I switched from a previous body shop I liked very much because they were bought out and they had not transitioned to working with my insurance company. When I called and asked them to give me an update on how the transition was going, I never received a call back. So I switched to Jerry s. Jerry s was recommended by State Farm and I m really happy I went there. Very highly recommended. All work was outstanding, honest and on time.

Rude/arrogant. Both my wife and I did not feel welcomed and decided to go elsewhere. Your front office employee was very rude to us in the parking lot when looking at the car, kept saying, insurance won t pay for that.

Able to get our body work started before other shops in the area and did a great job. Took a little longer than I expected but that seems to be the auto mechanic world. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service. Why are all the Employees so Rude?! And, It should not matter if it s an insurance claim, don t jack up the price of parts, it makes the rates go up .and the service too way too long thanks a lot, for the waste of time and money .do not recommend

This shop did amazing quality work on my car. It looked like the day I bought it 5+ years ago. I was shocked to find the interior all cleaned and shiny. Did not expect that. Was done earlier than estimated. Can't say enough great things about this home town business!

Old car was close to a total loss after a deer hit it but I still wanted the car and didn't want it totaled. With Jerry's experience, they ware able to adjust the parts and estimate to get it within a budget. Then, I was pleasantly surprised when I got the car back it looked like no budget was spared. A+ experience with Jerry's Auto Body. Not only did they fix my damaged car in a timely matter, they also helped set up & return the rental car. The entire staff was so friendly, personable and thought it was an added touch that they cleaned both the inside & outside of car once returned. Thanks for the exceptional service!

The work was done on time and well. Had to repair rearend of car after I was hit from behind while stopped at a red light. Replaced trunk, repaired other damage and repainted as necessary. The car looks terrific. They estimated a Dec 1 finish date when I brought it in on Nov 21. With all that you hear about supply chain issues I was skeptical. but picked it up as estimated on Dec 1. Wanted a great experience based on reviews of others -- but it was more of a grind. The employees were courteous, but communication was particularly bad. Every time my wife and I went in to the shop it was a different story, outcomes had changed, even decisions on what would be repaired and not repaired, had changed. The owner seemed to bat 1.000 in communicating incorrectly what he thought the insurance company would do next. This went on and on and over again. Owner didn't seem to hesitate to bluster confidence on things but then that would turn out wrong. Granted, insurance companies aren't the easiest to work with, but that being the case, I'd avoid projecting confidence in that area. Communication was really bad. Always surprises when we would visit the shop. Take notes and visit in person with a second person with you, if you go. To top it off, the auto body repair work was not impressive. Sufficient. But not an ace.

My experience was so good! After the recent hail storm I immediately went to their shop. They set up the estimate next day then were able to repair. They are courteous, professional detailed and did an perfect job. AND they cleaned my weathertech floor mats which badly needed it.

Nothing but positive feedback for the crew at Jerry s. Lots of collision damage to my 2019 Rav4 after first MN snowfall. Quick to communicate, kept me informed of progress, let me use a loaner car while they did the work, returned the car quicker than quoted, and they even cleaned it inside and out. Joe had it running for me when I came in to get it, was polite to my 2yo while I wrestled the car seat and was completely professional and cordial. Highly recommend. Thanks again! Support local businesses!

We needed a body repair for a 15 yr old vehicle. We didn't want a comprehensive, repaint everything kind of repair (there were plenty of scratches & dings already!). Jerry's was the only place that gave us an affordable way to get the damage repaired consistent with the value of the car. And their work looked great. Will use them again.

I recently got some scratches of my vehicle. Being new to the area I did a google search for auto body repair shops. Jerry's Auto Body was at the top of the list. I read some of the reviews and decided to stop in. After arriving, instead of writing up the estimate they suggest trying to buff out the scratches. The necessary tools and supplies were brought out and within five minutes, unless you knew where to look, the scratches weren't visible. All this was done at "No Charge" I would highly recommend Jerry's Auto Body for its courtesy and professionalism.Joe
