starting do's and don'ts. Super polite.Services: Car towing, BatteryServices: Car towing, Battery

Excellent service great ppl to work with no other tow service would help us because of where we were broke down at they didnt even hesitate to pick our truck up and even fixed it for us too!!! Highly recommend them!!!! They go above and beyond what they needed to do, our truck is a diesel and doesn't start unless plugged in they even kept it in thier warm shop to make sure it would start when we picked it up

After some time to think at first I was not very pleased with the amount of time it took them to replace ball joint, I really did like how friendly they were through the whole process so with that said I would definitely come back here if needed to have repairs done to my vehicle I couldn't do my self thank you guys.
