Awesome group at Southland. I've been in a jam more than once and they have always been willing to help. Prices are always fair and the work has always been solid. They get things done quick, don't mess you around and are always willing to find a time that works. Everyone is friendly and helpful best place around!

My wife was on her way to Rochester when her vehicle broke down, I called Southland Auto and they promptly responded and towed her to their shop, even though it was about closing time. They were very responsible, professional, and considerate.They discovered what was wrong, found a solution, and fixed it, and they found all the right after-market parts for our 05 Saturn Ion (new parts aren t available for it because they no longer make Saturn Ions).All in all, a five-star experience. I cannot say enough great things about them!! My children and I were on the way back from Northern Minnesota to Missouri when we blew a tire just south of Spring Valley. I called them, they quickly responded, went completely out of thier way to help myself and my kiddos get back on the road! I'm forever grateful for thier kindness and compassion!!! We can t say enough about the amazing guys at Southland Auto! Our car broke down while on a family vacation. They immediately came to our rescue, called us after hours to let us know what was wrong and squeezed us in to fix it in quick time. Thank you, Cory!!!

Our car got dinged up driving through gravel, we came in without an appointment. The guys stopped what they were doing to take a look at our car. They fixed it up super quick, and were very thorough. Even had a couch and a cute puppy to play with while we waited! You can tell they care about you, not just making a profit. Would definitely go back if I needed another repair.

My husband and I were on a road trip when our vehicle suddenly became undriveable. We ended up at Southland, on a Saturday, and it was even the day before Easter. The owner went out of his way to help us, from assessing the issue, to driving us to Rochester to rent a car. He was knowledgeable and professional. I'm not giving 5 stars for no reason, I've lost my brakes couple of miles away from spring valley, the only brakes I had was on my camper trailer, I finally decided to stop in Spring Valley, went out and one of my rear brakes was smoking, It was faith that I've found Isaac, He was able to save my family camping trip, luckily my wife and kids was in our mini van, I was alone in my truck, Isaac came by and He towed my camper to our camp site, and towed my truck to his shop, labor day 2020, I can not thank you enough Isaac, He is a good man, use his shop. My family had to extend our camping trip an extra 2 day, so my truck would be fix, it's a plus. Thanks Isaac.

Amazing service! My fianc� and I were traveling down to Iowa from the Twin Cities for Thanksgiving and got into a car accident while crossing HWY 63 in Spring Valley. Luckily, no one was injured, but my car was not driveable. It was the day before Thanksgiving and only one of the shop owners was working that day. Not only did he tow my car back to the shop, he also went above and beyond and drove us about 30 miles north back to Rochester so we could rent a car and continue our trip to Iowa. The accident happened in the late afternoon and he still had car repairs to finish that evening but he took the time to make sure we could have a good holiday! We are so appreciative of the kindness and great customer service!

Have taken all three of my vehicles there for various servicings. Proprietor is honest and up front. He won't take on a repair that is outside of the shop's expertise and backs up the repairs they do perform. VERY fair priced and helpful! definitely recommend!!
