My partner and I we re pulling an RV thru Minneapolis, and stopped here to get a sway bar attached. Not only did they do it for an incredibly reasonable price, they we re experts, very open about their logic plan of action, and took the time to explain the process to us laymen! If I had any towing/RV/etc issue anywhere in Minnesota, I would go here.Regretfully I do not fully remember the names of the kind people that helped us, but I do remember the sweetest dog that greeted us upon our arrival!Thanks so much to you all again and hope you had a lovely holiday season.

Stopped in to rental a trailer from U haul. The staff was friendly and very helpful in all things I needed. That showed real care for their customers.

Best service ever. Eric helped us out and fixed an issue with our pop up camper (framework). They got us in the morning after we called and everything was finished within two hours. He was friendly, efficient, and knew exactly what to do. Couldn t have picked a better place to stop on our road trip. Thank you Eric!

I had a whole adventure with Shawn at All Mac. Of course, I have a car, not a trailer, but that doesn t matter. My car broke down, wheel almost fell off, at 5:30 pm on a Friday, right across the road from All Mac. No mechanic will pick up the phone now, never mind fix my car now, right? Wrong. Shawn picked up the phone. He walked over to look at my car and try to help me limp it to the shop, but it wouldn t go, so we had to tow it half a mile to the shop entrance. Waiting on a tow look 3 hours, but Shawn stayed late and let me visit with his dogs in the meantime. He didn t even wait to get parts to fix my wheel until the car came in, he was proactive and went to the car parts store to get a wheel kit just in case we needed it, later returning the parts we didn t use. Once the car finally came in, it wasn t too tough of a fix, just replacing the studs and lugnuts, and he let me watch and talked me through the repair, which was very cool. After we settled the balance and I was about to be on my way, we heard the car make a funny noise, but instead of waving it off or saying he d fix it tomorrow (it s 9pm by now), he took the wheel off and discovered and fixed the noise (and didn t charge again). He knows how to charge to be sure (~$400 all in all) but I m still very grateful that he got me back on the road that night instead of just fixing it the next day like most mechanics would. Very nice guy and he knows his stuff.

Couldn't be happier with the way my Fish House turned out!They did exactly what they said they were going to do and even went above and beyond and at a very fair price. I highly recommend this company for your trailer and fish house repair needs.

The wonderful staff at All Mac Trailers helped us out of a travel nightmare! Our trailer dropped off the hitch wile we were traveling. I called All Mac and texted them photos of the damage while we were still traveling. They assessed the damage and texted me back an estimate. We pulled into town with a solution to our problem and All Mac fixed it right away.I highly recommend All Mac - they are amazing!!

I am very impressed with the quality of work and customer service at All Mac! I brought my horse trailer in for a window replacement, as well as a laundry list of other little things I wanted done (adding an external tie ring, installing D-rings in the mangers to clip hay bags, install a new door holder). They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done that I requested AND they even removed the adhesive left over from me duct taping a bag over the missing window. They have amazing attention to detail. I will go to them for any and all trailer work I need in the future.

Shawn did incredible work on our 40ft trailer, and on very short notice!He went above and beyond at diagnosing the electrical issues we were having and also discovered some issues we weren't aware of.Lastly, their pricing was incredibly reasonable. I was certainly expecting a larger bill than we received.I can't begin to say how impressed we are with All Mac's service and won't consider taking our trailers anywhere else in the future.

We rented a uhaul from All Mac Inc. This was the best stress free experience we have ever had renting any type of vehicle. The custom service was above and beyond. We will definitely recommend in the future.

All Mac was able to help us out in a pinch and get our fifth wheel back on the road again. We had a severed brake line on our trailer that they were able to find and repair. Thank you!

How convenient to have a mobile trailer repair come to your farm! I have been using Shawn and All Mac, Inc for the last 3 or 4 years to service my horse trailer. Every time has been a great experience.Office staff is very prompt in responding to emails and calls in a great mix of friendly and professionalism. On site work is great. Shawn took the time to explain how to change a tire. I had the basic concept but he took the time to talk about bolts, tightening pressure and other details that was very beneficial for me to learn. They are always prompt and never leave any debris behind.My barn along with several others in our area book him for a few days of service so we all split mileage, but even without the others you can't beat All Mac's prices - they are so reasonable, reliable and honest.If you are looking for trailer repair, look no further, call All Mac today!

Shawn could tell I clearly don't have a lot of money and did his absolute best to fix my motorhome issues affordably and went out of his way to not overcharge me. He gave me a lot of great advice for fixes I want to do myself, took me up on a ladder to point out issues I need to address, and scaled back some silly fixes I was thinking I needed by rednecking them and saving me, frankly, many hundreds. When he heard I was driving to Georgia the next day, he topped off all my tires, and he made it easy for ME to top off my own tires, since I drive a dually, by installing little caps and extenders. By this point, it was well after closing. Shawn cared about my safety and gave off total dad vibes.Everyone from Shawn to his wife to his staff were really down to earth, professional, and KIND. I would 100% recommend this business to any solo female rv'er who needs some fixes but doesn't want to be taken for a ride.

They went above and beyond working on my husband s Ice Castle right before the Christmas weekend so he could get out fishing on Monday. The best part? The bill was totally reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service! Needed a new axle for my trailer. They got me fixed up.When I picked up my trailer I asked if they could remove the 1-7/8" ball and replace it with a 2". Shawn said SURE. Little did we know, the nut was rusted so bad it wasn't going to budge. He threw everything he had at it. When it still didn't let go, he called his wife to bring a "bolt buster" from home. It was about 30 mins after closing time before he finally got it off. I was so impressed that he'd go the extra mile and take personal time to tackle this for me. After we hooked up the trailer he noticed the lights weren't working quite right. Another 30 mins later he had rewired my trailer lights and my truck connector!Had an opportunity to talk to a few of the other guys that work there and they were all friendly and helpful. They just moved to a new location and it is top-notch. No question were I will take my trailer service in the future.I highly recommend All Mac!

Can't trust their estimates. They gave me an estimate for $1500, when I went to get it, the bill was $4600!! The only thing I added was a battery, upgraded fan and added a hookup in bed of truck.They never warned me about the cost changing. Said they didn't include materials. Why bother emailing back and forth with an estimate?I'm also wondering if they really did do the bearings. I was having brake issues and we opened up one of the wheels. There was a plastic piece from an old bearing cap. If they actually repacked the bearing, why would that piece have been put back?It took me a while to put up this review. I've had good business prior. I'm not good at confrontation.I also recently rechecked the final invoice and they dble charged for a couple things.Don't trust their estimates!!

Came in at 8am when I was leaving for camping and my AC in the ice castle wasn t working. They figured it out and had me back on the road in a few minutes. Awesome service.

Shawn and his wife and the whole TEAM are amazing. I found a older trailer and both axels needed alot of work they tackled it and it now runs like a top. Thanks again for all your hard work

I've been using All Mac for years for everything from snowmobile trailer repair, welding aluminum and steel, atv tire repair and even skid steer work. Shawn and the crew are always prompt with turn around and at a fare price. Always happy with the work.

We called on a Friday early afternoon because we had trailer problems on our way home to Oklahoma. They had us bring it in and had us back on the road the next afternoon. Could not have asked for a better experience. If more stars were possible, they deserve them all. Thank you for getting us taken care of!
