Found what I was looking for and more reasonably than I could at other places. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. I have shopped there before and will continue to do so.

Went in for a new windshield wipers and was having a hard time finding the right ones. The gentalman at the counter was more then happy to help us gind the ones we needed and even helped us put them on.

I was more then disappointed when they can't even find a very common diesel fuel filter. I gave up and went to a local diesel repair shop and bought Napa Gold Filters from them witch they inturn bought them from the Staples Napa. Staff needs some work.

EVERYONE is very knowledgeable and FRIENDLY. When I hit a deer with my van they gave me a name & number to a near by salvage yard where I was able to grab a hood, side panel, & the mounting bracket for my headlights. I was able to do the work myself & the folks at NAPA were more than willing & able to help me out with everything else. YOU CAN'T ASK FOR A BETTER TEAM!!

In store for 20 minutes, guy behind desk spent the entire time talking to someone on phone about buying a snowmobile. No customer service what so ever. Been in here a couple times and each time I remember why I don't don't back often.

Get a manager who actually knows how to do sales, not a small town drama queen.There is an Auto Value in town too that is under new managment. Try them first.
