Got my oil changed, tire rotation and asked for my air filters to be changed. Took about 45 min, and the guy came in and told me my filters were almost brand new and didn't need to be changed! Appreciate the honesty. I know alot of places that would've changed them either way. This place definitely will have my business going forward.The 2 guys working today did an amazing job, very kind and it seemed like they knew what they were doing. Thanks again

Not a terrible place. The guy was a little cold and put off about my presence as other reviews indicate but he warmed up and was pretty quick service. Bit surprised about price point. 75 bucks for a small older car oil change, but had a coupon. Over all smooth and quick service

Worst customer service I ve ever experienced in my lifetime. Nathan not sure if he gave me his real name ( longer dark hair tattoos all over ). I pulled up to the bay to only piss Nate off him waving his hand at me to maybe indicate I go to the office first? He gives me a smug look, expressing his frustration non verbally to me. I drive off and as I am leaving he waves and smiles. I turn back to ask him what his problem is only to immediately being thrown fowl language at. My nephew was in the back and heard all of Nathan s colorful language. Do not recommend at all due to this kids fowl language even told me what are you going to do about it while stepping back from my truck.

Even without an appointment, I was able to get my car in quickly for an oil change and the customer service was excellent. Great communication by the staff.

They struggled to get the old oil filter off because Valvoline put it on too tight. But they called to let me know it would be a little longer than expected, which I really appreciated. Their website also has coupons, so check that out before you go in.

Decided to try this shop for an oil change instead of a larger chain. Was at the shop at 7:45 in the morning, they stated they open at 8. Waited along with other customers until 8:25 with no sign that anyone was even attempting to open it up. Left to go somewhere else to get my trucks oil changed. Pretty disappointed in a location that doesn t even bother to open its doors on time.

The guy here- Nathan has been a great help to me. I ve brought all of my cars here, the wife s and my daughters and have always received excellent care! Tried to get a oil change. 1 Nissan Murano on the rack in front of me the other doors closed. I waited outside for 17 minutes and went inside and asked the gentleman how long it would be for an oil change. He rudely replies about 20 minutes I was definitely an inconvenience to him. Very nice professional looking shop otherwise

I showed up a little after 12:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon. There was only one other customer there. I sat in my car waiting for the garage door to open or have someone acknowledge me. After a few minutes, I decided to go inside and try to get some sort of idea on timeframe or some sort of communication. A technician finally came to the front desk and asked the waiting customer a question regarding his tires (very rudely) and as I tried to ask a question he shut the door and went back to the garage. He clearly saw me, as I was only about 8-10 feet from him. I continued to wait for awhile and then decided to leave, as my business was obviously not important to him. There was no intent to properly serve the customer.

I brought my daughter s car in for Andre at Grease Monkey in Stillwater to give it a good update before winter set in, and he was fantastic!!! As I requested, he changed the oil, rotated and aired the tires, reset the tire pressure low light in the dash (the dealer couldn t figure out how to do that!), checked the brakes (all were fine), flushed the brake fluid, changed the cabin and engine filters (both long past due), and topped off all the fluids. Unlike some shops, he didn t pressure me to agree to services that weren t needed. He completed the work in a professional and timely manner, and I couldn t be happier!! Just tried out this new place for an oil change and was very satisfied. They did the job pretty quickly and offered things my car might need but weren't pushy about it. I'd asked them to rotate the tires but they actually found it's not needed yet and didn't try to sell me the service anyway, which I really appreciated.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

One of my brakes was making a weird noise. They thoroughly looked through all of them. One of the calipers needed just a little TLC. They were honest about it. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Fixed the noise without charge. I am great full, highly recommend them!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Very professional! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough here. I came here to try a new place and to my surprise the one guy who was here when I came, Nathen, was pretty quick. I will be back for sure

I'd like to see this business succeed! Unfortunaly nothing has made it more than a couple years at this location. As usual I have not seen any ads or promotions and really am not sure why I would try to come in. My question to you is what can you do to stand out from the rest? Best of luck to you and building a customer base.

Got there 45 minutes before close. They had one car in the bay, when I pulled up the guy they had working the bay started shaking his head no at me. Figured no service is better then rushed or angry service.
