I hit a deer in my Trax and Stillwater Motors Body Shop had it fixed up and back to me in no time looking good as new! They even provided me with a free loaner while it was in the shop. Professional, courteous staff made my visit and insurance claim easy! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends :)

We were in an accident, struck by another driver at the Stillwater rest area while traveling from WI to ND and the incident left our vehicle inoperable. Stillwater Motors was in communication with us from the minute the insurance claim was received until the day we picked up our vehicle again. They provided invaluable insight, support, and peace of mind while we were working through the claims and repair process. Dennis in the repair shop kept us looped in and made sure that both my spouse and I were able to provide timely decsions from home so that our repairs were completed as quickly as possible and we were able to get our vehicle back looking better than they day we bought it! Services: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Auto body & trim replacement

There are some positive things to say but more negative.I had some brake issue with grinding noise and rumbling when I used the brakes. I didn't have an appointment but decided to stop by in the off chance they weren't busy and could tell me what the issue could have been so i could have an idea of work that needed to be done. A staff from the service fever was helpful. Asked me to pull my vehicle in to see if he could detect the problem. Turns out the brake was too worn out. They stated it was unsafe to drive with it. So, yes, I decided to leave the vehicle with them to service it. I asked for a loaner vehicle, as I needed to get to work the next morning. They weren't going to be able to take a thorough look until the next morning. Not having a loaner vehicle for me to use, I had to rent one from enterprise. The next day, my vehicle was ready as they had all parts in stock to complete the job. I appreciated that it didn't take more than the one day as I didn't want to have to rent the vehicle for another day (the only vehicle claimed to be in the lot was a truck - those are pricey to rent). So I pick up my vehicle. I explained to the receptionist what had happened and asked if there could be anything they could do to help me with the rental (submit for reimbursement or partial discount). She kept saying to go through my insurance company I told her my vehicle was not in the shop for insurance related service. She didn't want to help me and it didn't appear she knew what to actual tell me as she said they would have charged me for a loaner anyhow. No! I have had my vehicle serviced there before and got a loaner vehicle and not pay for the loaner. She just wanted me to leave and appear to tell me whatever. This was a costly service out of pocket. I have auto body work that needs to be done (insurance claim). I will not be coming back here to get it fixed as I felt I was being rushed and shooed out.

I can not say enough in how wonderful Dennis in the body shop was to work with! Someone hit and ran my brand new Durango, I don't even have plates on it yet! I called around and all the shops in WI were out until August or September I stopped into Stillwater motors, never having been in there before. Walked into the body shop and talked to Dennis. Not only was he super helpful he did everything he could to get me in, to get it fixed. I got my Durango back yesterday and it is perfect. I have my shops that have used for years, now I will use Stillwater motors body shop, hopefully I will never need them again, but if I do Denny is my guy!Excellent work Stillwater Motors! Good Customer service is hard to find these days and you rocked it!!!

From entering the store to leaving, I wasn't greeted, the front desk guy was on his phone, I was expected to meet the person/manager, then I am passed off to a salesman, who is the monkey in the middle. I wasn't even given an explanation to the evaluation of my trade-in. I will never come back to try to do business in the future.

I was a bit overdue on an oil change and called them, They said they weren't too busy and could take me right away! Had my car back to me in an hour! (Forest Lake took 4 hours one day WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!) I had my 3 kids with me and they were SO NICE to my young kids and I! Opened doors for me, and in general were very kind! Hands down would recommend and will return in the future.

I thought they were replacing my rear quarter panel but they took that panel off and my rear bumper, they used bondo. Now my bumper looks worse and now the trunk gaps are so different and should be illegal how the manager says they did not create the difference. After buying at least 8 new vehicles there and a couple used vehicles I will never use them for anything again. My opinion is avoid going to Stillwater Motors.Service: Body & Trim
