I needed 3 tires change and not only did they call to make sure they where getting the correct tires, they also gave me a estimated price for the tires and the work. When I got there they said about an hour but got it done in 45 minutes. They where extremely professional and did not talk to me like I knew nothing and they where better. I will be going back for my car needs in the future.

I have bought new trucks n cars n had work done on many ocassions,no one is perfect but when they do damage working on it they should own up to it,i incourage people to speak up n give tham ur rating!

I always have my vehicles serviced here. I'm not afraid to bring a vehicle under warranty here either. Other shops will find something to charge you for while under warranty. Straight forward honest individuals working here! Thanks for all of these years taking care of my vehicles! Also, thanks for being honest and not ripping me off.

Charged my Dad $500 for service and sent him back on the road with a car that was in the exact same condition as it was brought in. Nyhus apparently doesn't have the time to take the vehicle back and look at it again only 10 minutes after picking it up. They sure can make a customer feel screwed over. Would not recommend for vehicle repair.

I found three specific Factory paint blemishes on the passenger side box.The dealership had their paint and body professional work to remove the problems within a short period.I am very satisfied with the level of concern andPromptness they applied to the problem.Well done!

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from nyhus. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with and super friendly. They really know how to take care of their customers. When it comes time to upgrade the next vehicle we will definitely be going back to see them!!

Jeff, Holly, Steve, and the service crew are outstanding very friendly and extreemly helplful. this is the only place I take my Chevy for maintance and repairs.

Rude service. They charged me $300 to replace a part and won't follow up after it stops working a few weeks later. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here for servicing a vehicle.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, they took our car right in and did the oil change, I was out of there in less than 40 minutes I believe it was.

Excellent dealership! Probably the best one I've ever dealt with. Superb customer service!I recently bought a new Silverado the day after Thanksgiving and the sells manager blaine went out of his way to make sure I received better than I was looking for. Got me a brand new truck for about $8,000 more then a used one. That's an incredible deal! Blaine went out of his way to get me every discount he could (ended up being about $10,000 in rebates) getting me decent financing even though it was a little higher then I expected which is ok, and made sure all the paperwork was done with accuracy and precision.After the sell the salesman Mike put lots of attention in to making sure I understood the vehicle and answered all my questions (I had a lot being the truck is so much more advanced then expected).I feel 100% confident in working with nyhus in the future as well as recommending people to them! Definitely a class act organization who has Thier act together and understands every aspect of the car buying experience!

Nyhus was by far the best and easiest dealership around the Brainerd lakes area to deal with. They really took the time to get me into what I wanted. Mike was great easy going and no pressure and awesome at answering any questions about options and assesories that we had. We'll look forward to dealing with Nyhus's team again in the future.

Nyhus Chevrolet - Buick was very helpful in finding our new car and then made a dealer trade to have it available for us. I really loved my 2012 Buick Enclave and we traded for the 2016 Enclave. So far I'm really enjoying it! Mike W. and Dave R. were very professional and friendly and we were offered what we expected for our trade. They explained the features and options and helped pair my phone to the bluetooth. Blaine was very prompt getting the financial process completed. We would be happy to recommend Nyhus Chev -Buick to anyone shopping for a vehicle and will check with them first when it's time to trade again. Thanks to the team at Nyhus!

No customer service dad and I went in to go ask about a car and no one came up to us to try and sell one......pretty sure they were judging how we were dressed and what we drive....funny thing is we had the money to buy the car cash

Made an appointment 1 week in advance and on the day i got there they told me they didn't have my loaner car. Needless to say i took my business to mills GMC they charged me less and provided me with a loaner vehicle .

Were dishonest about the vehicle they sold me and had a lot of problems (2015) and was in worse condition than stated do your research and get a pre purchase inspection before you but from Nyhus.
