They always treat me right. The work is done thoroughly and if extra work needs to be done, they call you first. There is never a surprise bill.It's more than just radiator work. I get my oil changed and service work done there, and all my batteries come from Falls Radiator. Great group of guys working there.

This place is great I was I was in town on a short business trip when my back brakes failed I made some calls and was recommended to Andrew over at Falls radiator he couldn't get me in the first day but the second day he had the part had it fixed and delivered the car back to my work by 11 a.m. as well as providing me a ride when I dropped my car off to my place of business this is what customer service is all about

The service parts guy was horrible. He didn t know parts and got made when I asked questions. Called several other local shops and no one had any difficulty with quotes. This guy just didn t want my business. Unbelievable. Suggest you go somewhere else.

Very helpful people who will drive you to work if your car needs to stay. Only problem is that the location on this map is wrong. Falls Radiator is located West of TRF just after you split off of hwy 1 and cut north on 59.

Thanks for taking the time late Friday afternoon to look & assess the situation. Give me a price on the repair if I was going to fix it there, If I hadn't left town & wouldn't be back I would have definitely you this shop!! Thanks guys!
