Just went to this store to warranty a life time tool. I'll start by saying I'm an automotive repair technician by trade for over 20 years.This store said I could not warranty my life time tools, their own house brand, without a receipt. Now in 20 years of buying tools from snap on, matco, Mac, Cornwell, autozone, napa, advanced auto parts, home depo, lowes, menards amd harbor freight, NOT ONCE, have I even heard of someone being required to provide a receipt on a lifetime house branded tool!!Short warning. Oriellys has become the ultimate DIY autoparts store. They do not cater to professionals because we know when we are getting taken advantage of. The prey on the unknowing individuals who actually need some assistance in purchasing parts, liquids and tools for their vehicles. My professional advice, go to a store that actually cares to take care of their customers. I would not buy windshield washer fluid from an Oriellys at this point.

My battery died this week and originally I ordered a battery for pick up at the local advanced auto parts because they promote that they do free installation. Unfortunately when I got there they told me they don t do installation here in MN so I called O Reillys to see if they did. Drove there, got help picking out the best battery and had a new one installed in minutes. Very much appreciate the help I received from O Reillys and will go there for all my auto needs from now on.

James and Russ are incredibly kind people. I was in a dilemma where I was worried about not making it to their store before the 9PM closing time for a new battery (I was stranded with a dead battery). James offered to stay late past-close if need be, and for a stranger to offer that sort of kindness meant the world to me in an already stressful situation. Thankfully he didn t have to stay late! Thank you guys for your humanity, for not making me feel rushed or like a burden, and for your smiling faces.

Knowledgeable staff. Almost everything you need to do routine car maintenance. Wiper blades, get set up to change your own oil, and change your key fob battery. Tools to knock these tasks out are here too, need an air filter, cabin filter, etc, all here. They have a club that helps you earn points towards future purchases. Also, 2 trash cans out front should you want to put those wiper blades on fast.

Only giving two stars because they had what I was looking for. While I was looking for my stuff, the guy on the phone with a customer was being rude and unhelpful from what I could hear. When I walked up to the counter, the two employees just talked with each other while I was clearly in sight of one of them. I put my stuff on the counter and walked out without a word. No protest from them or anything. Not my usual experience with O'Reilly and disappointing.

Old man with a neckbeard and ponytail was really unhelpful. Tried to sell me something that wasn't what I was looking for. Grumpy and unpleasant. Luckily his nice coworker was able to ring me up instead. Would be 1 star if it wasn't for that. I'll go to an O'Reilly's in the city next time, everyone seems to be nicer outside of stillwater. :/

This place is small, but the customer service is next level! Zoie helped me get the parts I needed, and even printed out a list of things I need to get my car in top, running condition! Definitely recommend!

Awesome experience. Larry was very helpful at finding the battery I needed and even helped install it for me, then carried the old one in for recycling.

I was amazed at all the parts but what really got me was how quickly they new what I needed, directed me to the right location. I was in and out with a vacuum hose, y joint which installed perfectly. If you re a veteran, they even give you a discount. Great service.

Had to wait a good little while for the one gentleman who was working answering phones and trying to keep up with it all! But I must say he was very helpful going above and beyond my expectations I would recommend this location to anyone seeking questions and or buying their parts from especially if your not particularly well versed in the mechanical world of automobile parts and accessories!

I came here just to get some codes read on my car and the staff was super friendly and helpful despite the freezing weather. They wrote me a list explaining all the codes are recommended corrective actions for some of the codes, but at no point did I feel pressured to buy parts or additional services from them. Very helpful!

They do there job here. Just got a call notifying me parts I ordered were in. When I arrived they had to look for a couple of the parts that were on the shelf, then I was all set to go. This was the only place in town that had the parts I needed stocked in a local warrhouse, other part stores wanted me to wait for a week for an order yo arrive and pay in advance. I did not pay until the parts were in hand at O'Reilly

My husband visited this location recently because there was an issue with our headlights. The clerk gave him the incorrect fuse and also told him our car is not registered in the state of MN. Our car is registered and is up to date. This person is in need of some additional training. We will not be back.

They helped me troubleshoot my battery problem, with a simple, inexpensive solution first before selling me a battery. Sold me exactly what I needed and even helped me install it. Very helpful and informative!

Connor is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. As someone who is 1. Not knowledgeable; and 2. Doesn't know the proper name for automotive accessories, Connor didn't make me feel like an idiot, and most places do when a female goes in to asks for "the stuff you spray on the shiny kind of fabric on a car door to protect it". Instead he knew what I was talking about and assisted me searching for the product.

If you want the best customer service in stillwater go to advance auto parts. Previously car quest. In my 18 years of going to auto parts stores I ve never had better service than they provide at that store. I ve always bounced around from one auto parts chain to the next based on my needs, the knowledge of the employees and what kind of customer service I ll get. I m just flat out done with orieillys in Stillwater. Every time I have gone to this store the customer service has been terrible. The employees either know little about cars or are just not fun to deal with. Sometimes even rude and condescending.

I've been to this O'Reilly parts store a couple of times and they are always willing to assist with questions and know how. I enjoy the fact that they aren't as pushy as I've found the local AutoZone to be - (extended warranties, extra tools or hardware)

They usually have what you want. If you call ahead and they don't have it, they will get it for you and tell you when it will be there. My husband has been known to call ahead and list off what he wants for me to pick up while I'm in town. Then he sends me a text to stop and pick those things up. They never talk down to me or make me feel stupid.

Not busy. Always helpful and answers my questions. Most employees have auto repair experience and can be helpful for first time do it yourselfers.

Staff are nice. Wouldn't let you borrow the OBD2 scanner ten feet out the door without giving them $200 bucks collateral.

It was time to return the used oil back to its original home they handled me very nicely very fast I receive my oil containers back and recycling was complete
