Hassis did a car repair for us, and we are very pleased with the results. We were treated kindly and their timeline was very good. We highly recommend them, would return for future needs.

I bought and received a new Electric Upright Bass from England in April, but it was damaged in shipping. The manufacturer asked if I would like to get it fixed in the United States as shipping back and then returning again would raise the cost of the work. I was a little worried as this was my new instrument and I really didn't have any idea where to send it to be fixed. The body which was damaged was made out of fiberglass and had a non-standard type of finish. I thought about it and figured I would at least look around to see if I could get it fixed here. I found Hassis Paintworks online as they do fiberglass repairs as well as painting. They agreed to do my work and did an excellent job. I can't tell that it was ever structurally damaged and the paint matched perfectly. I think they do fine work, even with things that they might not normally do.Thanks,Brad

Beautiful work, friendly staff that keep you informed during the process. They were very accommodating when I got sick. They kept my car safe and if was a whole lot cleaner when I got it back then when I left it. Im VERY PARTICULAR about my cars! Bring your business here and you won't be disappointed!

I Purchased a boat that had been stored at River Park Marina a/k/a Caliber Marine Servies and worked on by Hassis Boatworks from John Guider. The broker checked that Guider didn t own money to anyone on the boat and proceeded to close the sale. Turns out Guider had lied and owed money to River Park, The Boat Doctor and Hassis Paintworks. The marina was paid from my broker s own pocket so as not to delay my boat transporter from moving the boat. Even though the invoice from River Park Marina clearly states that it covered a spring launch, the owner, Brian, waited until the transporters arrived even though this had been schedule weeks ahead of time, then refused to launch the boat. He cited that unless his friends at Hassis and The Boat Doctor had to be paid first or he wouldn t do the work even though already being paid for his services. Certainly, I will be following up with a complaint to the State Police and the BBB on this extortion on all three of these coconspirators. If these three entities want to be a collection agency, do so, but not under the disguise of being in the boat industry and not extorting money from someone who does not owe them any.

We unfortunately ended up with huge scratches on our boat, on the fiberglass about 2 ft. long after storing it at a pole barn. We dropped it off for them to look at, they gave us a quote which was good for us. We left the boat there, and they got the work done the very next day! (Even when there is a busy holiday weekend coming up.) We didn't expect a boat repair before launching our boat this year, but Hassis Paintworks really helped us out! Thank you!!Service: Body & Trim

Quality of experience and work done on vehicle was excellent. The turnaround time was half as long as estimate, the repair was beautiful, and the vehicle had been cleaned-thoroughly-inside and out. What a treat to have such great customer service.

I used Hassis in 2018 to repair & paint a vehicle that had minor fender damage and they were able to do the work quickly. The white color was a bit mismatched but honestly, I didn't mind because I was trading in the car a few months later.I stopped in last week to get an estimate for a scratch on my hood - it was expensive since it can't be buffed out.The main reason for the low rating is the lack of safety measures. Their website says "All of our employees are practicing social distancing from each other and customers" and there are signs on the door about wearing a mask to enter. Tom greeted me without a mask and never bothered to put one on, then another employee entered the lobby without a mask and sat right next to him. I'm sure some people don't mind, but I won't do business with a company that disregards the safety of their customers.Service: Painting

Fantastic place! I would highly recommend the great bunch of people at Hassis Paintworks! They are very professional and go above and beyond to make your experience and fiberglass look brand new! Even took care of extra dock scratches on my boat that they were not being paid to repair; then they delivered the boat back to my house which is an hour away from there shop. Check them out for all of your fiberglass repairs.

I had my car done here after someone backed in to me. They went above and beyond by not only fixing the dent but also cleaning the interior of my car. They vacuumed the seats and the floors, cleaned windows and also thoroughly cleaned the exterior. I would definitely recommend this place for any one in the Stillwater Area. My car looked brand new on the outside and the inside :)

Repairs started as scheduled and completed in prompt manner. The staff was professional and the quality of work was outstanding, yet reasonably priced. My 6 year old Jeep looks new. Thank you.

Hassis Paintworks are a top level paint and repair shop. What impressed me are all of the other customers service things that they did for me. They are forward thinking and do an excellent job explaining why or why not you should do something. They go above and beyond. In my case, they helped me find last minute heated storage for my top end Nordic Boat. Janna is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

I brought my 43' nortech in to have some fiberglass repair done. My boat is painted with custom graphics and clear coated. They informed me clearing around the repair only will create a "hallo" effect. So with that info I decided to have them touch up every little nick and chip in the paint and reclear the entire side of the boat. It turned out awesome, I can't find the damaged area or any of the paint touch ups. I will be using them again.

Over all seemed good till after got car back, not quality work as should of been for insurance work. Nice people, but unfortunately doesn't mean everything in the end of the job. Regret of choice in service.
