I went there bought new tires and I had lights Put on my car they had great customer service every sales Representative was very respectful and kind to me. Price was very Fair I even talked to Judd Himself overall, everything was very satisfactory. I would recommend anyone to go there. They also made sure that I understood my warranty and gave me other options all I can say is why I was there. I was treated more like a family member not just a customer.

We are living in a time of fading customer service where ya never know what you re gonna get runs rampant. I chose several other local shops over the last couple years in hopes of finding the one I could rely on. The one 20 years from now I could say been going here forever , but every single one had disappointed for one reason or another, until now. And sure, I realize it s only one visit, but first impressions mean a lot. They mean everything, in fact. And my first experience and first impressions this time were exactly what I hoped for. Zach, the assistant manager, was honest and friendly. He was communicative and respectful. That meant a lot. While I hope not to see these guys too often, if I have any automotive issues in the future, I will no doubt, be back again. Hopefully for years to come. Cheers, and thank you.

Staff and Technicians were well versed in what needed to be done and how to do it. Things were NOT made up to do if NOT needed like other places. Honesty goes a long ways!!! Pricing was great and no hidden cost everything was explained up front and tally at end. Thank you to Zach and Duane and the rest of the Staff for the GREAT experience and expect my business in the future!!!!

I can t say enough good things about Bryan and Dewayne at Tire Pros. They turned one of the worst days of my life into something I could handle. The workers there are kind, efficient, friendly, and honest. The store is clean and the attitude/demeanor is FEMALE FRIENDLY with no pressure or shadiness. Their prices were comparable with everywhere else, but the PEOPLE made it an exceptional experience. Bryan and Dewayne went WAY WAY out of their way to help me. Dewayne walked to get me at the nail salon because I didn t answer my phone when he called. I m telling you, they are not only professionals, but KIND HUMANS. They re out here doing the Lords work. These guys are awesome. They always go above and beyond. I've been taking all my vehicles here for over 10 years. They are always willing to go the extra mile, fit you in, and have even checked out small issues on the fly. I am loyal to them 100%!

Duane and the staff were fabulous!! Great customer service. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They are always knowledgeable, friendly and of course experts at any automotive question you may have. I appreciate their competitive pricing and no pressure approach for options of care for your vehicle. They even left me a complimentary bottle of water and a free car wash ticket in the cup holder of my car when the service was finished. Thank you so much guys!!Sincerely, Sam

I received a coupon for an oil change while shopping at cub foods. I came in and talked to Zach in regards to the validity of the coupon and he gave me a quote for changing the oil on my Ford pick up truck.I showed up for my scheduled appointment and my transaction was handled by Bill. They did a very efficient job changing my oil. Also got a free quote for some routine maintenance I may need in the near future.To top it off, I was treated two a free car wash right next-door. Would I go back? Absolutely. Thanks TirePros!

I went in for an oil change and they loosened the bolts on my car because I went to another place to get my gasket fixed. They wanted $800+ money out of me and did dirty work simply because I chose to get my car fixed by another mechanic.So after I got my oil change from tires pro my car started leaking gas an hour after I drove out of their shop. I got it towed back to their shop because I expected they would fix it and take accountability in what they did to the car. Instead he tried blaming it on who I got my car fixed by 3 days prior. When I got my car fixed from another shop nothing was wrong the 3 days before bringing it to tires pro. Anyway, after they tried charging a crazy amount of money to fix something they messed up, I bought my car to a different auto shop in Saint Paul and the mechanics said that it looked like someone loosened the bolts which caused it to leak. Clear discrimination.

I brought my vehicle here after having many issues with another local vehicle repair shop. I immediately felt taken care of. The manager on listened to my concerns, and had a tech look at my vehicle right away. After inspection, they brought me back into the shop and showed me exactly what they found. They were able to repair my vehicle timely. Followed up after the repairs were completed to see how everything was doing. I appreciated the time and energy they took to make me feel like a valued customer and not just trying to get someone in and out the door as quick as possible. I would highly recommend Tire Pros and Wheel experts in Stillwater to anyone!

Duane and his staff are the best. Address all your mechanical questions clearly making sure you understand what needs to be done. As for tires best service making sure you know the differences among brands to get best deal for your needs. They don t disappoint.

The store is very clean and comfortable. However, the music playing was not enjoyable. It was loud and somewhat offensive. And there is a dog roaming freely in the store. Not a good idea when some of your customers might be afraid of dogs or allergic to them. The service was fine but my oil change took over an hour

They were helpful, courteous, and efficient. I had an emergency tire issue and was able to drop my vehicle off and pick it up later that day. The price for their work was generously reasonable. I am very happy with Tire Pros. I knew something was wrong with my car. I took my car to them not knowing exactly what was wrong. They figured out what was wrong and suggested I needed new tires and a few other things. No one was pushy trying to get me to do anything I didn t need. They accepted my extended warranty and provided a loaner car. My car was ready in 24 hours. I will definitely go back.

Justin and Dan did a great job! They both had excellent communication during the whole lift kit process.New front suspension.New wheels and tires.My truck didn't leave the bay until it was 100% completed!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

I made the mistake of coming in without an appointment, and despite having other appointments lined up, they still got me in and out very quickly. While I was out, Brayden called and updated me throughout the service. Great service.

I highly recommend Tire Pros for all and any services needed for your vehicle, including oil changes!! I received an estimate from the Ford dealership in New Richmond to repair a leaking seal on a rear axle for $700. Tire pros did it and a fluid flush for $400 and some change! Brayden was very professional and went over and above from giving a quote to ordering parts and getting my car in and out in no time. Everyone there was very courteous and friendly and happy to help. I completely trust this business and would much rather support a family owned business as opposed to the over inflated dealerships. Thank you Tire Pros, we will be servicing our vehicles with you from now on!!

Great service! Goodyear messed up and didn t originally send my tires on time so we had to cancel my appointment. Once I was able to talk to Goodyear customer service they overnighted my tires and Justin got me in right away for install. What could have been a big hassle wasn t and I ll definitely be back in the future.Service: TiresService: Tires

Service was ok. Only complaint is that the tech did not reset my check engine light after replacing the part and I got an oil change and did not get a next service sticker in my window. Labor cost was pricey but they fixed what I needed fixed. Update to this review: Owner contacted me about complaint on the above and offered to fix both issues. The check engine light went off on its own and I told them I do not need a next service sticker. The tech reset my engine oil life gauge so I can use that so I am satisfied with this shop and the repair. Changed to 5 star review.

I had a tire issue and needed it fixed as soon as possible. I didn't have an appointment and they were able to work me in. I was in and out within an hour. The employees were courteous and professional. I have bought 2 maybe 3 sets of tires through Tire Pros. They will continue to get my business.

Tire Pros were just that, Pros! They changed the oil rotated the tires, and looked up the carfax on my vehicle to make sure all scheduled maintenance was up to date. I needed transaxle fluid flush done and they were done with all that in reasonable time. Very happy with the service and they were courteous, inforrmative and friendly too. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have an older nissan and brought in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was expecting a laundry list of issues I should " fix" or replace, but instead they complimented how well maintained it was and no "extra" charges. Will continue to go there due to no pressure.
