Brad was fantastic! He answered all of my questions, let me test drive any vehicles, and gave me time to make a thoughtful purchase. It was extremely smooth for closing, and the Fury team took care of all of my registration processes with the state. I m so grateful for the experience!

Bought my forth vehicle from Fury Motors of Stillwater...a 2023 RAM 1500. My salesman was Chad and he is awesome! Not pushy and has always been able to get exactly what I am looking for. All the staff at Fury is great, from the finance department, the receptionist and the managers. Would highly recommend!

I have worked with Chad K. and he is so personable, knowledgeable and honest! The finance department is amazing, honest and fun to work with as well! I will continue to go back to Fury! We just purchased a used Jeep from Fury Motors Stillwater. We worked with Chad who was extremely helpful and patient. Chad was very knowledgeable on the various models and helped us find the perfect vehicle. We also worked with Blane in the finance department who was also extremely helpful and went through options with us. Overall, my best car buying experience, I highly recommend Fury Motors!

This was my first experience with Fury Stillwater and was very pleased with the purchasing process. I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler and initially made my contact via the internet. I interacted with Chad from Sales...he was responsive and kept in contact without being pushy, and there were no "surprises". Each person I met that worked there (many introduced themselves during the process) were polite and courteous. Overall, a great experience.

UPDATE:**** Little over a year later and it had gotten to the point that trading in the car was the best option. Since the beginning, I had COUNTLESS issues with this vehicle and they were major issues. The vehicle was at the dealership more in the first 6 months. If it hadn t been for the extended warranty, we would have been in big trouble. There was multiple times that I had to argue with the service department about something not working for them to fix the next issue. The final straw was when we brought it in to have the radio fixed for a third time and asked them to look at other things they d already looked at once before and tried to charge us. The communication with this dealership is very poor and not professional. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your vehicle. ****Hands down the best service I ve ever received at a dealership! Mikki and Chad were fantastic to work with! They made sure everything was right before driving out the door. Kind, genuine people who didn t make you feel like you had to buy a car. Also Blaine in finance was great to work with! Best dealership team in town!

The friendly and professional efforts of Brad, Mikki and Blane made this enjoyable and stress free. The process was fast and efficient. They truly care about their customers and it certainly shows! When I was in last for service for an oil change and tire rotation on 1-25-24I said if the filters where bad to change them. My appointment was at 130 I got there at 115 and by 120 my car was back on a lift. Nobody came back to the waiting area to give me any updates on my vehicle. Now it s 230 and I go to check on it waited almost 10 minutes for someone to greet me at the desk. When there was multiple people standing there. A guy from the desk got up walked over by me smiled and got into another vehicle no customer service at all. I finally had enough and walked over to the other set of desk on the other side of the bay. Now it 240And Rae was there and helped me by checking on my car and she said that the tires where still being rotated and still needed oil! Really after over a hour!!! And there were two techs working on my car!!! My service advisor Heather that checked me in was worthless!!! Usually go to Nicole or Rae when I come in but unfortunately they were busy. Heather was so rude and not like Rae and Nicole where they at least give me updates on my car if it s going to be longer than a hour for that job. They go above and beyond. Heather was rude and no customer service at all. My family have been coming here for years. And both times they we have had Heather as are service advisor it s been troubles both times. And when I brought my issues up to Heather she said the lug nuts where swollen they where not swollen at all. Even if they where still should have not taken over a hour almost two All she told me was the best we did for you was give you everything for free today! Nothing else was said just oh there techs are being slow today Then why make a appointment. I don t wanna change dealerships, but I might just have to after this experience.

I highly recommend Fury Motors. I have bough several vehicles from this dealership and they are always friendly and helpful. The price of cars these days is nothing short of crazy, and when I am spending that kind of money, I am very picky. Picky about color, picky about features, and very picky about what I will pay. If they don't have exactly what I am looking for, they will find it for me. I am never in a hurry to buy something, which keeps everything less stressful and allows them to find me what I want. The service is outstanding and I will buy from them again. Thank you Fury Stillwater!

I have to say that my experience with their service department has been great so far. First time I took my vehicle in for routine service was great back in November. I was coming up on my next service and started having an steering issue the same day my JL rolled over 36k. Nicole took her time to listen to my issue on a Saturday when I stopped in and told me there was a blocked time Thursday for me to come in during the week. Then when I came in Thursday for an express service and to have them inspect the issue i was having and Pete found me the part, as it was not on hand at their location, and had it all fixed under 2 hours. Exceptional!

