Wife had the smartest city worker shooting rocks at her pickup while cutting grass they took her brand new truck not even 7 months of ownership and made it look like it was a showroom 2022-23 RAM thank you guys the office staff was great their quality of work is second to none

I am so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail here. I could write a novel of every step they went above and beyond. Other auto body shops need to take notes. Jacobsons is top notch. Highly recommend!

Our 2022 pacifica smoked a deer of course and they made it look like brand new! Parts are a pain in the butt to get but they did everything in their power to get it done! And it was detailed when we got it back!

Will never go to or recommend anybody use. My wife hit a deer and took her car here to be repaired. They called her and said her car was repaired and ready to pick up. She picked it up and within a few miles noticed the car was pulling severely to one side. Jacobsen's failed to do an alignment to the car and told her to take it in for an alignment. When turning into the tire shop she noticed they didn't replace one of her turn signals. A week later the car is still making a growling sound and smells of coolant. Jacobsen's says it's her tires(they were just fine prior) and the water pump is leaking but it must have already been there(again, just fine prior to the deer). Take it to Ford and they said her wheel bearing and water pump were damaged and need to be replaced. So they didn't fix it, didn't test drive it, and let my wife drive away in a potentially unsafe vehicle.
