You want great service this is where you go!I started going here 10 or 11 years ago. I've never had a single problem. I've bought 4 wheelers, snowmobiles and now a brand new 2022 boat. The guys have been heros to my sons and I.It's dissapointing that they have a few bad reviews over the years, but owning a business you'll find out that if you have 1 bad customer out of 500, they're usually going to be the loudest.

Great service! Messaged them 4th of July weekend when they were closed after a boat part broke the night before. They responded quickly and even went in to check if they had the right part for us. Even though they didn t end up having it, we were super appreciative of their willingness to go above and beyond to look on their day off.

Place is managed very poorly. I wanted to a tower put on my boat, but since I did not buy it from them he would not install it. Can't believe they would pass up on $500 on service to have my stuff installed on my boat. I'm surprised they winterize boats that are not bought from there! Would not ever do business through these people!

I have had the pleasure of working with Spicer Sports and Marine for the last 3 years in both the snow and water seasons, and have never been disappointed. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive crew. Definitely recommend!

Does the owner really want to do anything??? First off their boat "winterization" is unprofessional. They do not use anti-freeze unless you nag them. This is Minnesota, it gets cold during the winter. Smart thing is to use anti-freeze. Next they forget to tighten hose clamps. Forgetting to do this is disastrous. Hoses came off and began filling boat engine bay full of water. Not only that but the engine will not get cooled without water. In the case I am aware of was how the hose fell off. It was basically shooting water straight up in the engine bay and be ingested through the intake. Most people mechanically inclined know what happens when engines ingest water. Anyways it destroyed a strong running engine that only had 80 hours on it.What they have done next is why I am writing this. They took their dear sweet time bandaging up their problem. No contact, boat owner always had to call them for questions and updates. They blamed the exhaust boots and seals being the cause of water ingestion (trying to cover up their mistake) and they would not do anything to solve the problem.This is not the only case this has happened to a boat owner that had their equipment winterized by them. Another owner had the same exact issue, someone AGAIN forgot to tighten the hose clamps. Lucky for them the boat owner caught it right away and the disaster was averted. Do yourself a favor and take it to a REAL MARINE dealer if you are in the Willmar/Kandiyohi area. Or do it yourself, but some people like giving business to local dealers. Guess it's not worth the generosity or cost.

Never going here again! I get a call from an employee, to tell me to change my review when I have a right to my opinion. And to be cussed at by someone who should be more professional. I just won't ever go back!!