Great friendly service, and the dealer really wants to help you get the vehicle you want within a set price limit. Always a courteous service department!There's also an amazing selection of vehicles, including specialty ones in the showroom!

Rae did a great job ! We didn t have an appointment for check engine light on so we weren t expecting to get in same day but she made it work was able to tell us what was going on in and understandable way and was able to get us back on the road right away. Great communication and supper friendly. Highly recommend going to see Rae in service.

Best people and dealership around! Have worked with them getting us into a Jeep, then with some routine maintenance and also a dead battery where THEY came to the rescue to help us!! We ll continue to use them for maintenance (they have great coupons/deals) and be back when a new vehicle is needed!!

I have worked with Chad and I will say there is no one better in the business! He is kind, understanding, extremely knowledgeable and will not pressure you. I will continue to come back and work with Chad. I cannot say enough positive things! If I could give Chad 20 stars I would. He makes a stressful experience fun! He takes the time and puts the effort in to make sure all his clients are happy!

I would not recommend. Horrible service. I brought my car in March 2nd for oil change and to check the engine light. Ended up with new tires (needed them). Two days later car was shaking, and engine light came back on. Brought car back and they did the alignment on the tires (which they should have done in first appointment) and looked at the engine light....They printed out an Estimate of over $2,100 to replace thermostat and I guess I had a leak in my cooling lines. They said it would take 7.5 hours of labor (3.4 hours to do thermostat, 4.1 to do the leaking hose) which would be over $1,600. And on top of that they tried to charge me over $200 for a "customer concern" even though I just had it there and brought it back because the car started shaking thanks to them.....So I decided to get second opinion and they said nothing was wrong with the thermostat and there was no leaking. I'm so glad I did not listen to them. I will never go back.

Nicole and Heather recently helped me to schedule my car maintenance, and helped replace my missing key. I m currently working retail and my schedule changes with short notice, and I also have to deal with customers, so it was easy to notice how well I was treated and to what lengths these two great employees went in order to keep my recent car purchase experience a happy one! This is the third vehicle we ve bought from Fury in eight years.

My sales representative Jacob was exceptional and handled all of my questions and even helped to answer questions over the phone and via. text while I was considering purchasing this vehicle. I would highly recommend someone asking for him if they re looking for a new vehicle from this dealership.The sales manager at the dealership, Mikki was also wonderful. The overall experience was the best I have had while purchasing a new vehicle. I will be returning for any future vehicle needs. Jacob and Mikki made this entire experience personal, and followed up with me after purchasing the truck to see how I was liking it and if I had any questions.They have established a long term client by providing such excellent customer service.

First time going through the process of purchasing a car and couldn't have been more satisfied.Our rep, Chad, was quick to assist in viewing our vehicles and knew all the relevant information that we asked about the cars.Sales manager Mikki Morin was equally as friendly and personable as she was skilled and knowledgeable at answering questions and helping us figure out everything we needed.Wouldn't dream of going to another dealership after meeting these two!

I had a great buying experience purchasing a new Ram pickup from Ryan in sales. Everything went smoothly and worked out great. I told my son and he also purchased a new jeep from this dealership. If I could give more stars I would. first off let me start out by saying that fury motors is an awesome dealership, John my sales person was absolutely fantastic to work with! I was looking for a truck for some time and went to multiple dealers around the twin cities. I was having one bad experience after another. I expressed this to John that people were treating me very poorly and did not care about me trying to purchase a truck, and very very rude. John was very understanding and reassured me that fury motors and him would not treat a potential customer like that. John was a very nice and knowledgeable sale associate. after test driving the truck and started to purchase it John made me feel comfortable and the sales manager also helped me a little on my trade in which other dealers didn't even want to talk to me about my trade in at all and they did not even see it. So to John and your sales manager thank you so much for getting me into the truck of my dreams. If anyone needs a vehicle JOHN is your guy. also am referring this dealership to all of my friends!

Customer service is excellent. Jim spent a lot of time with me helping me to decide which Jeep model would be the best fit for me. Everyone from the front desk greeter through the whole buying process were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The experience was fabulous right from the beginning. I highly recommend Fury Motors! We love Fury Stillwater!!!!

Found my dream car here. A 2004 Toyota Sequoia priced under $10k with one owner who took great care of the car .The process of buying from start to finish was smooth . And she drives like a champ still. Only thing that lacked service was my sales guy Brad who couldn't provide the car fax report when I asked him for it and said dealerships usually don't do that which I find weird because my brothers both used to work as salesman at Lexdan Auto and had no issues doing so. Definitely will come back and recommend for anyone looking to buy a car.
